Opening
The lights dim, the crowd roars as pyro goes off, we see the silhoutte of Precious on the rampway as Harold wobbles in behind her. Harold and Precious make out in front of the crowd. From up above we see Shadow and DVD looking on in disapproval. Harold just flips them off as Precious laughs and they walk away.
RW: Things are not going to end up well for all them.
Match Number One Ignaziovs.
Twilight ( Burning Man Match)
JC: Our first match tonight is a Burning Man Match.
PS: Finally, some REAL action around here.
JC: Our competitors are already in the ring.
Ignazio comes out swinging, but Twilight swiftly dodges the attempted blows.
He takes Ignazio to the map with a drop toe hold and quickly gets him into
an ankle lock. After Ignazio squeals, Twilight slams his opponent's knee
into the mat.
JC: Twilight is pushing the pace from the beginning, controlling this match.
PS: Looks like he's going for the gas and a lighter.
Ignazio clutches his lower leg in the center of the ring as Twilight does,
indeed, head for the gas can. Digging deep, Ignazio stands up awkwardly and
makes his way towards Twilight. But Twilight turns around and, seeing his
opponent back on his feet, drops the gas can and drop kicks Ignazio.
JC: Twilight lifting Ignazio up, follows with a powerbomb.
PS: Finish him already!
JC: He's got him back up, looking like he's setting him up for- He lands the
Twilight Zone!
PS: Christ, it doesn't seem like he's finished yet. I want to see someone
burn already!
JC: Ignazio back in Twilight's clutches and- THE LIGHT GOES OFF!!!
Ignazio lies limp on the floor. Twilight spits and makes his way back to the
gas can. He pours it over his batter opponent, lights a match, and drops it on Ignazio's carcass, which is immediately consumed with fire.
Winner: Twilight
Match Number Two Nirvanavs.
Jack Jones ( Standard Match)
The crowd begins to shout as the arena goes black and pictures of a morgue appear on the striketron. Pictures of bodies ripped apart, bodies crawling with maggots, etc. As the fans begin to boo a light shines onto the ramp as the pictures on the jumbotron change to a big grey screen.
The Ghost In The Shell Theme hits the pa as a beutiful image of a butterfly emerging from it's cacoon appears on the jumbotron. The arena is plunged into gold which flashes into silver every other second, than back into gold. Images of babies being born and people filing into churches and other social places to appear on the jumbotron. First just a child walking, and than a bear attacking a wolf and ripping it's guts out. A sigh is sent out over the pa as white powder begins to call from the arena celing. Soon, the jumbotron shows images of past Jeff King matches from SFT and RWA. Finaly, the last image shown is of Jeff King holding the SFT title above his head after his first world title win. .
NIRVANA appears on the jumbotron as King walks from behind the curtains with Lucretia at his side, dressed in torn and tattered battle clothes. They are black and show wear from any battles, As if it's tradition to wear them in each battle he had. The crowd beings to cheer, but most of them are in awe of him as he walks towards the ring with great stride. He has his trademark cane at his side, the tip sharpened into a spike. Around his neck is barbed wire, tied together into a huge rope of wire. He smiles to the crowd with all the pizazze of a salesman, but with the personality of a shark. Comfortable, yet slightly unsettling images display on the jumbotron, Traditional families eating traditional dinners, watching traditional television, playing with traditional toys...but nobody looks happy. They all have a sullen-eyed look about them which underlies the true feelings inside of them. Jeff makes his way to the ring, spitting in the fans direction, and nodding towards the fans, who, in turn, boo him. Climbing into the ring with Lucretia, he removes his shirt, revealing his wrestling gear beneath it. Lucretia raises his arm above his head and goes in for a passionate kiss, than leaves the ring to take her place at the side. He goes to the to the back turnbuckle and nods to the fans with his cane, which he drops outside the ring with his barbed wire. .
In time hits as Jack Jones makes his way to the ring very non chalantly. He gets in the ring and looks at Nirvana who just stares back. .
RW: Here we go, I have been waiting all week for this match. .
