![]() Strike Fantasy Towers Friday Night Inferno With John Cartwright and Randy White April 11th, 2003 Friday Night 8:00pm Match Number
One RW: Hello ladies and gentlemen we welcome you hear live to Friday Night Inferno where we are already for the action to kick off. JC: That's right we've been informed that due to the PPV like calibur of our match up here tonight and the exclusive interview with Owner Davidson we have to save time in anyway we can. RW: Standing in the ring already is Brandi James, who has been on a terrific winning streak as of late. JC: Oh man and she's on a streak of a life time for being the most beautiful thing I see. Inferno hits the air and already hopping up and down of the ring is Brandi James as "O Furtuna" by Carl Orff starts to play over the loud speakers. Harvey Vaughn: Standing at 6'1" 227lbs. From Los Angeles, California.....Ravnos. Ravnos wastes no time by running down the ramp and into the ring. He quickly tries to take advantage on Brandi with a clothline, but Brandi ducks under it and connects with a back heel kick to the jaw. SkorchD comes running down the ramp before introducions begin, causing the announcer to sqirm out of the ring. Brandi followed her kick with a couple of hard open hand smacks to the chest of Ravnos not realizing that SkorchD is right behing her. SkorchD takes notes and quickly connects with a reverse DDT while Brandi was completely unaware. JC: Ah! Bully! Skorch D quickly tries to finish the job that Brandi started by cornering Ravnos against the turnbuckles with chop after chop. SkorchD then grabs Ravnos and tries to fling him over to the next turnbuckle but Brandi buts her leg in the way causing Ravnos to trip over her. Brandi then gets up in one swift motion and hit SkorchD with a swinging DDT, causing Skorch to land besides Ravnos. She tries to cover both of them, But doesn't even get a one count on niether man. Ravnos the freshest of both men gets up first and hits Brandi with a over the head Belly to Belly. JC: These guys better stop picking on Brandi! RW: She can handle herself. As SkorchD gets up, Ravnos runs over to him and hits him also with a overhead Belly to belly suplex. Ravnos then quickly runs back over to Brandi, who's on all four trying to get up, but Ravnos quickly drops an elbow dead on her spinal cord, causing her to start screaming in pain. He runs right back to SkorchD who's now leaning on the ropes, Ravnos clothlines SkorchD over the ropes causing him to crack the front of his head on the guardrail. Ravnos quickly goes back to Brandi and tries a cover. Ref White: One... Two.... shoulder up! Ravnos gets up and starts to complaint with White about the count by clapping his hands three times. Brandi is slowly getting up and connects with a bladen low-blow on Ravnos while he was arguing with the ref. Ravnos goes down holding his nuts. Brandi is still slow to get up after the sharp elbow that she took to her back. SkorchD is still outside the ring refusely bleeding from his head. Brandi gains her compusure and starts to climb to the top rope. JC: Here we go! RW: What's Brandi looking for here? She goes for a flying cross body off the top ropes while Ravnos was getting up, he catches her in the air, holds her a minute as he mocks her, and then hits her with a lethal fallaway slam. Ravnos then picks her off the mat by her hair and irish whips her to the ropes and hits "From Dusk til Dawn" He's ready to go for the cover, but SkorchD somehow made his way up and is now climbing the ring with a chair in hand. JC: Randy, I have to help her! RW: Don't be ridiculous. JC: My leg is stuck! Ravnos starts to move away from Brandi slowly as SkorchD starts to rush him with the chair. Ravnos throws Ashton White in front of him causing SkorchD to hold back. JC: You wouldn't hit a man in stripes! White starts to threaten SkorchD, to put the chair down or go to the back. SkorchD starts to turn away from the ref, but then out of the blue a big grin paints across his face causing to turn back around and crack White with the chair instead. He then cracks Ravnos as well. RW: Man down, man down! We need some paramedics. Both White and Ravnos are knocked out cold. SkorchD throws the chair on a motionless Brandi. He then gives everyone a wicked look as he makes his way up the ramp. JC: Hey where's he going? RW: Something is seriously wrong in that twisted head. It's like he just wants to inflict pain. Brandi was awaken by the chair that was thrown on her. She gets up, hurt and in a state of\ confusion. Brandi sees that Ravnos and White are both down. SkorchD is no where in sight. She looks up the ramp and sees Referee Colin Thrift jogging down to the ring. JC: Check on Brandi, see if she's Ok. I know CPR! Brandi then picks a motionless Ravnos off of the cancas and hits him with the "Final Nail" to add insult to injury. \ RW: Looks like Brandi is more than Ok. She's gonna be victorious. She goes for the cover. Thrift goes down for the count. Ref Thrift: One... Two... Three!!! Trift drops the three count and calls for the ending bell before sliding over to Ashton White and trying to help him regain consciousness. Brandi celebrates with her arm in the air, when suddenly she hits the mat as she's attacked from behind. JC: Ah! Violator stands over Brandi laughing. RW: Oh what a real man. JC: Brandi would kick his ass if they were face to face. Violator picks Brandi up off the mat, boots her in the stomach and plants her with "Last Breath". RW: Damn him! JC: What's this guys problem? Violator looks around quickly then flees the scene. Harvey Vaughn: The winner of this match via pinfall... Brandi James!
