JC: Definitely! We also have Kyle Murphy defending the World Title against Dark Wolf.
RW: 2 veterans doing battle for the most prestigous title in all the land.
JC: Lets not wait any longer. EMERSON vs. TK MONEY vs. THE LION [ TRIPLE THREAT MATCH - #1 CONTENDER TO HARDCORE TITLE ] RW: Our first match features a three way dance between TK Money, Emerson, and Lion.
JC: Lion has been extremely quiet since his big win over Kris Chambers.
All three men are in the ring as the bell sounds off. Emerson starts it off with a back heel kick on Lion and then a clothesline on TK Money. Emerson with some quick moves as he knee kicks TK then a back body drop on Lion!
RW: Lookit Emerson go!
Lion tries to get up but TK nails him with a super kick. TK with a snapmare on Emerson and then a running rope flip into a pin he coves Emerson as the ref counts 1…………..2……….kickout!
TK spots Lion trying to get up and nails him with a snap suplex. TK climbs the ropes and nails him with a shooting star suplex!
JC: Oh my!
TK with a cover on Lion 1………….2……………..kickout!
RW: TK almost had it there, almost!
TK and Emerson are now up as they lock up. They fight each other fist for fist, Lion tries to get up and both TK and Emerson nail him simultaneously with double clotheslines!
RW: That’s funny.
Emerson with a forearm as he knocks TK down. But TK fights back with his Blood Debt knocing out Emerson, he spots Lion trying to get up also and he hits Lion with his Blood Debt too! TK covers Lion as the ref counts 1……….2…………3!!!
JC: That’s it folk, what a great way to start off this ppv, TK finishes off Lion by breaking his jaw!
No More Fears by Dale Oliver hits as we see Twilight come down to ringside to celebrate with TK Money.
RW: Blood Money has a blood debt! And its all good at Apocalypse Now! WINNER: TK MONEY We cut backstage to see The Dark Wolf walking through the hallway. Determination cut across his face filled with intent as he turns the corner to come face to face with the SFT's head reporter Harold.
Harold: Oh um, sorry, uhh hello.
The Dark Wolf jsut glares at Harold then a long grin runs along his face while his eyes light up. Wolf reaches out a hand and pats Harold on the shoulder.
Wolf: Harold, how the heck are you?
Harold: Im, uh alright. Just working on my next piece. the Switchblade interview was recieved well and so Im looking for some new prospects as well as some news and rumors.
Wolf: Well have I got a scoop for you!
Harolds eyes light up, very rarely does he get a scoop from the direct wrestlers, words straight from the horses mouth. Wolf uses his hand to motion that Harold get close.
Harold slowly gets closer. His eyes lit up like a child on christmas. Then something completely unexpected happens. The Dark Wolf reaches back and pulls somthing from out of his pocket.. And whispers into Harolds ear. Then hands him a piece of paper.
The Dark Wolf steps back as Harold nods and opens it and looks at what it says. The grin drops from his face and he looks confused at Wolf.
Harold: Umm, really? You are going to go through with this?
The Dark Wolf: Oh yes, I am.
Harold: Winning or losing tonight really isn't your concern is it?
The Dark Wolf chuckles at Harold.
The Dark Wolf: When have I not had a plan. Remember I used to work with Azreal. I learned a few things. But rest assured Kyle is going to have a fight. thats guarenteed.
Harold: Ok, I'll tell Shadow, but he won't like it.
The Dark Wolf: You forget, Ray Cross and I jumped Shadow once a few years ago after Ray Talked about sleeping with the girl he was seeing, and we suffered little to no reprocussions. Whats he going to do about this.
Harold: Oh my God, Wolf have you lost your mind?
The Dark Wolf: Have I ever had one?
Harold just nods and understands and walks backwards slowly then turns and dissapears down one of the hallways. APOLLYN vs. SCICOTIA SKIE (c) [ HARDCORE MATCH - HARDCORE TITLE ] Ring Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen, Making his way out next hailing from parts San Juan. Mexico Weighing 190 pounds!!!! This is... Apollyn!!!!
"Crusifiction" By Aiden blast out the Pa System as you see a masked man walking out onto the stage. Then he walks down to the ring but as he reaches ringside, he climbs up the apron then through the ropes.
Ring Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen, Making her way out hailing from Tampa, Florida, weighing 162 pounds!!!! "The New Strike Towers Hardcore Champion!!!! Scicotia Skie!!!!
As the opening riffs of "Step Up" begin to blare throughout the arena we can see glitter begin to fall from the ceiling in front of the curtain as green, pink, white, and red strobe lights begin to fill the arena with their light. A moment later as the lyrics strike we can see Scicotia Skie pop out through the curtains smiling as she begins to lightly skip her way down the ramp, speeding up a bit as she nears the ring before sliding under of the bottom rope on her knees. Scicotia then leaps to her feet as she begins to make her way corner to corner continually proclaiming her greatness to the crowd.
Apollyn and Scicotia Skie pace both pace back and forth from side to side, waiting for the match to start. As soon as the bell rings Apollyn sprints faster than Skie can react, with Skie off guard Apollyn is able to flip Skie down and go for an instant cover!)
One…
Two…
(Skie regains her composure and is able to kick out before the three count.)
JC: That plan of attack looks awfully familiar.
RW: As it should, Apollyn did practically the same thing a few weeks ago.
JC: That’s right! Though I’m sure Apollyn is hoping for a ‘W’ at the end of the match.
(Skie and Apollyn stand up at the same time, Skie looks at through his mask as Apollyn who just has a huge smirk on his face and seems to mouth “thought it might work.”)
RW: And you can tell that Apollyn is up for trying to win anything here tonight.
(Apollyn and Skie start circling around the ring as they get ready to start the match off again. They get into the middle of the ring and lock up. The two seem to be an equal match at first, but then Apollyn is able to take charge with his extra bit of weight. Apollyn closes the gap in between him and Skie and gets and arm behind Skie’s neck. Apollyn pushes down on it, forcing Skie to fall to the ground. With Skie laying on his back, Apollyn lies on his back and at a 90 degree angle hooks Skie’s right arm and pulls back as he applies a fujiwara armbar.)
RW: And even though we have two fast paced wrestlers in the ring, we’re getting a technical display so far as Apollyn has locked in a Fujiwara armbar!