The bell rings. Jack rushes Nirvana but Nirvana nails him with a boot to the face then a scoop slam followed by an elbow drop. Nirvana tries to finish it quick by going for Lucretias Death #1 but Jack counters and nails an X-Factor, he proceeds to kick Nirvana out of the ring. .
JC: uh oh. .
Jack whips Nirvana into the guardrail then climbs the ropes and does a corkscrew off it and nails Nirvana squarely, but it took as much out of Jack as it did Nirvana. The crowd are cheering as both begin to move as the ref has started the 10 count. .
RW: Come on guys!
.
At 8 Jack is at his feet….9…Jack jumps in the ring at the last moment….10!
Winner: Jack Jones
The ref calls for the bell as he raises Jacks arm in victory as we see Saint Jude at the top of the rampway looking on and just smiling.
JC: Damn short but incredible!
Match Number Three Kyle Murphy vs.
Daniel Mendoza ( Standard Match )
AS- “This match is a non-title match scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, hailing from Greenwich, Connecticut… He is Kyle Murphy!”
A burst of pyro explodes at the entrance and "This Fire Burns" by Killswitch Engage blares across the loudspeakers. Kyle Murphy steps confidently out to the stage to a huge pop. Kyle looks around at the crowd but only nods. Turning his attention to the ring, he starts down the aisle. He walks down to ringside just staring into the ring, his face intense and focused. At ringside he simply steps right up onto the apron from the floor. Kyle now looks around at the crowd again before stepping between the ropes into the ring. Crossing the ring, he steps onto the middle rope and with his fists clenched holds his arms out to his sides like a man on a cross. The crowd erupts again and Kyle gives a half-smile as if in spite of himself before stepping down off the ropes.
AS- “And introducing next, he is the sole owner of both tag team championships and hails from Los Angeles, California… He is Daniel Mendoza!
“Blood In My Hair” by Andre Nickatana hits the PA system and Daniel Mendoza walks down to the ring waving to the crowd or with determination on his face. He enters the ring by walking up the steps and crouching between the second and third ropes.
As Amanda exits the ring, the bell sounds as Daniel and Murphy circle each other in the ring. They go to lock up and as they do, Kyle twists his body quickly to get a quick headlock in. Daniel fights with it on for a few seconds before throwing Kyle into the ropes and on rebound, going to the ground by Kyle’s shoulder tackle. Daniel stares at Kyle while he stares down upon him with a smile. Kyle then runs at the ropes and on rebound, he springs over Mendoza who lays out. Afterwards Kyle rebounds off the other ropes as Mendoza gets up. Mendoza hooks Murphy and hits a quick Armdrag. Kyle gets back up and is taken down again with another armdrag. Kyle is up for a third time as Mendoza goes for a third armdrag but this time he spins with Murphy and converts the move into a sit-out One and Only. Mendoza doesn’t pin, he just looks down at Murphy and smiles. He then rolls out and stands up.
JC-“These men look like they think alike with Mendoza giving that return glare.”
RW-“Let’s see how much they think alike throughout the match, it could lead to a great match.”
With Murphy up now, he and Daniel circle again. Kyle goes for a lock but Mendoza takes him down with a hip toss, keeping the headlock in. Kyle fights it and scissors out, getting Mendoza off him. They both get to their feet as Kyle rushes, Mendoza goes for another armdrag, but Kyle flips with it and lands on his feet and turns his body in while simultaneously twisting in his body and dropping to all fours, taking Mendoza down with a trip. Kyle covers but Daniel immediately kicks out. Both men are up as Daniel goes for another armdrag but Kyle blocks it and switches sides to go for his own armdrag, but Daniel blocks that and turns in, he hooks Kyle and goes for a release Belly-to-Belly but Kyle flips and lands on his feet. Daniel is back up as Kyle thrust kicks backwards, getting kicked in the jaw. The crowd follows through with a pop saying “Ooooh!”
RW-“What a move by Murphy!”
JC-“Cover, one… kickout.”
Murphy lands a few punches on the face of Mendoza before going to the ropes. As he gets to the top rope Daniel slowly gets up. Murphy jumps off with a flying clothesline but Mendoza acts quickly but dropping him with a falling-facebuster as he comes down. Kyle’s neck contorts in a sick way as he crashes to the ground. Both men lay spread out on the ground for a breather.