Radiant vs. SwitchBlade [Standard Match] WELCOME....TO THE RADIATION ERA is heard in a deep bass voice throughout the arena. Suddenly the lights turn bright white and red and orange pyros start exploding on both sides of the ramp. As the pyros fade suddenly "All Apoloies" By Nirvana erupts through the speakers and the black curtains up on the stage are thrown aside from the left as Radiant walks out onto the main stage. He takes a few steps out onto the main stage and then stops and leans back and looks up at the main searchlight shining down on him. Harvey Vaughn: Introducing First, weighting in at 221lb..a member of The Foundation..making his return..RADIANT. He raises both arms into the air and pauses for a few moments. Seconds later he lowers his arms and shakes his head and begins walking down the ramp. Along the way he slaps a few fans hands and gets a cheap pop. He runs the remaining twenty feet or so and reaches the ring and slides in underneath the bottom rope. He stands up right after and runs to the far left turnbuckle and hops up to the top. RW: OH MY GOD..ITS RADIANT. JC: Yes, we really already know that. RW: You just dont understand how important Radiant is do you? JC: I guess not. But I do realize we're already right into our second match, no commercial breaks! RW: Dogg must have splurged on this one. JC: Do you realize how important it is that Mad Dogg is being exclusively interviewed tonight? Not to mention that incredible, ASTONISHING four way dance tonight. RW: Indeed I do realize. JC: What about the fact that Brandi James was just out here? AND she won her match, so she left smiling. I love seeing her smile and I love this winning streak! Radiant raises both arms into the air and receives a loud applause from the fans. Seconds later "All Apologies" By Nirvana fades and Radiant hops down and stretches on the ropes and then walks towards the center of the ring. The lights fade back down to where they were and the pyros finally stop. SwitchBlade comes out to "Crack Addict" by Limp Bizkit. Harvey Vaughn: And the challenger..he comes down to the ring at 260 lbs and is a proud member of the Dead Pac... SWITCHBLADE. The crowd cheers as SwitchBlade appears, and raises both arms in the air. He then strut down to the ring. From there he slide into the ring, climb a turnbuckle, and point towards the crowd. RW: OH MY . JC: Dont even think about it. We know that is SwitchBlade. RW: You know... you really are no fun. JC: Since when are you the party animal? As the crowd begin to settle down, the two men meet in ring, the referee, Chris Nevels talks to the two men before ringing the bell to start the match. The bell rings and both men go to lock up, but SwitchBlade is quick to think and before locking up, knife-edge chops Radiant. He then repeats this and repeats it again, as this pushes Radiant back to the ropes. SwitchBlade then sends Radiant to the other side, and once Radiant bounces off of the ropes and returns to SwitchBlade, SwitchBlade picks him up and quickly drops him with a Sidewalk Slam. JC: Hmm.. .a very powerful start to the by SwitchBlade. RW: You have ti guve Radiant time to adjust, he hasnt been seen in SFT for 6 months, come on. JC: I never said anything bad. Stop making me be the bad guy. RW: But I like putting it on you..it makes me popular with the ladies. SwitchBlade then gets back up watching Radiant slowly getting up the whole time. Once Radiant is back up, SwitchBlade then bounces off of the ropes behind him and runs at the back turned Radiant and quickly drops him to the mat with a Bulldog. SwitchBlade then again immediately gets back up and heads over to his closest turnbuckle and quickly taunts the crowd before climbing back down and walking over to Radiant who is on his knees. From there, SwitchBlade grabs his head, and tries to bring him to his feet, but Radiant sends his elbow into Switchs stomach, and then and then again. Radiant then gets to his feet and punches SwitchBlade, he then takes a step back before leaping at SwitchBlade and knocking him off of his feet with a spinning heel kick. RW: Hooray..Radiant is fighting back. JC: It was wise to knock SwitchBlade off of his feet, it gives Radiant, if he is quick enough, a chance to run the match his style for a while. RW: Huh..oh right..that was your Smart talk. JC: Ahh..yeah, it was. As both Radiant and SwitchBlade both get up at the same time, Radiant, once to his feet immediately tries his luck with a sidekick, but SwitchBlade catches his foot. Radiant then nails SwitchBlade with an inziguri before getting back up, running to the ropes, and by the time Radiant reaches SwitchBlade, Switchy is to his knees sitting up, as Radiant hits his Shinning Wizard. Radiant then crawls over to SwitchBlade and goes for the pin. Ref Nevels: One... kick out! JC: A waste of time there for Radaint. RW: Well not really my young Jonathan..Radiant was able to get his breathe back. JC: Oh..so now you are the smart guy? RW: No, I was being like you. Back to the ring, and Radiant grabs SwitchBlade by the head and brings him to his feet. Radiant then attempts to go for a tornado DDT, but SwitchBlade reverses it half way through and lifts Radiant up to deliver a Samoan drop to Radiant. With SwitchBlade still on top of Radian,t SwitchBalde goes for the pin. Ref Nevels: One... Two... Kickout. JC: SwitchBlade is ever so smart in the ring, you always have to be at least five moves ahead. RW: Whatever. Back to the action and SwitchBlade is
