![]() STRIKE FANTASY TOWERS WHAT DREAMS MAY COME Commentators: John Cartwright and Randy White Date: 05/31/11 City & Country: Bangkok, Thailand Arena: Impact Arena We fade in to an aerial shot of some clouds passing us by. In the distance the sun is about to rise up past a few. It creates a yellow/orange glow that almost seems heavenly. We here choir boys vocalizing in the distance followed by the voice of a familiar narrator.
"We all have dreams..."
Quotes from famous men and women of history are heard talking about dreams.
"I have a dream!" shouts Martin Luther King, Jr.
"Dreams that defy us, and ignite our passions..."
"You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one" says John Lennon.
"Dreams that make us the characters that we are today."
"When you wish upon a star, your dreams will come true" replies Jiminy Cricket.
"Without dreams, we have no hope for the future."
"Dream on, dream on, dream on, dream until your dream comes true" retorts Steven Tyler. The song the lyrics come from starts to play at this point.
"And so we continue to dream until the very end."
"For in that sleep of death what dreams may come" adds Hamlet
The clouds start to darken a little, the sun sinks back down, and familiar faces can be seen in them. Drake Drummonds, Emerson, Rayn, Lionel Kingston, Sean Lane, Kyle Murphy, Josh Konnely, Big T, and Gary Mac and SwitchBlade appear at the very end. By this point the clouds are as dark as they can get, and thunderstorms start up. The clouds dispense rain, and we the viewers are lowered further down towards the earth.
"Unfortunately for some...dreams will be deferred."
As we plummet towards the earth, images of past events on Titans appear. Big T is seen being beaten down by members of the Dangerous Alliance.
Big T: No matter what your dreams are, they will never come true. I am the dream catcher and dream destroyer!
Tony Snyder: I guess it is true what they say, the older you get the more your brain fails you.
Images of Rayn and Lionel beating their opponents in brutal hardcore matches in order to advance in the King of the Deathmatch tournament.
Rayn: I've beaten the undefeated, I've climbed the highest of mountains, and dove to the deepest depths, because I could never be satisfied being second best.
Lionel: "I'm on a whole new level than I was when you first met me. You're going down, Rayn. Hope you enjoy the fall."
Finally, we see SwitchBlade and Gary Mac in their contract signing segment followed by all the matches they've been in throughout the past few months.
Gary Mac: Typical SwitchBlade. You went into a fight without even thinking about it. Is that REALLY how you want to live your life? By taking high risks with little reward? Walk away...
SwitchBlade: But I'm not walking away. Not this time. This time, I'm coming for the title belt. I'm coming to take my career back. And Gary Mac, Mr. SFT World Heavyweight Champion, there isn't a man of any power in any part of the world who can stop me from pursuing that dream. That one final dream of mine.
"And for others," cries the narrator "Their dreams will make SFT history!"
Finally the plummeting ends and we wind up looking at the roof of an animated SFT arena. The camera gets in so close that part of the roof cracks. The camera pulls back and out of the cracks light starts shooting upwards. The cracks widen and start to form words. At the end they say...
SFT Presents: What Dreams May Come
The camera fades and a second later we cut to the SFT arena jam packed with wrestling fans. The crowd is going nuts as pyro and lighting shoot off in all directions and the chorus to Aerosmith's "Dream On" starts up again.
Randy White: Hello everyone and welcome to SFT What Dreams May Come live here in Bangkok, Thailand! I'm Randy White and with me as always is my commentary partner Johnny Cartwright.
Johnny Cartwright: It's a pleasure to be here as always Randy, and BOY what a shot we've got for you fans tonight.
RW: Understatement of the year, Johnny. Not only are all four titles going to be on the line tonight, but we also have the finals of the King of the Deathmatch tournament. The returning Rayn takes on Lionel Kingston, and the winner not only gets the title, but becomes number one contender to the world heavyweight champion.
JC: And who will the champion be? That's to be decided tonight when Gary Mac defends his title against long rival SwitchBlade. It's career versus title shot, and there's no doubt about it; this WILL be the final meeting!
RW: All that and more await us as we move on to our opening match of the night. ALAN CHAMBERS vs. TK MONEY Standard Match HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND RESCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT TITANS SHOW WINNER: NOBODY As the camera's fade backstage, we see Amanda Summers standing outside some of the locker rooms looking good as possible. She knocks on the door of one man, Kris Chambers.
After a few more knocks, Chambers finally answers.
Amanda Summers: Well, Mr. Chambers, I am Amanda Summers. I have a few questions and I wanna know if you have a few moments before your match to talk.
Kris Chambers: (Look's Around) Sure.
Amanda walk's into his locker room and on the wall you see past posters of other SFT PPV's. Standing still Amanda looks around before she start's to question Chambers.
Amanda Summers: Kris, first and foremost, welcome back to SFT. Since. yet again, your return to the ring.. you've shown that itch that your loving wrestling again. Can you explain where this came from?
Kris Chambers: Over the past year I saw tons of former talent return back to the ring. Now, they may be in-ring performers but they aren't backstage people. Since they arrived, Myself along with the rest of the roster was pushed down the ladder. From there, I went to management and asked to face the biggest dog. It was the 'Dirty Dog' and I beat him. These so-called superstars left because of it. Come to find out, they opened their own promotion and then I was upset. Why try right?
Amanda Summers: Because they left?
Kris Chambers: No because they tried taking SFT with them. I watched SFT rise and fall for years. When I returned in 2010, I was so ecstatic but then drama fell very close behind me. I knew it was my time to leave, so I did.