JC-“Both men seem exhausted, this will call for the ten count.”
RW-“Ladies and Gentlemen, we have now seen a new counter in this industry.”
White yells out the count of four as Daniel begins to reel, Murphy remaining down, still feeling the effects of the counter. Daniel rolls Murphy over and pins. White drops for the count. One… Two… Kickout! Daniel stands up out of pure frustration, turning his back on Murphy as he goes to the ref to complain. When the ref warns him, Mendoza turns around and goes to grab Murphy who then rolls him up for a possum-pin. White drops again. One… two… th-kickout! Daniel barely gets out as both men begin to get their feet. Kyle smiles at Daniel again while holding up his hand, showing him how close he was to winning. Kyle then begins to mouth that it was the closest pin in the match so far.
RW-“Kind words from Kyle.”
JC-“Not so much, but they are words. We can tell now that Murphy is getting under Murphy’s skin.”
Mendoza rushes at Kyle, which proved to be a dumb move as Kyle sidesteps and Mendoza runs chest-first into the ropes, bouncing softly back as Kyle grabs his neck and drops him with a neckbreaker, using his knee. Kyle pins… one… two… kickout. Daniel holds onto his neck as Murphy begins to pull him up. Daniel decides he really needs a breather so he breaks Murphy’s hold and hits a quick DDT. Kyle’s head bounces with his whole body in the air and he lies out onto the ground. The ten count is administered once again. One… two… three…
JC-“Second time the count has been used in this match.”
RW-“Just a showing of a great match.”
Eight… both men are to their feet. Kyle wobbles over to Mendoza, who hits him in the face with a huge right. Kyle throws his fist wildly and connects to Mendoza. Daniel hits Murphy in the face, Murphy recoils, and Daniel blocks and gets the upper hand by throwing wild elbows into Murphy’s face. Daniel then grabs Murphy, not looking where he’s going and throws Murphy with a huge Belly-to-Belly suplex out of the ring. Murphy flies over the top and crashes hard on his back. Daniel gets up and looks about the ring. Noticing Kyle is no longer in the ring, he sees Murphy outside, barely able to stand up. As soon as he is close to being up, Daniel runs at the opposite ropes and rebounds off, coming at Kyle full speed with a once in a lifetime, corkscrew tope. His body collides with Murphy’s and they both hit hard. The way they land though, his move was converted into a falling leg drop.
JC-“What the Hell!”
RW-“That move was great from Mendoza!”
The ring out count is six now and Mendoza is barely pulling himself up with the barricade. Murphy is also struggling getting up, pulling himself up with the apron. At eight Mendoza is up but Murphy falls to the ground again. Mendoza rolls into the ring, but doesn’t want the match to end like this, so he rolls back out, breaking the count. Murphy throws a wild punch, taking half of Daniel’s face off with the throw. Mendoza falls back and stays up because of the steel steps. THREE! Daniel grabs Murphy and goes for a suplex; Kyle contorts his body though and lands on his feet. Daniel turns around and they both run at each other. They take each other down with a clothesline. Kyle lands squarely on his head and Daniel lands on his upper back.
RW-“The ref is at five now and they are both down!”
JC-“Is a double count-out in the works?”
Eight… Mendoza and Murphy are both pulling themselves up with the apron. NINE! Mendoza uses his last burst of strength to pull himself under the ropes. Murphy tries as well, but collapses in exhaustion. TEN!
The bell sounds.
Winner: Daniel Mendoza
AS-“Here’s your winner by Count-out, Daniel Mendoza!”
JC-“This was enjoyable.”
RW-“Great match from two men.”
Match Number Four Lucretia Black vs.
Xavier Anderson ( Non Title Match )
PS: I have this feeling of deja vu...
JC: You have feelings?
PS: I'm not a woman.
Lucretia Black's fist comes flying out of nowhere to bowl Phil Stevens over. Satisfied, she proudly makes her way to the ring, where Xavier Anderson is already waiting. The referee calls for the bell, and the King of Hardcore quickly locks it up with Miss Black. Anderson gains the advantage and converts it into a suplex.