to his feet as he brings Radiant up off of the mat. SwitchBlade then
sends Radiant hard to the lower right turnbuckle and then follows up
with a calf kick to the stomach of Radiant. SwitchBlade then brings
Radiant out of the corner, spins him around and then goes for the atomic
Drop position, as he lifts him into the air, he then over to the turnbuckle
and places Radiant. After a few punches to the neck of Radiant, SwitchBlade
then proceeds to the middle rope. He then grabs Radiant into a German
Suplex position and immediately throws him over his head, but SwitchBlade
releases to early and Radiant fully spins around on to his feet as SwitchBlade
lands hard on to his back. SwitchBlade then slowly begins to get back
up..holding his back. Once to his feet, Radiant runs to the ropes infront
of SwitchBlade, jumps on to the second rope and performs a springboard
headscissors to SwitchBlade. Suddenly, the crowd begins to get behind
Radiant. RW: Radiant is firing back..woo..GO RADIANT. JC: He does one move and it is already Woo Radiant..you are just to easy to please. RW: Meh..sticks and stones may break my bones but your words will mean nothing. SwitchBlade rises and goes for a clothesline, but Radiant swings behind him and executesd Nirvana. JC: Where'd that come from? Ref Nevels: One.... Two.... Three!!! RW: And Radiant pulls one from under SwitchBlade. JC: I'm kind of surprised. RW: Don't go anywhere people, Intercontinental title match is right now! Harvey Vaughn: And the winner of this match by pinfall... Radiant!!! Knight vs. Myris [Intercontinental Title Match] The camera cuts to the backstage to show Owner Mad Dogg sitting in his office. Owner Mad Dogg: We have no time to waste tonight, HUGE main event and an exclusive interview with yours truly. I'll cut to the chase. Myris has taken a leave, and Knight is now your IC champion. Now... before the main event, enjoy the interview. Harvey Vaughn: And the winner of this match by forfeit, and your new Intercontinental Champion... Knight! SEPCIAL EVENT Reporter
Eddie:
Alright, Mr. Davidson. First of all, I would like to thank for you giving
me a time slot in your busy schedule to get this long awaited interview.
Owner Davidson: Excellent starting question and man that takes me back. Ever since I was a kid I enjoyed the entertainment put forth by the early stars of this business. I'd wrestle with my cousins on Saturday nights when a good event would be on. That turned into me and several friends getting together and forming a backyard wrestling organization when we were in the sixth grade. Through my early teen years I stuck with that primitive practice of the sport until I was old enough to sign myself up for schooling at Killer Kowalski's back home. So I guess I've had my eheart set on this line of work since a very early age. Reporter Eddie: I am guessing that you have been involved in many different wrestling promotions throughout your career. What was your first, real professional wrestling promotion? Owner Davidson: Actually that's not totally true. The first real cooperation I was signed to was SFW. Before that the only experience I had was my backyward wrestling background and dark matches at local shows. SFW was my break through into the business and I just really took advantage of it. Reporter
Eddie: I know for a fact that you were a big time player in both SFW
and SFT..but which promotion did you like most? Please, be honest, because
you are the boss now and you can't get yelled at for any negative comments.
Reporter
Eddie: Speaking of SFW and SFT, what do you think of the whole SFW merging
with XCW fiasco? That left a bad taste in many people's mouthes, but
what is your take on the whole thing? Do you think it was a good move
by the Owners? Reporter Eddie: Many people, including wrestlers, often say that former XCW stars do not get the same recognition that former SFW stars receive. What do you tell these people? Owner
Davidson:
I tell these people that's a load of shit. Take Connor MacDaddy
for example. That guy was one of the biggest preachers of that XCW stars
being held back crap, and he was given so many chances to step up it
wasn't even funny. It was his own fault that he didn't capitalize. Aj
Nin Red Rum was world champion last year to. He may not have liked that
fact that he didn't get a shot at his demand when he originally apeared,
but hey, that's not how the game works. Apocalypse got his shots, it
was unfortunate for him that they were against me. Everyone had an equal
oppurtunity, everyone always does. Regardless. Reporter
Eddie: Now, I am going to ask a question that you may feel a bit uncomfortable
answering, and if that is the case, simply pass. What happened in that
whole Vicky and Valerie ordeal?