(Skie yells in pain as Apollyn pulls further back on his arm.)
JC: And this could be an early end to the match right here!
(Skie summons enough strength to crawl close enough to reach the ropes, forcing Apollyn to let go of the hold. Skie pulls herself up to a vertical base using the ropes. Foolishly she has her back to Apollyn during this, as she turns around his face is met by a yakuza kick! The kick is such a hard hit that Skie flips over the top rope and goes flying onto the mat around the wrestling ring!)
RW: What a kick!
(After a few moments Skie is able to pull herself together once more, but again has his back to Apollyn and again he pays for this. Apollyn runs off the opposite side ropes, gaining enough momentum to launch himself up and over the same ropes Skie just was tossed over; Skie turns and is hit by a suicide dive from Apollyn!)
JC: Alex is not catching a break at all!
RW: No, she sure isn’t which is what we expected from Apollyn. A high flying, fast paced match.
(Apollyn stands in front of the security wall, staring at all the fans who are more than amped up after seeing that last leap from Apollyn. Apollyn panders to the crowd a bit, soaking in the yells before he turns his attention back over to Skie. Apollyn grabs Skie by the back of her head and drags her to the ring, pulling her up and rolling her in under the ropes. Once Apollyn has her in he turns to the crowd once more and points at them, receiving a cheer from them for it. Apollyn turns back around and rolls in, however Apollyn doesn’t notice that Skie has come back to life and is ready. Apollyn stands up to be met with Skie jumping in the air and kicking him in his chest. Apollyn stumbles back into the ropes that then shoot him back forward at Skie. Skie scoops Apollyn up horizontally before she drops Apollyn slamming Apollyn down onto his knee.)
RW: What a viscous backbreaker from Skie!
(Skie sees her opening and goes for the cover.)
One…
Two…
(No! Even with the quick damage Skie has dealt out to Apollyn, it’s not enough from keeping Apollyn from kicking out. The two warriors pull themselves back to a vertical base and stare each other down, each looking to see who’ll flinch. After a minute Apollyn snaps his right hand forward, hitting a cold hard punch to Skie’s jaw. Skie staggers back, but then turns around and hits Apollyn back with a punch of her own! Apollyn takes a few steps back, caught off guard that Skie was able to move faster than him. As soon as Apollyn steps back up the two begin to trade punch for punch, with neither seeming to gain any ground.)
JC: Look at this!
(After a few trades Apollyn is able to gain the upper hand and locks Skie into a three-quarter facelock then runs to and then up the turnbuckles. Once to the top turnbuckle Apollyn jumps backwards and performs a backflip in the air, landing face down on the mat and driving Skie back first!)
RW: What a Shiranui!
(Apollyn doesn’t waste a second and goes for the cover.)
One…
Two…
Th…
(Skie finds digs deep and is able to kick out.)
RW: What guts we are seeing from Skie right here in her first title defence!
JC: Guts are great and all, but if she wants to win she’s going to start showing more than just guts!
(Apollyn get’s behind Skie and drags her up to a vertical base. Apollyn applies a half nelson hold, then scoops Skie up and slams her back down to the mat.)
RW: Powerful half nelson driver by Apollyn!
(Apollyn sprints to the closet turnbuckle and jumps up to the top. He pauses for a moment, then leaps off and nails a frog splash!)
RW: These two are starting to step up the pace of this match now.
(Apollyn and Skie both roll around in pain, both suffering from the frog splash. After a bit Apollyn struggles to pull himself back and make a cover again.)
One…
Two…
(Not this time! Even with the damage dealt out Skie is able to kick out. Apollyn rolls over and slaps the mat in frustration, wondering how far he needs to go for the win. Apollyn goes to the ouside and looks under the ring. As he looks around, he sees what he is looking for. A Table! Then He finally searches under the ring again, picking out a kendo stick and twirling it before gripping it in both hands. Apollyn slides the table into the ring then slides in right after. Apollyn goes over to Skie as she stands up, he smashes the stick into her midsection, then as she doubles over in pain, he bashes it across the back of her head as well, crumpling her to the floor. Apollyn tosses the kendo stick and nails a DDT on her then gets up to set up the table. After the table is set up Apollyn lifts Skie up and rolls her onto the table. Apollyn heads for the same turnbuckle he just used. Apollyn climbs the turnbuckle and seems to set himself up for the something high risk!)
RW: Apollyn using that Kendo stick with almost lethal effectiveness here! You have to wonder how much more Skie could possibly take!
JC: Looks like Apollyn plans on ending the match here and now.
(Apollyn leaps, pulling off a beautiful moonsault… expect for the landing as Skie through the table, but she rolls out of the way allowing Apollyn to crash painfully through the table on the ring mat below!)
JC: Oh my god!!! He missed it, but Look at that she’s come to life!
(Skie sees the huge advantage she has and flips Apollyn over for the pin.)
One…
Two…
Thre…
(With no time to spare Apollyn get’s a shoulder just barely off the mat.)
RW: And look at that! Apollyn shows us all again how much heart he brings to the ring.
(Both wrestlers scramble to their feet to try and get the advantage. While Skie bides her time, she waits for Apollyn to come charging towards her and goes for a running Yakuza kick. Skie ducks at the last second and when Apollyn turns around Skie drops him with his maneuver out of nowhere, (RKO)!
JC: Wow, she is taken him to the limit tonight.
RW: You hear these fans tonight? They are loving this.
(Skie goes over toward the corner where she has a black bag. Seemingly satisfied with what she hears, Skie begins unlacing the bag and then turns it upside down in the ring, spilling thousands of thumbtacks in the ring and spreading them in a rather large pile. She then turns her attention back to Apollyn after throwing the bag aside, moving in his direction with obviously evil intent. As she goes to pull Apollyn up, however, he lands a hard low blow, doubling her over and giving himself time to breathe further. Apollyn again slides outside the ring and grabs the kendo stick that he had used on her earlier and slides back into the ring. Apollyn waits for her to come up to a knee, and swings for the fences, connecting with a loud, satisfying crack across her skull, eliciting another OOOOOHHHH from the crowd. With a smile coming across his face, Apollyn turns the tables, straddling Skie and dropping down with the Kendo stick across her throat. Apollyn drops the kendo stick near the fallen body of Skie as he is taunting the crowd. Skie begins to get up as she sees the kendo stick, she slowly picks herself up and with kendo stick in hand she swings and nails Apollyn across the head.