PS: Don't you get suspended for something like that! I'm just color commentary!
JC: What you are is a dick.
Stevens scowls as Black rebounds quickly, sending a flurry of blows at her opponent. She whips him against the ropes then takes him down with a hurricanrana which she extends into a pin. Anderson breaks free quickly.
JC: She's probably trying to get this over with quickly so she can come back here and finish you off.
PS: Oh, I'm shaking in my headset!
JC: Anderson with a big right hand, Black with an even bigger left.
Anderson battles back before ducking under one of Miss Black's swings. He pops back up and chokeslams her.
PS: Yeah! Kick her in the head!
JC: What a cowardly act for any man to commit, much less endorse.
Lucretia somehow finds momentum enough to windmill kick, and knocks Anderson off his feet.
JC: Both competitors back on their feet quickly. Black with a big boot! Ouch! Those heels must hurt!
Blood flows freely from Anderson's mouth, he spits red mist onto the mat before lunging at Lucretia. She knocks him to the ground picks him back up, whips him into the ropes and performs a headscissors takeover into a submission.
PS: She's man strong, I wonder how he'll get out of this one.
He doesn't. Lucretia's grips continues to tighten and Anderson is trapped in the center of the ring. Lucretia pulls him into the center with a small package Xavier cannot break 1...2...3!
Winner: Lucretia Black
RW: Lucretia takes the win, great match though.
Main Event Mike Zybala vs.
DVD ( US Title Match )
AS-“This match is scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, hailing from Buffalo, New York, Mike Zybala!”
“Ten-Thousand Fist” by Disturbed hits the PA as Zybala begins to rush through the crowd. Half way through, he stops and spots a beautiful lady and begins to dance with her. After a few moments of that, he rushes through the crowd again, after receiving a kiss to the cheek from
her. He hops the guardrail and slides into the ring. His music cuts out as he readies for his match.
AS-“And his opponent, in the ring already, he’s The Immortal Icon, Dave Van Dam!”
Before the bell even rings the men start to go at it, throwing punches and slaps at each other like it was money at a stripper. Dave gets the upper hand and throws Zybala at the ropes but on rebound Zybala hits a flying dropkick taking Dave through the ropes quickly. Dave lands on his feet and walks around, catching his breath. Zybala runs at the ropes and dives at Dave from over the ropes, only to be caught and taken into the steel ring post. Dave drops Zybala and steps onto the apron. As Zybala brings himself up with the ring, Dave steps on his hand. Zybala shakes his hand as Dave dives off the apron with a double-axe handle to the back. Dave then slides Zybala into the ring, following it up as he slides in too. He pins. One… kickout.
Dave lifts Zybala, but Mike breaks it and elbows Dave in the face. Dave stumbles back as Zybala runs at him, hitting a headscissors takedown. Zybala then runs at Dave, hops over him, landing on the turnbuckle, and springs off with a moonsault. He stays with the cover. One… two… kickout! Dave powers out of the pin, throwing the light Zybala off his chest. Dave gets up and rushes at Zybala with a clothesline, but Zybala ducks it. Zybala rebounds off the ropes again and comes at Dave, but he grabs him by his legs and goes for a flapjack. Zybala’s neck whiplashes off the top rope in a very sick manner. Zybala stumbles back as Dave runs to the ropes. He jumps at Zybala and takes him down with a wheel-kick. Dave then jumps up the turnbuckle quickly and hits a split-legged moonsault, one… two… kickout.
JC-“You don’t even get a chance to breathe in a match like this.”
RW-“Both men are up!”
Zybala whips Dave into the turnbuckle hard and then runs at Dave. He hits a Jimmy Wang Yang style flip-kick, forcing Dave into a sitting position. Zybala then grabs the ropes and jumps in the air, following up with a Hardy style turnbuckle dropkick. Zybala rolls out and so does Dave. Dave seems spacious. Zybala pins, one… two… kickout. Zybala doesn’t care to argue with the referee and goes to the turnbuckle again. Zybala dives off with his version of an elbow drop, but crashes to the ground hard as Dave moves. Zybala holds his elbow as he gets up, and Dave takes him down with an armbreaker. Dave then goes into a hammerlock. He then flips Zybala over and locks in an armbar. Zybala slowly fights the move as the ref asks if he gives in. Zybala screams no and situates himself onto his knees. He puts DVD into a pinning position, one… two… he repositions himself into the armbar again.