Amanda Summers: Since you're re-arrival, You've stood on the side of two of the best in this business. Dameon and Nirvana. They both are sinister and they are both sick mentally. Why take that road?
Kris Chambers: Wrestling sin't wrestling without knocking every aspect of the game. I was taught alot, I am simply wicked when I am around them. Without them, I am just Kris Chambers.
Amanda Summers: Well, amazing. So finally let's talk about tonight. You're facing a new comer in Lukas Knight. He seems to be over whelmed but do you think he has potential?
Kris Chambers: Lukas Knight walked into SFT and kept his head up. Regardless of his situation, he is still throwing punches. I think he has an up side, but it's time that will decide that fate. I am looking forward to our first encounter. I will expect some greatness from him but in the end, I will walk out on top!
Amanda Summers: Well, thank you Mr. Chambers, good luck tonight!
The scenes fade...
The cameras fade backstage as you see Lukas Knight in the hallway stretching and cracking his bones before his big match tonight at the PPV.
Knight: Wooo...! Alright, I am ready. Man ol' man I am so excited to be here tonight. I know SFT PPV's are the biggest then since.. Water because it's SFT. I am ready. Kris Chambers, only final words I have for you is. This young buck is here to stay. Regardless to all the rumors that most rookies are here part-time and don't last long is out the window for me. I am here to stay. Kris, tonight my in-ring PPV is important to alot of people. One because it opens the door to everyone else in the business to step up. Many young stars walk into these halls and get all knotted up. Not me! I've been through these stages before and tonight is nothing from that scale. My dream will begin tonight. Chambers, your dream of becoming a world champion will end.
Knight pushes the camera away as he walk's toward the stage that heads to the ring. KRIS CHAMBERS vs. LUKAS KNIGHT Standard Match The transmission on the titan tron reads..
"I have been crucified with christ and I no longer live. But christ lives in me. The life I live in the body, I live by faith in the son of GOD. Who loved me and gave himself for me."
Then it fades away as the light's start to flicker as The Art of Breaking by Thousand Foot Krutch hits the pa systems air waves.
Both sides of the stage explode with pyro as Lukas Knight walks out onto the stage with a hooded coat that falls all the way down to his feet. Standing in the middle of the stage, he tosses the coat off backwards walking downward to the ring. Paying no attention to his surroundings, Lukas jumps right up on the apron and leaps over the top rope.
The pa system fades away as he awaits.
When the lights go out, bright lights begin to flash throughout the arena. The beat to Psychosocial begins playing out the speakers of the arena. Kris Chambers walks out onto the stage looking up into the light's. After embracing the crowd's noise Chambers walk's down the aisle heading down to the ring. As soon as Chambers reaches ringside, he reaches up to the middle rope and pulls himself onto the apron and leaps into the ring. Chambers walk's around the ring then stretches before the match begins.
The referee calls for the opening bell and Kris Chambers ties up with Lukas Knight. Knight immediately transitions into a Northern Lights suplex. Lukas follows with a snap elbow drop. Chambers gets up quickly and Kris grabs a rear waistlock. Knight reaches back and takes Chambers over with a snapmare counter. Kris stands and Lukas catches him with an Alabama slam. Knight covers.

Chambers kicks out.
Lukas Knight stands and waits on Kris Chambers. Kris springs to his feet and Lukas grabs him in a fireman's carry. Knight begins to spin around and around in circles.
JC: Here comes Knight around third!
RW: Say what?
Lukas Knight drops Kris Chambers with the World Of Sacrifice and covers again.

Another kick out by Chambers.
Lukas Knight goes for another snap elbow drop, but Kris Chambers pulls himself out of the way. Knight drives his elbow into the mat, and Chambers moves in quickly with an inverted facelock. Kris drops Lukas with a reverse DDT across the knees.
RW: Nice move!
JC: He holds on!
Kris Chambers keeps the inverted facelock and stands Lukas Knight up. Kris lifts Lukas this time and hits the Act Of Desperation.
JC: Oh! He just laid him right out with the Act Of Desperation!
RW: He's not messing around tonight!
Kris Chambers stands up and yells out "IT'S OVER." Kris grabs Knight's arm and turns him over into The Ego Drain.
RW: This is it! He's going for the finish!
JC: He's got that gogoplata locked in tight! The Ego Drain!
Lukas Knight shakes his fist defiantly, refusing to give in. Lukas falls to his knees, still not willing to quit. Before long Knight sprawls to his stomach, still trapped in the clutches of Chambers. Lukas finally begins to slaps Kris' leg three times in submission.
JC: That is IT! It is ALL OVER!
RW: Alright, Mike Goldberg.
The referee calls for the bell as Kris Chambers releases the hold. The ref raises Chambers' hands as he gets back to his feet.
Robyn Byrne: Here is your winner... "No Gimmicks Needed" Kris Chambers!
JC: Lukas Knight dominated this fight early, but Kris Chambers hit two big moves and then locked in that submission hold.
RW: He was not getting paid by the hour, that's for sure.
JC: Speaking of by the hour, we've still got a SIXTY MINUTE Ironman main event to come tonight.
RW: Nice lead-in, John. Well done.
WINNER: KRIS CHAMBERS Harold is seen running backstage, well he's doing a fast run, he's too fat to run hahaha. He has a mic in his hands and comes running up to Twilight and Redd who are having a quiet chat.
Harold: Hey excuse me guys just trying to get a quick word before your match.
Redd: What do you want?
Harold: Well you two have always been quite upfront bout everything, what do you think about this match, do you think it'll hurt The Wall?
Twilight and Redd look at each other then laugh a little.
They both answer in unison "No".