Reporter
Eddie: Moving on to present day SFT. You are now the Co-Owner
of the entire company. In all honesty, in your wrestling heyday, did
you ever think that someday you would replace Shadow? Reporter Eddie: What do you think of your co-worker, Big T, and his Foundation? Anything you would like to say, any messages you would like to send? Owner
Davidson:
Big T? Heh. I'll be honest. I don't care for the guy. I think
his head's up his ass and his Foundation is packing it in further. Take
that however you want it. As for any messages I'd like to send... Do
not, I repeat, do not, interfere with anything I intend to do. In other
words, don't mess with success. You've been given fair warning and I
don't wish to repeat myself. I am a fair man, but I am a tough man.
I've brought down entire organizations before and a measely stable posses
no threat. If you aim to bring down SFT, or if you aim to bring down
me, you're barking up the wrong tree. Owner
Davidson:
If I could answer that question, I wouldn't have picked those
four to be in the match. Van Dam will come at you in a variety of ways.
He has experience over them all and his effort lately has been fantastic.
Lane on the other hand has been raising his physical game to levels
we haven't seen from him before and has been improving more and more
as the weeks go by, even though he's suffered several losses. It is
true that it's not whether you win or lose, it's how you play the game,
and Lane is playing top notch. Walsh is an arrogant asshole, and that's
one of his better qualities. He get's under people's skin and although
it's a primitive method, it does get into his opponent's heads. He fights
a great fight and will do whatever it takes to win. Sparks is much like
Walsh, but also has a touch of Lane. He's arrogant but at the same time
he'll hit you with something solid. All four of these guys have something
to bring to the table, and it's kind of sad that only one of them can
walk away with something. Owner Davidson: Are you done? Reporter Eddie: Okay..sorry, Mr. Davidson. Onto word association. Shadow. Owner
Davidson:
Whoa, back the truck up. I didn't say move along. I want to
berate you first for being a fucking gimp. Also, I want to inform Mr.
Walsh that although he is capable of winning the title, he is not alone.
Many will be nipping right at his heels, and he better not look away.
Now, you may continue. Reporter
Eddie: Ace. Reporter Eddie: Kris Ryder. Owner Davidson: Kris fucked up his SFT career early on in 2002 with some bad business decisions. Upon his return to the company when he was allowed back, heh, I thought we saw a turn around. I'd like to see more out of him but I don't know how likely it is. Reporter
Eddie: Dead Pac. Reporter
Eddie: Mr. Davidson? Reporter
Eddie:
Okay, that will be it. I want to thank you again for allowing me to
do this exclusive interview, and I want to wish you good luck on your
future endeavors. BACKSTAGE SEGMENT Scene cuts to the backstage. You can see Radiant walking by, ready for his match later in the evening. He walks towards The Foundation locker room. He puts his hand on the door knob to open it, but as soon as he does, the door swings open, hitting him in the face. Five pairs of hands quickly reach out of the room and pull Radiant in. The door slams behind him and you can hear a loud scuffle inside the room. RW: What the hell?! Suddenly, the door swings open again. Radiant comes flying out, and into the wall on the opposite side of the hallway. Five men then step out of the blacked out locker room. They are all wearing hooded sweatshirts, covering their faces. As they turn their backs and walk away from the camera, you can see the backs of their sweatshirts. All of them read "Hostile Takeover" in gold lettering. JC: They weren't kidding about The Foundation heading for a downfall! They all laugh, slightly, as the camera zooms in on the face of a downed Radiant. Dave Van Dam vs. Sean Lane vs. Shawn Walsh vs. Damien Sparks [Fatal Four Way, One Fall World Title Match] JC: Applause! Applause! Great interview between Reporter Eddie and Mad D... Mr. Davidson. RW: Yeah but that's not even the highlight of the night. JC: I know, Randy, I can't believe it but it's time. RW: It's been a month but finally we will crown a new world champion. Harvey Vaughn: Ladies and gentlemen the following match is scheduled for one fall, and is for the world heavyweight championship. The match will come to a close when a single pinfall or submission is obtained. JC: This match is going to be explosive, Randy. It's been a long time since we've seen this much heart and dedication to a match up it's gonna be great. "Regulation Generation" hits the speakers and Dave Van Dam walks out with his arms in the air welcoming the roaring crowd. He pats the Tag Team title around his waist and pretends to shine it. He unsnaps it and runs the rest of the way down the ring. He tosses his tag belt to the time keeper. Harvey Vaughn: Introducing first from... Dave tells Harvey Vaughn not to bother announcing him, everyone knows he's Dave Van Dam. RW: Van Dam has been an outstanding tag team competitor the past six months, let's see how he does here tonight. JC: Van Dam came close on