RW: You can never turn your back on an opponent... This is a prime excample.
(Skie goes outside of the ring. She reaches under the ring and pulls out a ladder. She lifts it up and pushes it into the ring, Then she pulls out another table. She also pushes that back into the ring. She looks around then pulls out a barbwire garbage can. She tosses that into the ring. Skie gets back into the ring as Apollyn is still motionless on the mat. She sets up the table near the corner of the ring, then lifts the ladder up next. Both are now set up as she grabs the barbwire trash can.)
RW: This don't look good for Apollyn!
JC: Now, this reminds me of someone.
RW: Dameon!
(Skie takes the trash can and smashes it so its flat and as this is going on Apollyn gets to his feet. Skie spins around with a backhand, She lays the trash can on the table then she grabs Apollyn by the mask. Skie begins to climb the ladder with Apollyn then at that top of the ladder, She reaches around the next of Apollyn and tries a suplex, but with no prevail.)
RW: Come on!
JC: Someone isn't leaving here tonight without something broken or even worse!
(Skie tried to push Apollyn off the ladder but instead Apollyn hits Skie in the gut with a right punch, then another. Apollyn lifts Skie up in a "Firemans Carry" and then backwards they both go through the barbwire trash can and table crashing to the mat. Both wrestlers laying their motionless with the crowd standing up screaming for what just happen. Apollyn throws his arm up for the follow up cover...)
RW: Holy mother of GOD!!!!
One...
Two...
...Three!!!
WINNER: Apollyn Referee reaches through the ring ropes and grabs the SFT Hardcore Championship belt from ring announcer. He comes back to the middle of the ring where Apollyn is standing. He lifts both of his arms high in the air as Skie can barely believe her eyes! He's all smiles as he celebrate in the middle of the ring as Skie is helped off to the back.)
RW: Wow, you believe this, J.? We actually made it through a hard-core match without much blood!
JC: I know, this is pretty insane. Strike Towers PPV, huh? Who would thunk it?
RW: Are we gonna behave tonight, J.?
JC: Of Course, Let's go to ringside as we get ready for the next match.
As the announcers get ready for the next match Apollyn decides to roll back into the ring as the referees clear the ring. Apollyn calls for the mic.
Apollyn: Tonight, Was a big night for Apollyn, But due to some issues he's no longer with Strike Towers.
JC: But he is in the ring?
Apollyn: I was away when Strike Towers staff called me, and asked me to come home. I looked at the phone with a shock, and decided. Hell YES...
Crowd Cheering....
RW: Do you understand what is going on?
JC: I think I do, and I think we're about to find out!
Apollyn puts the mic between his legs then pulls off the mask. As his face is revealed, everyone sees it's the return of Kris Chambers.
Kris Chambers: That's right, I am back. Now, don't get this fucked up, I am now the New SFT Hardcore Champion, that means more extreme matches will be coming. I know I made a promise to leave Strike Towers if I lost to Lion. But, When Shadow called me, when SFT called me, I had to take one more shot. I am back... No one will ever change that. But, As a friend and now a member, I got Shadows back. Shadow, thank you for the phone call, I will never disappoint you again!
Crowd Cheering....
Chambers tosses the mic out of the ring as the crowd abrupts... Chambers crawls out of the ring as the scenes fade back to the ring. MICHAEL ORTON vs. JOSH KONNELY [ STANDARD MATCH - #1 CONTENDER TO NATIONAL TITLE ] Ring Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen, Making his way out first hailing from parts Bridgeport, Connecticut Weighing 191 lbs pounds!!!! This is... Josh Konnely!!!!
"NEVER BACK DOWN IN THE FACE OF ANGER!" The lights flicker, then go out as "Indestructible" by Disturbed blares through the arena. A yellow light illuminates the stage area, and two rockets of pyro fly from the far side of the arena to explode on the stage. Josh Konnely steps out into the smoke left by the exploding pyro, and raises his arms as the crowd boos. With his fists clenched and a scowl on his face, Konnely walks down the aisle to ringside. He runs up the steps, walks to the center of the apron, and climbs through the ropes into the ring. Going to the opposite corner, he steps onto the second rope, glaring out into the booing crowd. Josh raises both arms, his hands forming cornas, as the crowd boos loudly. He steps down out of the corner and shoves past the referee before leaning back against the ropes, ready to fight.
Ring Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen, Making his way out next hailing from Dallas, Texas, weighing 230 pounds!!!! Michael Orton!!!!
The lights fade to darkness as the titan tron flashes..a countdown 5...4...3...2...1..Then at the last second "Hell Yeah" by Rev Theory blasts out the arena's PA Sytstem. Michael orton apears at the top of the stage as the lights and pyro start flashing and going off, then Orton walks down the aisle down to the ring apron, He goes to climb into the ring by climbing through the ropes, once in the ring he goes to the corner and waits for the referee to ring the bell.
Orton slowly strides to center ring after the bell rings, and rather than follow Konnely around the ring as he slowly circles him, he simply stays with his body faced toward him corner, following him only with his head and eyes. When he proceeds around behind him and he has to snap his head around to follow him, Konnely tries to take advantage and dives at Orton's knee, only to have him spin away, lifting his knee to avoid any contact.)
RW: Konnely trying to get an early advantage by taking out one of the wheels of Orton, he needs to be abusive and elusive here, if he's not this match could be over quickly and painfully.
JC: You aren't kidding. And he's much too good to look at for to deface him.
(Konnely seems to get that the subterfuge angle might not work, as a smirk comes across his face, he picks himself up slowly and as Orton comes back to the middle, he meets him and the two lock up in a collar and elbow tie up, but Orton's size and strength advantage quickly win out and he slings Konnely bodily into the nearest corner, and he manages to get out of the way just before the follow up fist that might have mashed his brain into the ring post connects. He manages to land a kick and punch to his rib area before he spins and swings at him again, this time with an elbow that lands a decent blow to the side of Konnely's head. Konnely reels away in shock and holds the side of his head where the hit happened. Immediately Orton is on him though, roughly grabbing him by the hair and spinning him back into the corner. Orton follows up with a knee shot to his stomach, and when he tries to get out of the corner to avoid a second, Orton quickly pie faces him and shoves him back into the corner and connects with a second knee shot. Konnely clutching at his stomach and chest, stumbles out of the corner and falls to a knee at center ring.)