Twilight: We've fought each other before in training sessions.
Redd: This isn't a big deal for us. Just another match. The Wall will remain strong forever.
Twilight gets close to Harold and says "Nothing breaks the circle"
They both leave as Harold turns to the camera "There you have it". REDD vs. TWILIGHT Hardcore Match - Hardcore Title ![]() JC: Up next is the match for the vacant Hardcore Championship.
RW: Redd is going up against an old friend in Twilight but I am sure those two will go out of their way to put on a show.
The Ballad starts the lights dim and Redd walks to the ring slowly with his head lowered and just entes the ring.
RW: Redd is first to enter and if he gains the title tonight I wonder what he will do, we know he doesn't have much love for the ring anymore.
JC: I don't think Twilight will be a walk in the park though Randy.
Basketcase by Greenday hits as he slowly walks to the ring and sits in his corner till his opponent gets in and the bell rings.
JC: Both men quick to enter but how will this pan out?
RW: Who knows John but we will find out right now.
The bell rings and Redd and Twilight charge each other and exchange brutal punches in the centre of the ring, neither man falling of rocking that bad, Redd connects with a huge right that makes Twilight stumble back another huge right and Twilight is on the ropes. Redd with an irish whip but Twilight reverses it as he comes back Twilight connects with a huge clothesline sending Redd down to the mat with a huge thud.
JC: A clothesline with a lot of force from Twilight.
RW: These two just want to rip each other apart.
Redd gets up and charges Twilight and they fall through the middle rope as they are falling both men are still throwing punches at each other. They hit the floor and roll to their feet Twilight grabs Redds arm and whips him into the steps but Redd leaps over them and quickly turns around as Twilight was running behind him and kicks the steps right into Twilights legs. Redd not giving Twilight a moment picks up the steps and gets ready to drop them on Twilight as he releases them he moves out of the way. Twilight is up holding his knee as Redd grabs the head of Twilight and goes to smash it off the ring post but Twilight blocks it and elbows Redd in the midsection he hoists Redd up and scoop slams him back first across the steal steps.
RW: What a scoop slam by Twilight that has got to hurt red the moment now is with Twilight.
JC: He has to stay on him because if you give Redd to much time he can come back at you.
With the momentum in his favour Twilight pulls Redd up and hoists him up onto his shoulder before dropping him throat first across the barrier. Twilight turns Redd around and with his head against the barrier Twilight begins ramming knees into the face of Redd the fans count as Twilight hits ten knees to his face. Redd is down and not moving too much as Twilight reaches under the ring and pulls out a cane, he hoists it up and smashes it against the back of Redd, followed by another one. Twilight pulls a groggy Redd to his feet and he places the cane around Redd's throat and hits a Russian leg sweep with the cane into the barrier on Redd, Twilight covers and the ref drops down.
REF: 1...2...Shoulder up by Redd.
Twilight is angry and pulls up Redd he hoists him into a cradle piledriver and connects the move against the floor on the outside the fans wince as Twilight covers once again.
REF: 1...2...Redd manages to get a shoulder up once more.
JC: Two close calls for Redd and I think Twilight thought he had it there.
RW: Well so did I that cradle piledriver looked painful, I don't know how Redd got a shoulder up.
The fans are on their feet as Twilight once again pulls Redd up and rolls him into the ring, he looks under the ring and grabs a trash can and a steal chair he throws them into the ring then rolls in after them. Twilight places the trash can over Redds head and then hoists up the steal chair and brings it down onto the trash can, then he hoists it back up and does it once again. With the trash can still over his face Twilight covers Redd.
REF: 1...2... Redd once again kicks out.
Once more Twilight looks annoyed as he gets up bounces off the ropes and drops a knee into the trash can but Twilight rolls onto the mat holding his knee.
RW: It looks like those steps did some damage by Redd.
JC: It is the only real move Redd has hit all through this match.
Twilight uses the ropes and gets to his feet his knee is hurting him but he notices Redd getting to his feet his face is a crimson mask as Twilight rushes towards him but Redd hits a spinning side walk slam onto the trash can, Redd covers.
REF: 1...2... Twilight with a shoulder up.
Redd gets to his feet he pulls Twilight up and knees him in the midsection he gets ready to hit the Darkness but Twilight manages to counter it and suplex's Redd onto the apron on the outside. Redd begins getting himself to his feet as Twilight goes for a right punch Redd ducks and grabs the head of Twilight and brings his throat crashing down against the top rope.
JC: Redd has once again did what we thought, he is doing what he does best.
RW: That is just turn a match, hold on what is he doing.
Redd goes under the ring and pulls a bag from underniethe the ring, he emptys the bag out onto the floor on the outside and it is thumb tacks. The crowd are watching as Redd climbs onto the apron, Twilight is up and hits a spring board dropkick from the corner onto Redd but he doesn't fall back he holds onto the top rope with one hand.
RW: I thought he was about to fall into those thumb tacks.
JC: Randy hold on Twilight is gearing up for a spear.
With Twilight getting ready to spear Redd off the apron he runs at him as he does Redd manages to get a knee up and Twilight crashes into it, Twilight drops to his knees and Redd gets a sick and twisted look on his face as he grabs Twilight by the head and pulls him through the middle rope, he balances Twilights legs on the ropes as he gets ready to hit a DDT from the apron onto the tacks.
JC: My god Randy this will end it for sure, surely Twilight wont kick out from this.
RW: This is almost close to murder John, I don't believe he will do it surely not.
The fans gasp as Redd falls back with Twilight and hits a DDT from the apron onto the floor and Twilights head crashes through the tacks, Redd sits up instantly as some thumb tacks went into his back. He manages to get to his feet and reaches under the ring and pulls out another bag of tacks.