several occassions, almost taking the title away from Mad Dogg, but not quite. Harvey Vaughn: And his first opponent, making his way to the ring from Rochester, New York... He weighs in at two hundred and twenty-five pounds and is your current SFT Lightweight Champion... Accompanied by Brandi James... Sean Lane!!! The lights dim and "Lapdance" by N.E.R.D. starts up. As the bass line picks up, two shots of blue pyro shoot straight up towards the arena's rafters. As the smoke clears, Lane is standing with arms outstreched and Brandi James clutching around his waist and then makes his way slowly down the ramp and around the ring, taunting the fans. He then crawls into the ring and goes into two opposite corners, each time raising his arms and yelling back at the fans before going over towards the entrance again and kissing Brandi James before getting ready to start the match by circling Van Dam. RW: Lane is really looking intense tonight. JC: Forget him, I'm intense! Brandi's out here for the second time! She looks a little sore from that cheap shot from Violator. If she keeps opening and Sean keeps main eventing though, every show will start and end good! Woohoo! Harvey Vaughn: And their next opponent, from Jacksonville, Florida and weighing in at one hundred and ninety-five pounds, he is accompanied by Andrew Foley... "The Answer" Shawn Walsh! The words "In Shawn We Trust... Mortal..." followed by a cocky chuckle are spoken over the PA system. Suddenly, two huge, gold lightning bolts strike from the sides of the stage. Blue pyro goes off from the points of impact and move to the center to meet in one giant explosion. Red strobe lights then begin to flash about the arena as "Not Falling" by Mudvayne blasts throughout the arena. The crowd rises to their feet with horrendous boos as they know who is coming out. Sudenly, "The Answer" Shawn Walsh emerges from the backstage area, followed closely behind by Andrew Foley. Shawn taunts the crowd on stage for a moment as Andrew points at his "prodigy". Walsh smirks and then makes his way down to the ring. He leaps up onto the apron and flashes his million dollar smile. He paces back and forth on the apron for a moment as Andrew laughs from ringside. He then leaps over the top rope and into the ring. He climbs the far turnbuckle and raises his arms to the crowd, recieiving even more boos. Shawn flicks the crowd off and then spits out to the sea of fans just before leaping down from the turnbuckles and facing two of his opponents. RW: The pressure is building up. One more left. JC: This is going to be amazing. Harvey Vaughn: And their final opponent, from Toronto, Ontariom Canada... Weighing in at two hundred and forty-five pounds... "Wrestling's Numero Uno" Damien Sparks! The arena lights cut out for a moment, then suddenly red and white lights flicker all round the arena, then "Cocky" hits and the arena fills with boo's. Red and white pyro streams from the top of the entrance with "Wrestling's Numero Uno" Damien Sparks standing just infront of it. He looks around at the crowd with an arrogant smile on his face as he slowly makes his way to the ring, taunting the jeering fans on the way. He slides in the ring and stares down his three opponents. RW: Ohhhhh man. All four men now stand in the ring circling each other. The starting bell sounds and Adam Brooks steps out of the way quickly as the men go at it. Sparks fakes like he's heading towards Van Dam but turns and boots Walsh in the gut. Lane sees this and decides to take Van Dam down with a clothesline. RW: And the action begins! Lane mounts Van Dam and begins to lace into him with shots to the face. Sparks pulls Walsh into a sideheadlock then bounces off the ropes and brings him face first to the mat with a bulldog. JC: This is going to be tough to keep up with. Lane continues to pund Van Dam until Brooks takes notice and begins to give Sean a five count. Lane lightens up with the shots and pulls Van Dam to his feet by his hair. He positions Lane between his legs in a powerbomb fashion and follows up with a powerbomb into the turnbuckle the leaves Van Dam on his ass with his arms draped over the second rope. RW: Lane certainly isn't kidding around. On the other side of the ring Sparks is vertically hanging in the air while holding Walsh's arm, before he comes crashing down on his shoulder. Sparks goes up a second time and comes crashing down harder. Walsh writhes in pain and grips his shoulder with his free hand. Sparks goes for the move a third time, but as he comes crashing down Walsh swings his free hand in perfect timing to knock Sparks in the face. Sparks falls off of Walsh and Walsh stands up holding his shoulder a bit and trying to shake off the damage. RW: Nice attempt at a strategy by Sparks. JC: Yeah but the Answer shut him down! Lane has DVD propped up in the corner now and has his boot wedged in DVD's throat as Brooks again stands over him counting. Lane releases the chokehold after a few seconds and Van Dam leans over grasping for air. Lane pulls him by the hair out toward the center of the ring a but more, then sets him up and executes a brain buster. JC: That'll knock some sense into ya. Lane makes a quick cover and Brooks goes down. Ref