| Title: The Big T Interview (Man of the Past, Present, and Future,) | |
|
A Harold interview:
Harold: Today I am joined by none other than Big T, thank you T for sitting down to do this interview I know you’re a busy man.
Big T: For you Harold, I made sure I freed some time. It's about time that the dregs of SFT read what thoughts are running through my mind.
Harold: Well first off congratulations on your victory at the ppv. You had a hell of a match; since you came back you have been on fire, what’s with the renewed energy all of a sudden?
Big T: Well Harold, three years off from professional wrestling will do that for a person. I haven't been seen here in SFT for three years and more and I wasn't messing around in some jackass wrestling company either. I have been home resting and relaxing and living life before I get to old.
Harold: Still some say it’s not the same Big T, your skills got better when you got older, seems strange but we love it. So with this time away what do you see that has changed in and with SFT?
Big T: Normally they say it about women who like a fine wine get better with age. I guess the same can be said about yours truly. As much as SFT changes it stays the same. I see allot of new faces in that locker room. Mad Dogg and Dave Steel are long gone and now we have guys like TK Money and the man I defeated to become #1 contender for the World Title in Twilight. What seems to always stay the same is everybody’s favorite Owner Shadow.
Harold: Yes Shadow is the one constant thing that doesn’t change, but we'll talk about him later. Since you arrived which match has been your best or better worded which was your hardest competitor? Twilight vs. You in many eyes was as good a match as the main event, did you feel you would win or did you feel itd go down to the wire? Cause I have seen you since you arrived and that had to be in my opinion the best match and effort from both of you for the month of July, what do you think?
Big T: The match with Twilight has definitely been the best since my return. He and I went at each other full force and this time I came out on top. Next time could be a different story but I doubt it. Other than that last month's Paradise Lost pay per view against Kyle Murphy for the United States title was great. The competition here in SFT is great and the range of talent is vast.
Harold: For those new people here and for our newer fans who don’t know the history, give us your history, where you got your start? How long you been wrestling? Everything, Give us Big T History 101.
Big T: Like many before me I started not knowing a whole lot about wrestling. But as my career continued I learned some things. I molded and shaped my craft and became a student of the game. I had allot of great teachers along the way. I give allot of credit to Kyle Murphy for taking me under his wing when I joined XCW back at the turn of the century. He helped me become the talent I am now. But XCW was not my first wrestling company, XWA was and it was ran by a legend named Firewolf. I was teaming with my long time friend, and then enemy, and then friend again MM. We were known as the Wolf Pac and brought the name with us to XCW. I was also in a company ran by a man named Ashton, better known as Fireball and Larrik Jaerico, better known as Perfection, called EWF. It changed name to EFW and Fireball left and Othello came in to help Larrik....
Big T: I also wrestled in WFW and NCW and won multiple titles in both companies. Became a Hall of Famer in both companies. And of course I co-ran both companies at one time or another. I have had a few love interests in my wrestling career. Marie, Darque VixXxen in WFW, and somebody I still love and care about- Pandoura. I love her and miss her everyday. I also became the first ever World Champion in Tony Barrera's WXO company. What up Tony! TnT son! I have been through allot in my career, to much to bring up here, but I have my storied history just like everyone else.
Harold: Pandoura yes I remember her, what a blast from the past. In all that history what do you remember most fondly, like which times/eras/titles/wins do you hold dear?
Big T: In WFW it was my battles with Gunz. He and kick the crap out of each other on numerous occasions. Back in the days of XCW it was running with Kyle Murphy and fighting Evil Over Rule. But I have been at my best now! I love what I’m doing now. I will forever remember my time as #1 contender, whether I win the belt or not.
Harold: Nice, now as a veteran in SFT, what is your honest opinion of all the new faces/talent we have now? Do you think they stack up to the names of the past or can they stack up given time? What are your thoughts?
Big T: Now Harold, that question is like an AK47, its loaded and could cause blood shed. But I do believe that the talent is good right now. Will it ever live up to what SFT was when it first was conceived? Not in my opinion and SFT will never be like it was in 2001-2004
Big T: But there are some people I think could've even gave the late great Legion a run for his money.
Harold: Like?
Big T: Even though she lost, Annika could give Legion a run. Rayn isn't to bad either. I don’t know if Mikheil Jarvis could take on Legion but he would definitely be a work out for Legion.