RW: What is he going to do to Twilight now, pin him and he is the hardcore champion.
JC: Randy he has something more sinister planned for him.
Redd holds the bag up and pours them over Twilights face, he rolls into the ring and climbs the top rope and looks down onto the floor where Twilight is.
JC: No not the suicide jump from the top rope to the floor onto the thumb tacks.
RW: I cant watch John.
Randy looks away as Redd leaps from the top rope and connects with the Suicide Jump, both men lay motionless but Redd has an arm across Twilight and the referee drops to the floor and counts.
REF: 1...2...3 Ding Ding.
RW: Did he hit it John?
JC: He did and now Redd is the new SFT Hardcore Champion.
WINNER: REDD We are shown Amanda Summers backstage with both Drake Drummonds and Alexandra.
Amanda Summers: Drake, first and foremost, how are you two doing today?
Drake Drummonds: Oh we're doing great. Just wanting to get this match over with so I can show my surprise to the whole world.
Amanda Summers: Want to give us a hint of what the surprise is going to be?
Drake Drummonds: I can't. One hint would ruin the surprise.
Amanda Summers: Ok. Now, onto your match, but first, let's show what led to this match-up tonight.
The screen shows the attack on Emerson after his victory.
Amanda Summers: Now, what was going through your mind before you attacked Emerson?
Drake Drummonds: How much of a POS he is and how he doesn't deserve to be champion.
Amanda Summers: But ever since you stepped foot into SFT, all you've been talking about was going after the World Heavyweight Championship. Why did you settle for the National Championship?
Drake Drummonds: I didn't necessarily settle. I still have my eyes set on the World Heavyweight Championship but even I know I have to go through the steps of the ladder. If I went after Gary, I probably would've gotten fired and I'm not tryna have that, feel me? So why not Emerson? It's not like he deserves to be a champion of any sort anyways.
Amanda Summers: How positive are you about tonight's match-up for the National Championship?
Drake Drummonds: I'm confident in myself. I know I'm going to win. That isn't the question, so you can erase that out of your head. The only thing everyone should be wondering about is what's going to happen after I'm handed the belt.
Amanda Summers: Well, Mr. Drummonds, it was a pleasure speaking with you. Good luck with your match tonight.
Drake Drummonds: Thanks but from now on, when speaking to me, refrain from using the phrase, "Good luck!" Ok?
Amanda Summers: I'll try! Take care.
Drake: Likewise.
The scene goes back to ringside. DRAKE DRUMMONDS vs. EMERSON (c) Standard Match - National Title ![]() RW: Folks, the National Title is up for grabs as Emerson defends his title against the up-and-comer Drake Drummonds.
JC: Drake has been on a roll as of late, and is definitely turning a few heads backstage, but what stood out the most for me was just last week when Drummonds attacked Emerson and sent a message to the champ.
RW: I don't condone Drake's actions, but apparently Anthony Jesus liked it enough to give Drake his first SFT title shot. Can he get the job done here tonight?
JC: I think so, Randy. This guy has the skill, the attitude, and the intelligence to win even the most challenging matches. Mark my words, Drake Drummonds is a future World Title contender.
RW: But let's see if he can even reach the National level first.
The camera cuts to Robyn in the ring. Emerson is standing next to her while stretching out his arms, the National Title still wrapped around his waist.
JC: Damn it! We keep missing this guy!
RW: He sure is a sneaky one.
Robyn: The following match is set for one fall and it is for the SFT National Championship. Already in the ring at this time, he is the SFT National Champion...EMERSON!
Emerson raises an arm up and the crowd cheers for the champ.
Robyn: And his opponent...
The arena lights become dim. "My Time" by Fabolous blares through the sound system as the lights begin to flicker swiftly. The arena becomes pitch black for a few seconds. The lights come back on & Drake is standing at the entrance with his back to the ring & arms spread out. Pyro goes off along the border of the entrance ramp. He finally turns around, extremely hyped & begins walking down the ramp.
Robyn: The challenger, from Jacksonville, Florida and weighing in at 224 pounds...DRAKE DRUMMONDS!
Drummonds slides into the ring & spins around. He climbs one of the turnbuckles & raises both arms in the arm before jumping back down. He looks over at Emerson, points at the belts, and mouths that it's going to be his. Emerson simply cracks his neck, takes off his belt and hands it over to referee Dean Barge. Barge holds the belt over his head for the fans to see, and then hands it over to the timekeeper. Once Drake's music fades Barge calls for the bell. When it rings, the match is official.
JC: Here we go!
RW: And both men start things off with a collar and elbow tie-up.
Drake and Emerson tie-up, and after a brief struggle Drummonds transitions behind Emerson and brings the champ down with a side slam to the mat. Drake then brings himself over to Emerson's head and locks in a guillotine choke. Emerson has enough strength to get to his feet though, and he counters the challenger with a northern lights suplex into a pin.
Barge: 1...2...
Drake kicks out. Both men get up at the same time but its Drummonds who gains the advantage with an arm drag followed by a second arm drag followed by a third that turns into a cross arm breaker. Before the hold is fully locked in Emerson wiggles his way to the ropes and places a foot on the bottom rung. Barge counts Drake out.
Barge: 1,2,3
Barges releases the hold and gets back up. He waits for Emerson to do the same.
RW: Drummonds is getting in a good amount of offense, but Emerson manages to find a way out of each situation.
JC: He's no rookie, Randy. Emerson has been in that ring long enough to know how to endure.