Brooks: One... From no where a Shawn Walsh elbow drops on the back of Lane's head. RW: Good defense by Lane. JC: One pinfall and this things over! Walsh rolls Lane out of the ring towards the apron, then gives him a final boot to knock him off the edge. He turns around to face his other opponents and sees Sparks coming at him, leaving him with enough time to hit the mat and pull the top rope down with him so that Sparks goes head first to the outside to join Lane. JC: Sparks just took a non-stop flight to a concussion. Walsh picks himself up off the mat looking pretty proud of himself as usual, and he turns around to see Van Dam rising to his feet. Walsh chuckles at the site of Van Dam struggling for air, and runs off the ropes before coming at him with a diving school boy roll up. RW: Nice roll up by Walsh into the cover now. Ref Brooks: One... Two... kick out! RW: And Van Dam kicks out at the count of two. Van Dam gets up quickly this time but Walsh is right on him. Walsh grabs him by the arm, backs him towards the ropes, then sends him across the ring with an Irish whip. Walsh prepares to backbody drop "The Immortal Legend" but Van Dam sees the setup and rolls across Walsh's back onto his feet. Walsh turns around a bit confused and is met with a spin kick from Van Dam taking him off his feet. RW: Excellent display of ring smarts from the veteran Van Dam. JC: Lone Wolf must've set something off in that head of his. Van Dam bounces to the ropes as Walsh tries to shake off the cob webs and rise to his feet. Just as he gets up DVD takes him down with a flying double axe handle to the upper body. Van Dam keeps rolling with his momentum until he rolls right to his feet, then he looks around the outside of the ring to survey his surroundings. On the outside Brandi James is trying to coach Lane to get up and Sparks is working his way to a vertical position as well. They meet somewhere near each other and are about to take shots at one another when back in the ring Van Dam is seen running off the ropes, hoping over Walsh's body, then flying over the top rope into qa flipping splash that is about to take both men out, but Sparks is able to pull Lane in the way. JC: Awesomeness! RW: That took a lot of guts from Van Dam, but ya got to believe it took a lot out of him to. Van Dam is practically a quater of the way up the entrance ramp lying face down and holding his back. Lane is back off his feet and trying to use the barricade to pull himself up. Sparks smiles contently and slides back in the ring to battle with Walsh. JC: That-a-boy Sparks... Get the guy that's vulnerable and capable of being pinned while there's no distraction. Walsh sees Sparks coming and in a dazed state goes for a clothesline. Sparks ducks it with ease and lifts Walsh into a high-angle back drop with incredible hang time. Walsh grabs his head, but Sparks gives him no time to rest and picks him right up off the mat, and keeps him in control with a stiff shot to the face. Brooks tells Sparks to watch it and keep his hand open, and Sparks retaliates telling Brooks to watch it and keep his mouth shut. JC: Yeah! Shut up and let these guys go at it will ya! Sparks spins Walsh into another rear grapple and within seconds takes the back of his head to the mat again with a release German suplex that leaves Walsh folding over on his neck so that he's face down on the mat. Sparks looks around at the capacity crowd and shouts that it's over. RW: I think Sparks is going for a curtain call here. Sparks peels Walsh off the mat, and in a very simplistic fashion, sets Walsh up like he were dead weight, then drives him to the mat with an "Ego Trip". JC: Ego Trip! RW: It could be all said and done here... New champion could be crowned! Sparks rolls Walsh onto his back and hooks the leg for a cover. Brooks slides into position like he's slick and makes the count. Ref Brooks: One! JC: Wait a minute look up there! RW: It ain't a bird... Ref Brooks: Two! RW: It ain't a plane... Ref Brooks: Thr... JC: It's DAVE VAN DAM!!! Van Dam comes soaring out of no where and lands a huge frog splash on top of Sparks who is still covering Walsh. Ref Brooks: Only two! RW: Folks I don't know where in the hell he came from but it couldn't have been at a better time for the other three competitors who want to win this one. Van Dam gets up holding his stomach tight, but lets go so that he can grab Damien Sparks by the sides of his head and lift him right up off his feet. Van Dam seemingly with ease then throws Sparks into the corner. JC: Van Dam is heated! Van Dam begins to thrust his shoulder into Sparks' stomach relentlessly, using the ropes to pull himself in for more pressure. Van Dam backs away at Brooks command, then tells Brooks off before delivering a combination of kicks to just about every inch of Sparks' torso. RW: Get yourself some DVD! Dave Van Dam is getting some serious retribution for the harsh remarks made by Mr. Sparks. JC: He better watch his temper though! It's been known to get the best of him. Van Dam jabs his forearm into Sparks' face a few times, then clotheslines him over the top rope so hard he continues to flip right into the barricade. Walsh is getting up at the other end of the