Harold: Ok lets talk something different, whose work do you currently follow? Who do you enjoy reading? And why?
Big T: For the most part myself. I enjoy reading my own work. But after our match I’m going to keep a special eye on Twilight. He is a very deep human being.
Harold: ok well lets talk all the changes that have been going on, its no secret you and special Jesus have had a hand in allot of things, we now have the TV Title back, and I hear the Stable Cup will be revived, how close is Jesus involved with trying to bring back some attention/drama/interest in SFT?
Big T: Well my man Anthony Jesus, the Superior Staffer, has been back in SFT for allot longer then some people think. He's been back on television for three weeks but he has been back in the Towers for over a month. As far as his involvement with certain things such as the TV title or the Stable Cup, he keeps his business on the low key most of the time but he is a mastermind and will again show everyone who in the hell he is!
Harold: Once upon a time Jesus was half owner of SFT, would you like to talk about that?
Big T: That's easy! Anthony Jesus did what most hard workers do, he started at the bottom of the staff ladder and gained his status. Eventually Shadow gave him a hell of a gift and he did what he did to gain 50% ownership and that's be the superior to all those before him and after him. One day he will regain that and maybe even full ownership. From what I seen the past couple of weeks he is on his way.
Harold: Jesus was the main force behind the Stable Cup being revived, what other things is he working on with the roster that you can divulge at this moment?
Big T: As far as the Stable Cup goes I hope Dangerous X and myself walk out with the Cup. The real force from what I understand was originally Jeff King. Anthony just took it and ran away with it like always has and will. He takes ideas and makes them so much better. War Games was a great idea but like everything it had bugs that needed to be worked out. As far as anything else he is working on he keeps most things secret to even me.
Harold: Awww, well man you’ve been around many federations for many years, if you could choose any 3 people from the past or present no matter what fed, who would you choose and why?
Big T: First guy would have to be Gunz. Our matches in WFW were instant classics every time. He took me to my limits as I took him to his limits. Kalifornia Kidd and I were the best tag team in WFW and then brought it to SFT and won tag gold. He is my favorite partner other then MM. (and u when I was Exterminator in SFW) I know Jesus would say Ace because he loved working with "The Wildcard". Jesus would also say Hendrix, because Jesus and Hendrix worked on a lot of great skits here in SFT. other than them, Ill say Rayn because he and I are going to war for the World Title shortly enough.
Harold: Interesting choices, I like them all, most usually say they’d like to face Shadow one day but not you. Speaking of Shadow, what is your current or past relationship with him? How do you two get along in and out of SFT?
Big T: Shadow is and has always been an enigma to most. As far as a current relationship there is none other than the fact he signs my checks. Past wise not a whole lot either. Jesus took him on some years ago. As far as Jesus and Shadow go, well as they go SFT tends to go. They both are loved and hated by all who have come into SFT. Jesus is the day and Shadow is the night. Complete opposites who have the same goal in mind and that’s the continuation of SFT and its greatness.
Harold: Nice, so lets change gears a little, as far as Big T goes, what are your current short term goals and what are your long term goals?
Big T: My first short term goal is Rayn and the World Heavyweight Title and putting it around my waist. That's the ultimate goal for everyone who steps into a wrestling ring. As far as long term goals, I just want everyone to respect me. When people go online and look through the Hall of Fame list I don't want them to say why the hell is Big T on there? What did he ever do? So that's why I am back here in SFT and to put the doubters to rest.
Harold: How did Dangerous X come about?
Big T: Dangerous X came about out of need, the need to wanna join up with some people who want to kick ass as much as you do. I wanted to kick allot of ass and Dameon has shown numerous times he wants to do the same. Reno I thought wanted to do the same but he decided to jump to Holocaust and brown nose Rayn. So I went got Guyver who I had in the background waiting. As soon as I smelled something fishy with Reno I called up Guyver and he was thrilled to join. Not to mention if I can help take Dameon and Guyver to new heights here in SFT I will do so in any way, shape, or form.
Harold: Now that’s something that will be sure to get attention from everyone. Big T I want to thank you for sitting down to do this with me, our fans and readers will be thrilled.
Big T: Harold, this has been my pleasure. I wish Anthony could've joined us but you know him, he always doing something in the office. I can honestly say the pleasure has been all on your side of the table and a little bit over here as well. I hope the readers enjoy my thoughts. Maybe we can do a part 2 some time in a few years. Stay cool Harold!