Zybala breaks Dave’s grip on the next pinning stack, he then converts his legs into a submission move, crossing his arms around his legs, and bending his back, making it look like Edge’s Edgecation. Dave drags himself to the ropes and places a hand on the bottom rope. Zybala releases the hold after being told once and grabs the top rope, lifting himself in the air. He then drops two knees onto his back. Dave curls up into a ball, clutching his back.
JC-“This is what happens when you get these two into a match, nonstop action.”
RW-“Zybala and Dave are both very good wrestlers, and great opponents. It’s an honor to have them on Inferno tonight.”
Zybala drops to a knee and begins clubbing Dave in the back. He then runs to the ropes, and on rebound flips in the air aiming for a senton to the center of Dave’s back. Dave, out of luck it seems, rolls out of the way. Zybala crashes awkwardly on the ropes, hitting his head hard on the mat. Dave grabs his legs and goes for the pin getting a long two count. Dave gets up and just glances at the referee. Dave goes to the opposite ropes and begins taking his frustration out on the top-rope, kind of like Batista. Zybala gets up and runs at Dave, but he hears him coming and turns around, hitting an armdrag, sending him over the ropes. Zybala crashes hard to the ground. Dave doesn’t even hesitate; he pulls himself over the top and hits a crazy splash out of the ring. Zybala rolls around in pain as Dave slowly gets up. He lifts Zybala but gets a punch in the face.
Zybala then goes for a whip to the steps, but DVD reverses and Zybala hits knee first into the steps from short range at high speeds. Zybala flips over the steps and lands hard on his back again. DVD walks over to Mike and lifts him up. He throws him into the ring and slides in after him.
Dave grabs Zybala and pins for another long two. He gets up and begins to walk over to the ref, who begins to back up. Dave raises a fist and begins to yell at the ref, complaining that he thinks the referee isn’t doing a fair job. The unknown ref backs off into the corner, allowing Zybala enough time to roll him up for a pin, getting a quick two. Dave is now convinced. Dave and Zybala are to their feet. Dave grabs Zybala, and whips him towards the ref, knocking their heads together. The ref falls out, out cold from the impact. Dave looks around and smiles.
JC-“What’s that look on his face?”
RW-“I don’t know, but he’s exiting the ring.”
Dave looks under the ring, and smiles even harder as he pulls out a table. He slides it into the ring and slides in after it. He then sets it up as Zybala slowly gets up. Dave knees Zybala in the gut and sets him for a powerbomb. A man begins to run down the ring as he does this. He slides in and tells Dave not to do it or he’s disqualified. Dave lifts Zybala, and powerbombs him to the ground. Dave then grabs the table and in a rage, throws it from the ring. Dave pins Zybala, one… two… thr…kickout!
Dave looks at the man as Zybala gets up. Dave grabs Zybala who reverses him for a Northern Lights Suplex pin. The suited man drops to count, one… two… kickout! Dave pushes Zybala off himself and gets up. Zybala goes for a clothesline, but Dave ducks it and goes for a roll up. One… two… three! Dave rolls out of the ring as his music hits.
AS-“Here’s your winner, The Immortal Icon, Dave Van Dam!”
Dave keeps his eyes locked on the suited man as he backs up the ramp. Zybala stares at DVD, not believing what just happened. The suited man grabs a microphone.
Winner: DVD
Ending
Lion-“I bet you all are wondering who I am. Well, I am the new force on the SFT staff team. You all may call me Lion, nothing else. As for the roster, they shall call me sir. I’m not here to make friends; I’m here to get the job done. Cheating I will not allow, not while I’m around. Be ready to see the new enforcement, because things are gonna change.”
He drops the microphone and leaves the ring.
JC-“Well, he’s already hated by the crowd, and more-so by the roster.”
RW-“Yeah…”