RW: Orton using the power game here. This could be bad news for Konnely.
(Seeking to follow up, Orton stalks him out of the corner and pulls him up by the hair again. Orton then shoves Konnely to the nearside ropes and shoots him off to the far side, Konnely dodges a clothesline then comes flying off the near ropes with a flying forearm that cracks Orton directly in the head, toppling him to the canvas. Seeing his opportunity, Konnely immediately follows up, hammering away at Orton's skull with repeated fists as he tries to get back to his feet. Orton shoves Konnely away, then shakes his head out but immediately Konnely is back on Orton and this time with a running soccer kick to his chest, knocking Orton back down. This time, rather than simply following up, he waits til he rolls over to stand back up, then lands a stomp to the back of his neck, causing him to react like he was shot with a gun in that spot, Orton gets back up holding his neck, and Konnely sets Orton up for a DDT, but Orton places his hands on his hips, lifts him skyward and catapults him halfway across the ring to land chest and chin first on the mat. Konnely immediately comes up clutching at his chest again, as Orton goes to shake the cobwebs out of his head a bit.)
RW: Wow, quite an exchange there, seems like neither of them have really come out on the better end of things.
JC: Go Konnely! Get him!
(After a few moments both competitors make it back to their feet, and Orton grabs Konnely by his hair again, but this time Konnely is ready and immediately uses his jiu-jitsu knowledge, grabbing his wrist and throwing Konnely's legs up and winding them around his arm and the back of his head, going for a triangle choke. Orton, using his own training, steps forward as he does so, managing to work himself around in such a way that when Konnely goes to pull his head down, Konnely can't get ahold of it properly. Orton then struggles for a few moments before managing to work himself around and place a foot on his windpipe, using his height advantage to it's fullest. For Konnely, the choice between holding onto the choke himself or blacking out comes to the forefront and Konnely releases the hold and rolls away to all fours, holding his throat as he does.)
RW: We're seeing a side of Orton here that we haven't seen before, and to be honest it's a bit unnerving.
JC: Unnerving?! It's downright scary! This needs to be stopped before he seriously hurts Konnely!
(Seeing Konnely on all fours,Orton capitalizes, catching him with a boot under the ribs, jolting him off the mat, followed by a second and a third. In order to get away from that, Konnely rolls away and rolls out to the floor between the ring. Orton quickly follows him outside, only to find that he has rolled under the ring. Orton smirks to himself and pulls back the ring apron, only to see nothing there. A few moments later, Konnely emerges on the other side of the ring, sliding inside and waiting to see Orton's head about to pop back up over the apron. Konnely runs the near side ropes and just as Orton pops up, Konnely catapults himself between the middle and bottom rope with a missile dropkick to the outside, hitting Orton in the chest and sending him back to the wall. Konnely follows up immediately slamming a series of fists into Orton's face and ribs, crumpling him for a moment. Konnely then takes a step back and runs at him as he comes to a knee, hitting a Shining Wizard that catches his head between his knee and one of the parts of the framework for the ring.)
RW: Oh my god! The impact on that, I think Orton's neck may be broken. At the very least his skull could be cracked from that.
JC: Stick a fork in him! It's over!
(Orton slumps to the ground, clutching at his head as Konnely keeps on him, stomping away at his ribcage and the back of his neck. After a few moments, Orton gets back to his feet slowly while the attack continues, then shoves him away from him. Immediately Konnely turns and climbs onto the apron, then Konnely gets a running start and leaps off to try to hit him with a double axe handle off the apron, but Orton catches Konnely in mid air in a bear hug before spinning him so he is slung over his shoulder. He then runs at high speed and launches him into one of the support beams of the wall the baracade, smacking his skull against the post which elicits a huge OOOOHHHH from the crowd in attendance. Konnely clutches at his head and rolls around on the mats on the outside while Orton stalks around him, looking to get another shot in wherever he can.)
RW: Orton using Konnely as a lawndart there! I almost expect him to start singing "whipping post" or something here.
JC: That's just wrong Randy.
(Orton approaches, looking ready to strike when Konnely grabs ahold of the waistband of his pants and yanks him toward the ring, causing him to hit his head on the ring apron. Orton climbs into the ring holding his head as Konnely follows pursuit.)
RW: What is Konnely thinking here?
JC: Konnely going for a cover here!
1...2...Thre-NO! Kickout by ORTON!
(Orton slowly gets to his feet, Orton then turns around and meets a boot to the gut from Konnely, who sets him in position for what looks to be a powerbomb or tiger driver, but instead of hooking his arms from the outside in, Konnely hooks them from inside out, effectively cutting Orton arms off from being able to brace himself as Konney lifts Orton over his shoulder into a powerbomb like position then drives him down to the mat headfirst, landing his head.)
RW: MY GOD! This one is academic!
(With that, he quickly hooks one of his legs and the referee makes the count.)
1...
2...
Thre!
( As the referee goes to count the three, the lights fade to black. As the crowd chants and the announcers start to assume something, the lights come back on with a man wearing a hooded sweatshirt and sweat pants standing over Josh Konnely. Michael Orton is over near the corner shocked from the amount of blood in the ring from Konnely, The referee calls for the bell.
WINNER: Josh Konnely The unknown man pulls his hood backwards, and the man was revealed as Kris Chambers.)
Kris Chambers: Sorry Josh, I do believe you remember a few months ago, you did screw me out of my title. Remember when that worthless piece of shit named Johnny Legend took my title? Well, Guess what... I am taking it from you. For many months, Michael Orton was telling you all something, but you never figured it out. Well, tonight, I will explain it too you. Michael Orton is a friend from the past. If you don't believe me, then go over everything he's done. Now, Josh.. It looks like you will need some stitches.. Better get that would checked out, Let's go Michael...
JC: Well, we had ourselves a hell of an match here tonight. But it was ruined tonight by the return of Chambers.