As soon as Emerson is ready, he and Drake tie-up once more. This time it's Emerson who's ahead of the game as he puts the challenger in a side headlock. From there he snapmares Drake onto his back, wraps his hands behind Drummonds' neck and applies a full nelson.
JC: A full nelson? I thought they stopped using that move back in the eighties.
RW: The classics never die, Johnny.
Drake struggles to break free, but Emerson has the hold locked in tight. Barge asks the challenger if he gives up, but Drummonds shakes his head and gets up on his knees. Eventually he manages to get to his feet as well and he runs backwards causing Emerson to crash into a turnbuckle post. The impact causes the champ to release the hold and Drake breaks free. He then turns to Emerson and starts pummeling him with rights and lefts until Emerson is left stupefied. Drake then grabs Emerson and suplexes him to the mat. Instead of making a cover Drake walks over to Emerson and lands an elbow right to his neck. He gets up and drops a second one in the same spot. He gets up, looks at the fans, taunts, and goes for a third, but Emerson rolls out of the way in time and Drake hits nothing but mat. Drake grabs his elbow and gets back up but Emerson is ready to dish out the punishment this time as he dropkicks Drake right into the ropes and then clotheslines him out of the ring.
Drummonds lands on his back and is slow in getting to his feet. Barge starts counting him out, but Emerson stops him apparently not wanting to ends things on a count out. The champ then goes to the turnbuckle closest to Drake and climbs it to the top. Once Drake is back up Emerson leaps off and lands an axe handle smash to the back of his neck. Drummonds crashes back down and Emerson looks to the fans for added support.
JC: Now an axe handle from the top to the outside? I think we really did step into a time warp, Randy!
Emerson goes over to Drake and helps him up before tossing him back into the ring. The champ then jumps on the apron and gestures for Drake to get up. When he does Emerson springboards off the ropes and goes for a clothesline, but Drake manages to grab Emerson's arm, drop him face first on the mat and apply a crossface. Emerson struggles to get out of the hold, but the challenger has the crossface locked in tight.
RW: Crossface to the champ! Can he break free?
Emerson cries out in pain, but refuses to submit. Over time Emerson uses his free arm to inch himself back to the ropes and upon grabbing hold of the bottom rope Barge is forced to count.
Barge: 1,2,3,4
Drake finally lets go, annoyed that Emerson has twice avoided tapping out. Drummonds gets up and kicks Emerson in the side a few times until he rolls onto the apron. The champ gets to his knees and leans against the middle rope. Seeing this, Drake wraps an arm around Emerson's head and pulls him through the top and middle rope until his head's far enough into the ring and then drops him with a DDT. Drake rolls Emerson onto his back and hooks the leg for the cover.
Barge: 1...2...
The champ kicks out. Drummonds grabs Emerson by the head and hoists him up. After dragging him to the center of the ring Drake kicks Emerson in the gut as hard as possible. The fans, knowing what's coming up, chant the names of the moves.
Fans: ROCK!
Drake then hits a roundhouse leg sweep that knocks Emerson off his feet.
Fans: PAPER!
Drummonds walks over to Emerson's head, looks at the fans and smirks before running to the ropes, bouncing off, bouncing against the ropes on the opposite side, and finally landing an elbow right to Emerson's head.
Fans: SCISSORS!
RW: And as you can hear, the fans are really eating up what Drake's serving them.
JC: What do you think his finisher's called? Hot Potato?
RW: You and I both know what it's called, and I think we're about to call it!
Drake crouches down and waits for Emerson to get up, his eyes never leaving his opponent for even a second. Eventually the champ makes it to his feet but the attacks to the head have left him feeling groggy. He shakes it off and turns to face Drake. Drummonds goes for the 3/4 turn neckbreaker, but Emerson manages to slip out of it, grab Drake from underneath and roll him up into a school boy pin.
Barge: 1...2...
Drake barely kicks out, but it's only the beginning for Emerson. Drake gets up and gets clothesline to the ground. He gets up again and gets another clothesline for his troubles. Drummonds is up once more, but Emerson grabs him and irish whips him into the ropes. Drake rebounds and gets back body dropped to the mat.
JC: Drake gets knocked down, but he gets up again. You're never gonna keep him down!
RW: Well said, Chumbawamba.
Drake, now frustrated with Emerson, goes for a clothesline of his own but Emerson ducks it, grabs Drake from behind and hits a Russian leg sweep. He then leaps to his feet, runs the ropes and leg drops Drake right across the chest. Emerson turns to the fans and points at the turnbuckle to imply that he's going to the top.
RW: Emerson's planning to end things right here!
JC: Well I gotta give the man credit, he's taking it to Drummonds.
Emerson goes to the turnbuckle and climbs up to the top pad. He looks down at Drake, gestures to the fans one last time, and leaps into the air for a diving headbutt, but Drake springs to life, grabs Emerson by the neck on the way down and drops him with his neckbreaker finish.
RW: HOLY-where did THAT come from?
JC: The Diamond Sharpener lands its mark on Emerson, but it looked like Drake was out.
Drake, not wanting to waste a single second, jumps on top of Emerson and hooks the leg for the cover.
Barge: 1...2...3!
Drake rolls off of Emerson as "My Time" starts up again. Drake is on his knees with a big smile on his face as the ref hands him the National title.
Robyn: Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of this match, and the NEW SFT National Champion...DRAKE DRUMMONDS!
RW: He did it. The kid pulled off the win and earns his first major title.
JC: Things are only looking up for Drake, Randy. Emerson put up a good fight, but you just can't expect to win against destiny.