ring now and looks to be hurting. Van Dam sees him getting up and charges toward him and clobbers him in the back of the head. Walsh staggers foreward and goes head first over the top rope as Van Dam spins around and hits the mat in exhaustion. RW: Turn around Dave! Walsh is hanging over the top rope, having caught himself with both hands. Showing tremendous determination, Walsh pulls himself back up and over into the ring. DVD senses that he's in the from the rubmling of the mat and quickly jolts to his feet in an attempt to attack. Unfortunately for him, he's met with "The Lightning Sensation" from Shawn Walsh. JC: Well, DVD was on fire for awhile there, but Walsh got the extinguisher. Walsh looks at DVD on the mat and the smile he posessed earlier returns to his face. Walsh arrogantly strolls towards DVD, leans over, and slaps him across the face. RW: Oh come on now. We all know you're a real bad ass, you don't have to be a jackass to. JC: Shut up, Randy. Who are you to talk about such a talented man like Shawn Walsh like that. Your lucky he didn't hear you or he'd be over here slapping you around. Walsh decides not to waste any more time toying with DVD and lifts him off his feet. He knees Van Dam in the side of his rib cage, then flips him right into a gutwrench powerbomb. Walsh then grabs Van Dam by his legs, and twists him right into a Texas cloverleaf. RW: Walsh with a submission now on Van Dam. JC: Van Dam better hang in there, if he taps out he'll lose whatever credibility he has left. RW: I don't know if this is to smart on the part of Walsh though. JC: What are you talking about, Randy, of course it's smart. It's the Answer as a matter of fact. He's wearing Van Dam down. RW: Maybe so but a submission is time consuming and how much of that time can he afford to use before his other opponents break the hold? Just as Randy finishes his sentence Sean Lane is eeen sneaking along the outside of the ring apron trying to stay low as o not to be detected. He walsk all the way from where he was by the ramp towards the announce table, before sliding in the ring stealthily behind Shawn Walsh. RW: See? JC: Nobody likes a know-it-all, Randy. Lane bounces off the ropes and nails Walsh in the back of the head with a stiff clothesline. Van Dam's legs hit the mat and his facial expression loosens, relieved of tension. Lane boots Van Dam until he falls out of the ring, then turns back to face Walsh. Walsh comes at him with a right hand and connects. Lane doesn't budge from his stance though, and is able to strike Walsh back with a shot of his own. Walsh answers this shot with a retalitory strike, and Lane returns the favor with a decisive back elbow that forces Walsh to back off a bit. Lane moves in for control, but Walsh sneaks in with a rake to the eyes. RW: Walsh looking to maintain control in the ring now. Brooks tells Walsh to knock it off and Walsh brings his hand back like he's going to backhand Brooks. Brooks cowers and squats down to the mat, raising his arms over his head for protection. Walsh laughs, then turns back to Lane to be met with a boot to the face that sends him down hard. JC: Stay focused! In Walsh I trust! RW: Oh you are pathetic. The camera cuts to ringside to show John waving a "Go Shawn" flag. JC: What? I'm a supporter! Lane steps onto the ring apron and begins to ascend to the top. He looks around at the fans, and then at Brandi James on the outside. He gives her a nod, then notices a look of extreme worry on her face. He becomes confused for a second, when suddenly he's shoved off the turnbuckle by Damien Sparks. RW: And Sparks is back into it. JC: Hey look... so is Van Dam! Van Dam slides under the bottom rope and slowly climbs to his feet. Lane staggers to his feet in the far corner and Walsh is up in the top left corner from a side view. Each man looks worn out, and all are bracing themself up with the ropes. RW: This has really been a battle thus far. Van Dam is the first to make his way back towards the action, as he practically limps toward the center of the ring. Lane shakes his head in disbelief that Van Dam won't go down, and he bolts across the ring as fast as he can to take Van Dam down with a shot to the head. Lane gets frustrated and begins to take it to Van Dam heavily, but not before Walsh can peel him off and slam Lane head first off the turnbuckle Walsh was previous standing at. Walsh props him up on the top rope as the camera cuts back to Sparks who is dropping a knee across Van Dam's head and making the cover. Ref Brooks: One... Two... shoulder up! JC: Another kick out by Van Dam. Van Dam just gets the shoulder up as Walsh brings Lane down to the mat heavily with a superplex. As Lane sits up holding his back, Sparks attempts to walk over to him to hit him while he's down. Suddenly Sparks is heading towards the mat though, and Van Dam has him rolled up in a small package. RW: Van Dam with a cover from no where! Ref Brooks: One... Two... Walsh drop kicks Van Dam in the back and Sparks rolls up on top of Van Dam now. Ref Brooks: One... Tw... Van Dam kicks out and swiftly rolls to his feet but he's tripped up into a school boy from Lane. Ref Brooks: One... Walsh grabs Lane from behind and brings him back