RW: Tonight's PPV, has been great thus far, I wonder what we will have next? And who else plans to make an return? SAINT JUDE(c) vs. TWILIGHT [ STANDARD MATCH - NATIONAL TITLE ] "Ring Of Fire" by Johnny Cash hits and the crowd roars in a mixed reaction. Saint Jude emerges through the curtain and onto the stage without any further pop or circumstance. The bell rings as he makes his shy walk to the ring.
JC: Why do they always toll the bell during the first wrestler's entrance? I don't get that.
RW: Dude, what's the matter with you? Why does it even matter to you?
JC: Well, I guess we gotta pay the timekeeper for SOMETHING.
RW: I think we need to get a to get an EMT out here. Have you been drinking water?
Saint Jude is now standing at ringside at the end of the ramp, and he circles the ring to the far side. There he climbs the ringsteps and begins to step through the rope. Just as he is stepping between the ropes, Twilight slides into the ring on the ramp side. Before Saint Jude can bring his second foot through the ropes, Twilight runs at him and kicks him in the exposed ribs.
JC: What in the world?! These two used to be running buddies as part of The Wall! Twilight is just ambushing the National Champion!
Twilight clubs Saint Jude with forearms as Jude finishes stepping into the ring. Jude throws desperate rights and lefts to the torso of Twilight, but at close range the blows do not have a lot behind them. Twilight continues to hammer Jude with everything he's got.
RW: And even though this is a National Championship match, this situation that has broken down between these two is not about the title. This suddenly personal issue seems to have been sparked by Twilight's apparent jealousy of Saint Jude's dealings and relationship with Scicotia.
Saint Jude unbuckles the National Championship belt, holding it with his left hand as he continues to throw wild punches at Twilight's body with the right. Twilight finally kicks Jude in the gut and hits a DDT. Referee Rob Ragan pulls Twilight away and forces him to the corner. Twilight attempts to run at Jude again, but Ragan pushes him lightly back to the corner. Rob points an index finger at Twilight and one at the SFT logo on his striped shirt, warning Twilight without saying a word.
Saint Jude shows his fortitude by turning to his stomach and pushing himself up to his feet. Once standing, he holds his head with one hand but starts to run at Twilight. Rob Ragan stops him and points him to the corner. Jude calms himself and walks backwards to the corner, refusing to take his eyes off Twilight.
Robyn Byrne: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for ONE FALL and it is for the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP! Introducing first, the challenger... he hails from Augusta, Georgia and weighs in tonight at 190 pounds... TWILIGHT!
The crowd boos Twilight for his bitter assault on his former friend.
Robyn Byrne: And his opponent... he is the CURRENT National Champion... weighing in at 200 pounds from WACO, TEXAS... SAINT JUDE!
JC: Here we go! Two former World Champions, former Wall members and former best friends collide for the National Championship!
RW: I think the pre-match beatdown just intensified this match tenfold!
With the introductions and belt display finished, the ring bell sounds to officially begin the match. Twilight moves for a lock up, but Saint Jude blasts him with a forearm to the face instead. Jude lands a kick to the knee, but Twilight answers with an arm drag. Saint Jude hops back to his feet and Twilight tries for a Russian leg sweep, which Jude blocks. Jude gives Twilight a punch in the ribs and hits a side Russian leg sweep of his own.
RW: Starting to see just how well these two know each other.
JC: They do know each other very well, and they have similar styles as well.
Twilight stands and charges Jude, but runs right into the extended arm of Saint Jude for a clothesline. Twilight gets up a little more slowly this time, and this time Jude charges him. Jude hammers Twilight with a lariat, taking him down to the mat with authority.
JC: Devastating lariat! All of a sudden the champ has taken control!
RW: Nice display of the difference between a clothesline and a lariat, too.
Saint Jude stands and signals for the end. He positions himself where he will be behind Twilight once the challenger gets up off the mat. Twilight struggles just to get to a knee. With Twilight still down on one knee, Jude hooks him in an inverted facelock. Jude uses the hold to force Twilight onto his feet, then quickly snaps back with an inverted DDT!
RW: Darkest Lights! Good god, that's Twilight's own finisher!
JC: Just how much more personal can this issue between these guys get?
Saint Jude immediately goes into a cover, the first of the match. Rob Ragan drops down and starts the count.
JC: First pin attempt of the match! Is that going to be it?!
RW: He could have him!
1...
2...
3!
RW: That's it! It's all over! The champion retains just like that!
JC: Saint Jude wasted very little time in putting and end to this thing. I don't think Twilight ever suspected Jude to take it to him like that. WINNER: Saint Jude Saint Jude holds the title on his shoulder.
JC: That was a great matchup Randy.
RW: Saint Jude and Twilight put on another classic battle for the National Title.
JC: I fore see a long reign for…..
John Cartwright’s headset goes dead as well as Randy White’s. The whole arena has gone pitch black. Some of the crowd begin flashing their cameras to get some kind of light but it doesn’t work. After 30 seconds passes the StrikeTron begins to light up. A date comes across the Tron screen: 09/17/08…Wednesday Night War…
Big T goes flying through the air of Madison Square Garden! Parents that have children in the arena cover their children’s eyes! Big T finally connects with something as he goes crashing through all 8 tables, shattering everyone of them, and leaving him covered in the many pieces of tables!!! Steve and Phil can’t say anything at all!! Jesus can not believe what he has just seen as his jaw has dropped and hit the devil in the top of his head!!! The crowd is dead silent as they understand that Big T has just been thrown off an at least 3 story high structure and landed through 8 tables. Anthony Jesus quickly pulls himself out of the trance he is in and gets right into the camera lens.
Anthony Jesus: Cut the show!! End it!! NOW!!
The men in the truck cut Wednesday Night War off the air with “The Icon” “The Legend” Big T laying bloody and motionless covered in wood…
The Tron goes out again and the arena is pitch black yet again. 10 seconds later all the lights come on and Randy and John’s headsets are back working. Everybody looks in the ring and they are stunned to see “The Legend” “The Icon” Big T!
JC: OH MY GOD… ITS BIG T!!!
RW: Last we knew of Big T he was in a coma after going through those 8 tables after being pushed off the roof of a Hell in a Cell by Rayn!
Big T looks around but never moves his body, only his head and eyes, back and forth, side to side.
JC: Well he looks like he’s in tip top shape now and back home in SFT.
RW: You gotta believe that getting revenge on Rayn will be his first priority.
JC: No matter what he does its great to have Big T back within the Towers.