RW: I dunno about destiny, but Drake is definitely on the right track in his career. I can't wait to see more of him in future title matches.
JC: But for now he'll be going to the back to celebrate his big win. I think I'll go join him.
RW: You stay right here! I'm not paid nearly enough to do this by myself.
JC: Spoil sport...
Drummonds gets to his feet and holds his newly won title up high while the fans cheer him on as he heads to the back. Eventually the former champ rolls out of the ring and heads to the back as well.
WINNER: DRAKE DRUMMONDS We cut backstage to Amanda Summer with Sean Lane.
Amanda Summers: I'm here backstage with Sean Lane, the target lately of Owner Jesus' antics in an attempt to take him out of commission. After having to face both members of tonight's main event last week, tonight he goes one on two for the SFT Tag Team Championship. Sean, how is it you are putting up with what is going on between you and Jesus and where does it end?
Sean Lane: Amanda, a pleasure as always but hand me the mic and let the grown ups handle this right now. Jesus, you thought you had this all figured out when you started booking me in one on two handicap matches. You thought Twilight and Jack Jones would get the job done...then I outsmarted them. Next you upped the ante and threw Gary Mac and Switchblade at me and I actually beat them. Now I stand here tonight with a chance to do one of the few things I haven't done in my career...hold the SFT Tag Championship single handedly. How does it feel to have your plan blow up in your face and put me in a much better spot than when this all started? How does it feel to fail Jesus?
Sean Lane: I stand here right now, 225 lbs of twisted steel and sex appeal, ready to make history tonight and add to my Hall of Fame resume while you, well, you get to see your dreams of taking care of me go up in smoke once again. One day Jesus, one day you'll have to nut up, show your face and stand face to face with me and settle this man to man...and I will move on to the SFT World Championship while you, well you Jesus you will once again face the fact that you are not Shadow, you are a sham of an owner and, well, this is where the big boys play but you're diaper is wet. Jesus, I am "The Sweetness" Sean Lane, the best that SFT has ever seen...and its about time you realize that...maybe holding gold on both shoulders will help that out...I have spoken!
Lane drops the mic and walks away as Amanda Summers looks on as the camera fades back into the arena.
SEAN LANE vs. KYLE MURPHY & JOSH KONNELY [War & Famine] (c) Handicap Match - Tag Team Titles ![]() RW: Now it's time for a very unique title match. Our owner have forced Sean Lane to compete in a handicap match with the tag champs Kyle Murphy and Josh Konnely, and believe it or not it's for the tag titles!
JC: I love it, Randy! One guy is going to be able to win TWO belts at once. How often does THAT happen?
RW: Hardly ever, I imagine. But say Sean wins tonight. Will he get a partner, or will he go at it alone as a single tag champ?
JC: Hell, he beat Gary and SwitchBlade, so he could be the greatest single tag champ of all time!
RW: I think we all know WHY he won that match, and this time he's not facing two guys who hate each other's gut. This time he's facing a unified team bent on retaining their titles no matter what.
JC: Hey, as far as I'm concerned Lane is two for two with these handicap matches. I'm willing to bet that tonight he makes it a hat trick!
The camera cuts to Robyn.
Robyn: The following match is a handicap match scheduled for one fall, and it is for the SFT Tag Team Championship!
The entire arena goes dark as "Hear Me Now" by Hollywood Undead starts up.
"Now, now, now, now, now...
Now, now, now, now, now!"
A shower of gold pyro shoots from the roof as shots of blue shoot up from the ground as the drums pick up and the guitar gets going. As the smoke clears, Sean Lane is standing in the middle of the stage spinning...coming to a stop with his thumbs pointing at himself, then spreading his arms and heading to the ring.
Robyn: First making his way to the ring, the challenger, from Rochester, New York and weighing in at 225 pounds, "The Sweetness"...SEAN LANE!
Lane walks over to the ring steps and climbs up them to the apron. He steps inside and points his thumbs at himself once more as the fans boo him uncontrollably.
RW: Nobody seems to be buying into this "lone man against all odds" bit.
JC: Aw forget them, these fans don't know what real talent is, and they're looking right at it!
RW: Are you saying that Murphy and Konnely aren't talented?
JC: Well sure they are. Just not "Sean Lane" talented. There's various degrees of talent, Randy.
RW: Uh huh...and where would YOU stand in the talent ranking?
JC: Above Bruce Lee, but slightly below God. I'm not perfect you know.
RW: Nobody's saying otherwise...
Soon Lane's music fades and "We Are One" by 12 Stones hits the loudspeakers. Scenes of war, famine, disease, and death flash across the StrikeTron. The words PESTILENCE, WAR, FAMINE, and DEATH flash over each corresponding scene. Josh Konnely walks out first, followed by Kyle Murphy. Both men have their tag title on their shoulder. The crowd cheers as half of Revelation makes their way down the aisle.
Robyn: And his opponents, at a combined weight of 457 pounds, "The Superior One" Kyle Murphy and Josh Konnely...WAR AND FAMINE!
Josh walks up the ring steps as Kyle steps directly onto the apron. Instead of jumping up to the turnbuckle like usual Konnely simply steps through the ropes. Murphy walks to the center of the ring and drops to a knee while raising his fist, but Josh doesn't join him. He remains standing at the turnbuckle, his eyes fixated on the mat. Upon noticing this Murphy gets up, walks over to Josh, and shakes his shoulder to wake him out of his trance. Konnely looks up at Kyle and waves him off before stepping on the apron.
JC: Well...that was odd.
RW: Something seems to be bothering Josh, and I don't think Kyle knows what it is.
JC: Well for their sake he better focus if he wants to compete with the likes of Lane.