onto his shoulders with a crucific pin. Ref Brooks: One... Two... Sparks grabs onto Lane's feet which are flailing, and pushes them to the mat so that he uses Walsh for a see-saw effect to rise to his feet, and Walsh is left confused on the mat. Sparks brings Lane right into a rolling clutch into a sliding pin. Ref Brooks: One... Two... Walsh goes over to break up the pin just as Lane kicks out, and Van Dam brings Walsh back into a school boy. Ref Brooks: One... Two... kick out! JC: Damn! That was confusing! RW: These guys are going all out trying to take the win right out from under on another's noses. Van Dam gets up looking a bit disappointed, and is clubbed in the back by Damien Sparks. Sparks then grabs DVD by the hair and by the tights, spins him around for momentum, and sends him shoulder first into the middle turnbuckle. JC: Oh man that's going to bruise. RW: Van Dam has taken his share of bumps tonight. Van Dam remains immobilized in the turnbuckle as Walsh shakes off the cob webs from the last pinfall to find himself being Irish whipped by both Lane and Sparks to the opposite end of the ring. JC: Foundation keeping it in the family! RW: Probably won't last long but someone can and will get hurt. Walsh comes back to the middle of the ring furociously though and takes down both men with a double clothesline. JC: So much for the double team. Walsh gets up quickly and grabs Sparks by the head. He tosses him over the top rope and watches him bounce off the ring apron with no remorse. Walsh then looks at Lane as he rises and signals for "Blackout". RW: Oh man we're gonna have a champion with in a few seconds, something tells me! Walsh turns around to see Sparks already back up on the ring apron and trying to get back in the ring and Walsh looks shooked. JC: What an effort by Damien Sparks. This kid is right back up and in the action. Walsh takes to the opposite ropes and comes back looking to hit a flying heel kick. Lane steps in his path though, catches him, and tosses him into Sparks on the apron, sending both crashing to the arena floor! RW: My lord! What strength and determination by Lane! JC: Look out! Lane turns around and sees Van Dam coming at him with a ferocious spinning heel kick! JC: I can't look! John is shown brielfy looking throug his fingers before the camera cuts back to the ring. In the ring Sean catches Van Dam foots and pulls him into the "Taste of Sweetness"! RW: Another counter by Lane! JC: Ah! Ref Brooks: One... Two... Three! Three! Ring the bell!! The bell sounds and "Lap Dance" explodes into the arena as the fans roar. RW: I can't believe it! JC: What a hard fought victory for the man I favored to win, Sean Lane! RW: You WHAT?!? The camera cuts to ringside to show John waving a Sean Lane flag. JC: What? RW: How many of those do you have? JC: Let's just say I'm prepared for Sadamme v.s. Osama. RW: You're a sick individual but that is not the headline tonight. Sean Lane is the new Heavyweight Champion of the World, and no one deserves it more. JC: What a great match by all four guys though. They all put in one hundred percent. Harvey Vaughn: And the winner of this match by pinfall, and your new Heavyweight Champion of the World... Sean Lane!!! Walsh reaches his feet and looks around as the crowd cheers the efforts of all four men. Walsh flicks the crowd off as Andrew rolls into the ring. Sparks begins to climb to his feet. As he does, Walsh kicks him in the back, sending him straight back down to the canvas. Andrew looks over at Lane as he is getting up and does the same. Walsh and Andrew then begin to relentlessly attack the two Foundation members. Andrew lifts Lane to his knees and Holds his arms behind his back. Walsh gives Sparks one last kick to the chest and then walks over to Lane. He stares "The Sweetness" right in the eye and then slaps him. Andrew then throws him back down to the mat. Suddenly, the crowd cheers as Knight comes running out of the locker room, weilding a steel chair. Walsh and Andrew glance at each other and then quickly bolt out of the ring, on the other side, as Knight slides in. JC:: Here comes the reinforcements! Knight stares at Walsh and Andrew as they walk around the ring, to the ramp. They point at Knight and laugh. Knight shakes his head and lifts Lane to his feet with one arm, and Sparks up, shortly after. The three of them begin to yell at Walsh and Andrew as they continue to laugh. Suddenly, a look of outrage comes across Knight's face. He turns and swings the chair, slamming it into Sparks' face! Before Lane can react, Knight swiftly spins once more, slamming it into the face of Lane as the crowd begins to boo loudly. RW: Oh my god!!! Walsh smirks and he and Andrew slide back into the ring. Shawn, Foley, and Knight then begin to lay kicks into their downed adversarys. Knight then kicks Sparks in the head as Walsh does the same to Lane. Andrew looks down on the mat to see the World Title. He picks it up and hands it to Walsh. Walsh raises it with his left hand. Andrew then grabs Walsh's right arm and Knight's left and raises them into the air. The crowd boos, horrified, and begins to throw trash at the new alliance. RW: This is sick! The show slowly fades to an SFT logo.