RW: His brother and our former superior staffer Anthony Jesus was kidnapped by former President Hendrix just days after going into the coma.
Big T points down at the ring with both hands and then to himself with both thumbs as he mouths “my home”. The scene cuts away to a commercial for next months pay per view.
SWITCHBLADE vs. SHADOW [ SCAFFOLD MATCH ] Technical crew members work frantically to finish putting up the scaffold prepared for the night's first of two main events. "Crack Addict" by Limp Bizkit begins to play even as they finish working.
JC: For months SwitchBlade has been chomping at the bit to get his hands on Shadow, even forming the Blades Of War for the sole purpose of destroying The Wall and penetrating through to the Owner himself.
RW: At last the moment is here, but perhaps SwitchBlade should have been careful for what he wished. Now he enters Wonderland, metaphorically speaking, because he is taking on Shadow in the boss' own specialty scaffold match.
SwitchBlade comes out to "Crack Addict" and pyrotechnics shoot from both sides. The StrikeTron shows a switchblade going through a skull and shattering it to pieces. The name "SwitchBlade" is seen in red letters on the switchblade. Then a bunch of clips of all of SwitchBlade's matches are shown. SwitchBlade then pops up from the entrance to a chorus of boos. SwitchBlade is wearing his t-shirt and black jeans, dark sunglasses, and black combat boots. He struts down to the ring doing taunts for the audience. He climbs up on the apron, and jumps over the ropes. He then stands in the center of the ring and stands with his arms folded, and waits for his opponent.
JC: Just for clarification, it has been decided that for this match the two wrestlers will start in the ring, but the only way to win is to throw your opponent off the top of the scaffold.
RW: That's right. No countouts or disqualifications. No pinfalls or submissions. One man will take the dangerous free fall from the top of the fifteen foot high scaffold. For that reason, I'd like to warn everyone that this match likely will NOT be one for the faint of heart.
"Shoots & Ladders" by Korn hits as SwitchBlade waits in the ring. Green smoke fills the stage and the ramp. Shadow steps through the curtain and takes a knee at center stage. He is carrying a glass cane. Shadow slowly rises back to his feet and begins a slow, deliberate walk down the aisle. In the ring, SwitchBlade's face is intense and focused. Anger, wrath, bitterness and contempt fill his expression as he begins to pace the canvas like a caged animal.
RW: It sure looks as though SwitchBlade was telling the truth that he does not feel any intimidation or fear of Shadow. He's about to jump out of his skin in there.
SwitchBlade grabs the top rope with both hands and looks as if he is about to hop out of the ring to go get his hands on Shadow, but he manages to stop himself. He turns his back to Shadow as he walks to the center of the ring, his face turning red with emotion.
Shadow takes his time finishing his slow march down the aisle and climbs the ring steps one at a time, stopping for a second on each step. At last Shadow reaches the apron and climbs into the ring. In the ring, he removes a green cloak and drops it out of the ring. Underneath, he is dressed in his old ring attire from his early career. Shadow stares down SwitchBlade, then runs to the ring ropes at his right before returning to his corner.
JC: Look at that. There's still some spry life left in the old man.
SwitchBlade can wait no longer, and he runs at Shadow. SwitchBlade kicks Shadow in the gut and follows with a series of forearms to the face. The bell rings as SwitchBlade initiates an abrupt start to the match. Referee Austin Barge slides into the ring, even though his only job will be to call for the bell when someone is sent off the scaffold.
RW: Here we go!
JC: You had to know this thing would break down early!
SwitchBlade grabs Shadow's right ankle and uses his right foot to sweep Shadow's left leg out from under him, causing Shadow to fall back and hit the mat hard. SwitchBlade steps back and holds out his arms at his sides, in mockery of Shadow.
Shadow sits up and pushes himself back to his feet, not letting any emotion show. SwitchBlade steps towards Shadow, who grabs him by the wrist and whips him into the corner. Shadow back pedals to the opposite corner, pauses, then forward and connects with a stinger splash. Shadow backs away. SwitchBlade staggers forward into a dropkick from Shadow.
JC: WHOA! Get a load of that!
RW: Impressive athleticism from Shadow. A little bit uncharacteristic of Shadow going to the dropkick.
SwitchBlade actually beats Shadow back to his feet, but he is clearly surprised and shaken up. Shadow is up right after him, and attempts a jumping enziguri kick. SwitchBlade manages to duck underneath, and Shadow hits nothing but air and canvas. SwitchBlade is quick to take advantage, stomping on the back and legs of the prone Shadow.
JC: Perhaps Shadow should stick with more traditional moves. Taking that second chance leaving his feet just didn't work out for him.
RW: Yeah, and now the hate and rage of SwitchBlade is in control.
Shadow rolls to the ropes and out of the ring as SwitchBlade continues stomping at him. Switch follow Shad out to the floor. He pulls Shadow to his feet and delivers a side slam on the floor.
RW: Oh God!
JC: Now things are going to get ugly. I think maybe Shadow was better off staying in the ring.
SwitchBlade gestures a fan in the front row out of their seat, and reaches over the railing to grab the steel folding chair. Shadow rolls onto his stomach. SwitchBlade grins wickedly and raises the chair, then slams it down across Shadow's back. Shadow yells out in pain. Switch raises the chair again, but Shad digs down deep to roll out of the way. The chair slams against the padded floor, and SwitchBlade drops it. He shakes his hands out as the reverberations send pain into his palms and fingers.
Shadow kneels on the floor, resting his head on the ring apron. SwitchBlade reaches under the ring and pulls out a red metal toolbox. He tries to get it open, but he cannot seem to get with. With a frustrated growl, SwitchBlade slams the toolbox itself into the back of Shadow's neck. Shadow collapes to the floor, his teeth gritted in pain.
JC: I wonder what more evil SwitchBlade has in mind for that toolbox.
RW: That's the toolbox that the ring crew uses to build and take down the ring, so I hope it's not anything too crazy.
JC: Yeah, not to mention Shadow's very life possibly being taken.
RW: Oh yeah, that too.
SwitchBlade finally gets the toolbox open. He grabs a screwdriver and dumps the rest of the contents onto the floor. Switch pulls Shad up into a seated position and stands behind him. SwitchBlade digs the screwdriver into Shadow's temple. Blood begins to trickle down Shadow's painted face as SwitchBlade twists the screwdriver.