Kyle takes his and Josh's belts and hands them over to referee Austin Jolley who then hands them over to the timekeeper. Robyn exits the ring, and once both sides are ready, the bell to start the match is rung. Lane walks over to Kyle and the two grapple. Both men test each other's strength by pushing against each other, waiting to see which one will buckle first. Finally, Murphy uses all his upper body strength to shove Lane right off of him and Sean lands on his ass to the crowd's delight. Lane, not willing to be embarrassed so easily, runs towards Murphy looking for an offensive running move, but Kyle side steps and shoves Sean right into their turnbuckle corner. Lane staggers back into an awaiting Kyle who lifts him up and drops him with a back suplex. Kyle gets to his feet and grabs hold of Sean. He then grabs Sean's arm and drops him with a short arm lariat. He makes the first cover of the match.
Jolley: 1...
Lane kicks out. Kyle picks up Sean and carries him over to Josh for the tag, but Josh doesn't appear to be paying attention and much like before is looking lost in thought. Murphy snaps him back to reality with a tag on the shoulder, and Konnely gets back into his groove. Murphy gets on the apron while Josh grabs Sean's arm and twists it into an arm wrench. He then arm drags Sean to the ground and presses his knee against Sean's elbow, bending the arm back as far as he can. The ref asks Lane if he gives up, but before he can even finish the sentence Lane is already starting to get back on his feet. When he gets on even ground with Josh, Sean counters with an arm wrench of his own followed by a high kick to the chest and a roundhouse kick to the stomach that causes Konnely to stumble into the ropes. Murphy makes a blind tag to Josh while Sean whips him into the ropes. Konnely counters and whips Sean instead. "The Sweetness" bounces off the ropes, and when Josh ducks down Murphy comes charging in with a painful looking boot to the face. Konnely makes his way back on the apron while Murphy gets back to work with a dazed Sean. The champ hoists Sean up over his head for a military press and drops him like a bad habit.
RW: Kyle and Josh are showing just how formidable they can be as tag champs, but they do seem a little bit off key.
JC: Something's going on in Josh's head, Randy. I just wish we could see what it was.
Murphy goes over to Sean and lifts him up again, but Lane manages to dig a thumb into one of his eyes allowing The Sweetness some relief from the assault. He adds to the comeback with a picture perfect dropkick that knocks Kyle off his feet. Lane steps around Kyle a bit, waits for just the right time, and hits a swinging neckbreaker. Lane goes for the cover.
Jolley: 1...2...
Kyle kicks out. Sean pounds on the back of Murphy's head a few times before picking him up again and hitting a side Russian leg sweep. He floats over into another cover.
Jolley: 1...2...
Kick out again. Lane lifts Kyle up once more and irish whips him into the nearest turnbuckle. From there Sean runs and lands an impactful body splash to the champ which then turns into a running bulldog. Lane wipes the sweat from his forehead before making a more casual cover.
Jolley: 1...2...
Murphy kicks out once more. Sean smacks the mat and looks up at the referee, yelling at him for being slow. In his arrogance, Sean grabs Murphy, places him between his legs and goes for a tiger driver, but Kyle dead weights himself, and Lane is unable to lift him. He tries it a couple more times, and the end result is Murphy tossing Sean over his head with a back body drop. Lane gets to his feet and turns around, but Kyle manages to grab him and hit a belly to belly suplex. Murphy lies on the mat for a few seconds to catch his breath as the referee counts both men.
Jolley: 1,2,3,4,5,6
Murphy eventually gets up and starts crawling over to Konnely. He reaches out for the tag, but once again Josh is still preoccupied with whatever's in his head. Before Murphy has time to respond to Josh, Sean grabs Kyle from behind and drops him with a reverse DDT into a pin.
Jolley: 1...2...
Kyle kicks out. Lane gets to his feet and drags Kyle by the arm to a turnbuckle on the opposite end of the ring. He places Kyle's head against the middle pad, runs the ropes, and face washes The Superior One. Sean looks to the fans and shouts
Lane: WHO'S THE GREATEST?!
The fans boo in response, but Sean continues to try and prove them wrong. He grabs Kyle and presses him against the turnbuckle. From there he proceeds to deliver knife edge chops to the chest of Kyle until his skin is a bright red. Afterwards he carries Kyle over to the center of the ring, wraps an arm around his neck, and delivers not one, not two, but three snap suplexes in a row, otherwise known as Laneplexes. Satisfied, Lane goes for another cover on the champ.
Jolley: 1...2...
And Kyle kicks out just in the nick of time. Sean gets up and yells at the referee some more for his slow count. Meanwhile, Murphy starts to crawl back to Josh, and he makes sure to yell out his name in order to get his attention. It works, and Konnely extends an arm out to grab him. Murphy is inches away from a tag, but Lane sees this in time and grabs one of his legs. Murphy gets to his feet and hops on his one available leg while Lane mocks him by holding the other. Kyle then jumps and hits an enziguri right to Lane's temple. Sean falls on his face and Kyle tags in Josh. Konnely enters the ring and all Hell breaks loose as Konnely knocks an arising Sean back down with a clothesline. Lane is up again, and is soon down again from a back body drop. He gets up and spins around only for Konnely to grab him and land an inverted atomic drop followed by a T-Bone suplex. Sean grabs the back of his head and tries getting up again, but Konnely keeps him down with a shining Yakuza kick that makes some of the fans look away in disgust.
RW: Oh man...that had to hurt!
JC: Come on Lane, you can do it! FIGHT!