RW: Good Lord, that's SICK!
JC: Obviously SwitchBlade doesn't just want a victory here. He clearly wants to maim Shadow.
SwitchBlade removes the flathead from Shadow's bloody forehead, but begins to repeatedly drive the screwdriver into the open wound.
JC: No, no, no! He just struck Shadow's bloody temple with that screwdriver! At least half a dozen times!
At last SwitchBlade throws the screwdriver to the floor. He grabs Shadow's limp body and rolls him into the ring. SwitchBlade slides into the ring as well and lifts Shadow to hit a bodyslam.
RW: Nicely executed scoop slam to the vulnerable Shadow.
SwitchBlade goes to the corner and climbs to the top rope, facing the outside of the ring and holding onto the steel scaffold support to steady himself. Switch jumps off and hits a beautiful moonsault on the supine Owner.
JC: The Moonsault to pin! Well, normally he would go into a pin, but that won't accomplish anything here.
RW: Things are looking really bad for Shadow, though.
SwitchBlade stands and immediately sets Shadow up for a powerbomb. Shadow falls to a knee, unable to stand on his own. Switch hooks Shad around the waist and brings him up for a powerbomb, but delivers the Deep Cut instead.
RW: Oh! And now the Deep Cut!
SwitchBlade turns over and attempts to pin Shadow. It takes a few seconds for him to remember that the rules do not allow for a pinfall.
JC: Yeah, Switch, that's not going to do it.
SwitchBlade rolls out of the ring and he pulls out to tables from under the ring. Switch sets up one table, then opens the second. SwitchBlade lifts the second table and places it on top of the first, then slides back into the ring.
Shadow is now using the ropes to try and pull himself to his feet. SwitchBlade goes to grab him, but stops short. SwitchBlade clutches his ribs, feeling pain endured from the moonsault he hit moments earlier. Switch goes after Shad again, but this time Shadow is standing and ready. Shadow catches SwitchBlade with a shoot kick to the side of the knee. He follows that with another shoot kick to the side of the calf, then one to the side of the thigh. SwitchBlade staggers back.
JC: Amazing. How is Shadow still standing and fighting?
RW: He talked about the power of his will, and we're seeing that right now.
JC: Well if SwitchBlade has his way, Shadow had better start WRITING his will.
RW: All the more reason to keep on fighting.
SwitchBlade falls to a knee, and Shadow slaps on a nerve hold. SwitchBlade pushes himself to his feet and rakes Shadow's eyes in desperation. Switchy falls to the mat again and rolls out of the ring. He begins to climb the scaffold. Shadow runs out of the ring with surprising speed, and follows SwitchBlade up vigorously.
RW: Here we go at last! They're heading up!
SwitchBlade makes it to the top of the scaffold, and lays on his stomach as he waits and catches his breath. SwitchBlade stands just as Shadow pulls himself onto the top of the scaffold. SwitchBlade catches Shadow with an elbow drop across the back.
JC: OH! But the pursuit by Shadow bought SwitchBlade just enough time to reclaim the advantage.
Shadow pushes himself up to his feet. SwitchBlade turns Shadow around so that he is facing out off the scaffold. Switch grabs an inverted facelock on Shad and hits the reverse brainbuster. SwitchBlade drags Shadow back to his feet and looks to throw him off the scaffold. Shadow instictively grabs SwitchBlade around the waist and hits a Saito suplex.
JC: There is STILL more fight in Shadow!
RW: It really is remarkable!
Shadow stands SwitchBlade up and delivers a piledriver right in the center of the scaffold.
RW: Not quite his Through The Looking Glass finisher, but the piledriver is no less effective up there on that scaffolding.
Shadow grabs SwitchBlade and sets him up for another piledriver.
JC: He's going for another one!
SwitchBlade desperately manages to stand upright, throwing Shadow over his head with a version of a back body drop. His eyes are rolled back into his head, and the counter appears to have been purely instinctive. SwitchBlade falls to his knees. Shadow slowly gets himself back to his feet as SwitchBlade sucks in air.
JC: These two men are absolutely gassed right here.
RW: It has been intense right from the start.
SwitchBlade suddenly hops to his feet. He reaches into his back pocket.
RW: What in the world is SwitchBlade reaching for?!
JC: It's... it's... a switchblade! SwitchBlade is carrying an ACTUAL switchblade!
The blade flashes out as SwitchBlade flips open the knife.
JC: Come on, now! That's just too much! Assault with a deadly weapon!
RW: It will be MURDER if he uses it successfully!
SwitchBlade turns to Shadow and runs at him. Switch lunges with the knife aimed for Shad's heart, but the Crimson King side steps the silvery blade. SwitchBlade teeters on the edge of the scaffold, getting off balance as his furious lunge comes up empty. Shad actually begins to laugh as Switch drops the knife to the floor, but succeeds in regaining his balance.
RW: How can Shadow manage to laugh when he just almost got killed? That blade missed by inches.
JC: The miss was pretty funny, though. And I think maybe Shadow in his own morbid way understands that his time is running out anyway. Perhaps he finds some dark irony or appropriateness in it.
RW: Is appropriateness a word?
JC: It is now.
SwitchBlade turns around to face Shadow. Shadow just nods and smiles. SwitchBlade makes a cutthroat gesture with his thumb. Shadow's smile disappears, but he nods again. With surprising speed and agility Shadow delivers a reverse roundhouse kick, his heel connecting with SwitchBlade's temple. SwitchBlade stiffens up and begins to sway back and forth. He stands straight up for a second, then falls backwards like a tree. SwitchBlade drops off the scaffold and goes crashing through the two stacked tables he had set up earlier.
JC: That's the end of it! Shadow did it!
RW: SwitchBlade absolutely brutalized the Crimson King and turned his face a crimson MASK, but in the end it was SwitchBlade's own aggression that enabled Shadow to get the win.
JC: Talk about irony.
RW: I already did. WINNER: Shadow We go backstage to see Harold running behind Big T.
Harold: Big T!! Big T!!
Big T stops.
Harold: Can I ask you a few questions?
Big T: You can ask 1 question and only 1 question.
Harold: How are you doing?
Big T looks at Harold like he has 80 heads.
Big T: That's a dumb question. How about "what are your plans now that your back?"
Harold: Ok?! What are your plans now that your back?
Big T: Well thats a good question Harold. The answer is simply... Rayn.
Harold: Rayn? What about Rayn?
Big T puts 1 finger up letting Harold know that he was to ask only 1 question. Big T walks away, gets into his custom red limo, and it drives off. We cut back to ringside. DARK WOLF vs. KYLE MURPHY (c) [ STANDARD MATCH - WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE ] RW: Finally, we have our main event of the night. Kyle Murphy is set to defend the SFT World Title against Dark Wolf.
JC: This one should be a classic, Randy. Two of SFT’s finest competing for the biggest prize in our business.
RW: The perfect way to go out on a pay per view. So let’s cut to the chase already!
The camera cuts to the ring.
The guitar intro to “Plowed” by Sponge begins as the arena stands on its feet. Fans with their signs peer to get a glimpse of The Dark Wolf. Then the Drum beat picks up. The light dim and as the vocals start the Dark Wolf swiftly lunges out from backstage to a roar from the crowd. He stands there somewhat transformed by whom he was and who he is meant to be.
Robyn: Ladies and gentlemen, this match is scheduled for one fall and it is for the SFT World Heavyweight Championship. First making his way to the ring, the challenger, he hails from Los Angeles, California and weighs in at 212 pounds…THE DARK WOLF!
As the arena welcomes him his focus changes from his re-found fans to the ring. A smirk runs sidelong on his face as he charges the ring and circles the ring once. Then leaping, he pivots turning and sliding his knee on the apron and looks over the crowd once more.
He nods his head and goes into the ring through the ropes to the far side of the ring. The Dark Wolf climbs the corner turnbuckle and poses as the arena lights up with the flash of cameras that is like a free entrance lightshow. He then drops to the ring as the lights come back up.
Robyn: And his opponent…
"Broken, Beat & Scarred" by Metallica begins to play and the ramp lights up in the Irish tri-color. Kyle Murphy charges through the curtain and comes to a stop on the stage with the SFT World Title on his shoulder. The crowd boos and Kyle Murphy just shrugs. Kyle drops down on the stage and does five quick pushups before hopping back to his feet. Murphy then marches down the aisle stone-faced and with his head held high, ignoring the persistent boos of the crowd.
Robyn: From Greenwich, Connecticut, he weighs in at 272 pounds, he is the SFT World Heavyweight Champion…”The Superior One”…KYLE MURPHY!
At ringside, he runs up the steps before climbing through the ropes. In the ring, Kyle walks across to the opposite corner. Murphy places his right foot on the second rope as if to climb up the middle rope, but pauses. He shakes his head, and waves his arms dismissively. Kyle takes his foot off the rope and turns back to the center of the ring facing Wolf. The two lock eyes as Kyle hands his belt to the referee. The ref raises it up in the air showing it to the rest of the fans before handing it over to the timekeeper. He calls for the bell. It rings, and the match begins.
RW: Here we go!
Both men tie each other up. Kyle gets the first advantage with an armlock. He then turns it into a headlock before Wolf can counter. Murphy wrenches on the neck hard, but Wolf manages to muster enough strength to push Murphy into the ropes. Kyle on the rebound and Wolf connects with a picture perfect back body drop. Kyle gets right up but Wolf hits him with an arm drag followed by another arm drag. Wolf goes for the third, but Murphy telegraphs it, hops over to Wolf’s other side, and arm drags him instead. Wolf gets right up as well and charges Murphy with a clothesline, but Murphy gets behind Wolf and grabs him from behind. Wolf quickly elbows Murphy in the head once, twice, three times before finally being let go. Wolf grabs hold of Murphy’s arm and twists it into an arm wrench. He holds onto the wrench for a few seconds before driving his elbow right into it. Murphy holds his arm and winces. Wolf grabs the same arm and whips Kyle into the turnbuckle on the opposite end. Wolf runs towards him and clotheslines him hard. Murphy shakes his head to clear his senses, but Wolf stays on him with a series of chops to the chest. After about six of them Wolf grabs Kyle’s arm again and whips him to the turnbuckle on the other side. Wolf runs at him again, but this time Murphy gets a boot up and strikes the challenger in the jaw with it. Wolf stumbles back and holds his jaw. Kyle goes up to Wolf, grabs hold of his arms, and connects with a series of trapping headlocks to Wolf. After a number of these Kyle grabs one of Wolf’s arms, and whips him straight into a short arm clothesline. He goes for the pin.
1…2…
Kick out.
RW: Good back and forth action from both men.
JC: I gotta side with Kyle for now. He seems to know just the right moves to use on Wolf.
RW: Rack that up to experience, Johnny.
Kyle picks up Wolf and goes for another short arm clothesline, but this time Wolf ducks a clothesline and counters into a speedy Russian leg sweep. Wolf backflips himself up, runs the ropes, and connects with a running leg drop. He goes for the pin.
1…2…
Kick out. Wolf grabs Kyle’s head and hits him with a number of punches to the face. The referee gives a five count to Wolf who finally stops at four. Wolf picks up Murphy, grabs him by the neck, turns around and drops him with a reverse neckbreaker. Another pin.
1…2…
Kick out. Wolf picks up Kyle once more, but this time Kyle manages to get in another headbutt, this time to Wolf’s gut. Wolf holds his stomach and groans. This gives the champion enough time to grabs Wolf, place him by his side, and connect with a gutwrench suplex. A pin with a hooked leg on Wolf.
1…2…
Kick out.
Kyle cannot believe it, he simply cant believe it. He decides its time to end this game. Kyle is setting up for his Manhattan Project, the gutwrench to end all gut wrenches, but as Dark Wolf is being slammed down Dark Wolf is grabbing Kyles hair and pulls him down, Dark Wolf’s back hits, but Kyle Murphys forehead hits too, in a makeshift DDT. Dark Wolf and Kyle are both messed up, Dark Wolf drapes an arm over Kyle Murphy and the ref counts 1………….2…………..3!
RW: Dark Wolf has done it, he is the SFT World Heavyweight Champion!
JC: What a match! What a great match! WINNER: Dark Wolf
RW: See you all next time we're on ppv when we bring you Lethal Lottery.
JC: For Randy, im John, goodnight and god speed.