Konnely grabs Lane and places him between his legs. He goes for angel's wings, but Lane manages to slip out, spin, and land a discus clothesline that knocks Konnely down. Lane sets himself behind Josh, grabs his head, and pulls him up for an Osaka street cutter, but Josh manages to land a knee right on Lane's head causing Sean to set him back down. Josh then arm drags Lane to the mat, falls with him, and rolls up into an arm triangle choke.
RW: Beautiful counter by Josh straight into a triangle choke.
JC: Get the ropes, Sean! THE ROPES!
But Konnely has the hold locked in tight, and a few seconds later Lane is forced to tap out to it. Konnely releases the hold and pushes Lane out of the way as "We Are One" starts playing.
JC: DAMN IT!
Robyn: Ladies and gentlemen, the winners of this match, and STILL SFT Tag Team Champions, Kyle Murphy and Josh Konnely...WAR AND FAMINE!
Kyle enters the ring and takes the title belts from the ref. He helps Josh up and hands him his half while telling him something inaudible. Josh just nods and raises his belt up along with Kyle. Jolley attends to an awakening Lane while the champs make their way to the back.
RW: Lane fought valiantly, but not even The Sweetness could fight off such an impressive team on his own.
JC: And what was with Josh the whole time? He acted like he wasn't even in the match half the time, and he nearly cost his team the match when he didn't tag.
RW: That's something both he and Kyle need to discuss at some point, but for now the two remain our tag team champs!
JC: And Lane is STILL the greatest for even having the guts to perform tonight! WINNER: KYLE MURPHY & JOSH KONNELY [War & Famine] Amanda Summers stands backstage with Lionel Kingston. She's holding a microphone, some cards, and looking her best. Lionel glimmers in the light from his pre-match workout. He was still hopping up and down, trying to keep his adrenaline going.
Amanda Summers: So I'm here with Lionel Kingston to talk about his upcoming match with 'The Acidic One" Rayn. Let me be straight-forward with these questions. You have accomplishments but they pale when it comes to those accomplished by Rayn. How do you think you'll fair against those odds?
Lionel stared her down, not taking the question easily.
Lionel Kingston: I told you all once and I'll say it again. It doesn't matter what past accomplishments people have when they step into that ring. It's a whole new challenge even if it's with a person you've beaten or been beaten by. Rayn is no different than the rest of the people in this industry. You could have been top-notch at one point, but fail miserably at another time. It will always be the same way. Always.
Amanda Summers: It has to make you worry though, doesn't it? He beat Annika Reizeger in a match, one of the most undefeated people to ever walk through the door. The only other person with a perfect record is Shadow. What do you make of that?
Lionel Kingston: If he was such a hotshot, why hasn't he taken an open challenge to Shadow? I'd challenge Shadow any day of the week and be the man to actually beat the Legendary and proverbial superhuman. So what if he beat Reizeger? No one is completely indestructible, and tonight, I'll prove it with Rayn.
Amanda Summers: What are your plans on doing that?
Lionel: The way I've always done it. Let's just say, he may need some re-constructive surgery when I'm done. They always, ALWAYS, Succumb to Darkness. Rayn will be no different. This interview is over. I have a match to win.
The scene fades back inside the arena. LIONEL KINGSTON vs. RAYN Exploding Ring DeathMatch - #1 Contender to World Title [King of the DeathMatch Tournament Finals] A light, ringing sound is first heard as the lights go dim and the screen of the StrikeTron flickers with different stars painting the darkness of the screen with each bell-like sound that is heard. As soon as the ringing comes to a slower, less powerful tune, the lights go out.
As the other instruments kick in the lights above flicker with the rolling of the drums and the strumming of the guitar. The lights also begin to stroll around the crowd and the ramp way as it begins to get heavier into the music. The word "Savior" shows in bright gold in front of the white stars, transforming into "Lionel Kingston".
Just as his name shows, NIGHTMARE screams prolonged over the p.a. and he appears out of the curtains.
Robyn Byrne: Making his way to the ring first, weighing at approximately 360lbs, LIIIIOOOONNNNEEEELLLLL KIIINNNGGGSSSSTTTTOOONNNN!!!
RW: Lionel Kingston has been pretty impressive as of late. He's taken on some of the best in this company and that's what brings us to this what should be a spectacular match-up tonight.
JC: Whatever, Randy. Kingston doesn't stand a chance against Rayn. This will be nowhere near a close match.
RW: Did I say Lionel was going to win? I said this is going to be a great match.
He stares out at the crowd then at the ring, walking toward it as if it were his opponent. He raises his hand, taking in the crowds reaction with pleasure as it comes.
As he reaches the ring, he jumps up easily, stepping over the ropes and walking over to his corner. The lights continue to strobe above him as he is announced by the ring announcer. He keeps his confident grin, never swaying from it as he shuffles his feet for the match.
Robyn Byrne: Now making his way to the ring....
The lights around the arena all go off along with the SFT-tron fading to darkness. After a few moments of nothing, the green and white strobe lights begin to go off around the entrance underneath the SFT-tron as three green searchlights start to circle around the arena.
Robyn Byrne: ...Weighing in at approximately 260lbs....
JC: The man of the hour has finally arrived!
RW: Oh gosh! I'm starting to think you're in love with this guy now.
Some kind of evidence, Some kind of reason, Why I can't find a way, To begin my life
Rayn walks out from the entrance, standing right above the green and white strobes going off around the entrance as the rest of the arena stays dark except for the green search lights. He looks downwards for a moment, before looking up towards the ring.
Somewhere in this dying day, If I can only find a way for my escape, I find it hard to concentrate with all my past mistakes, TO BEGIN MY LIFE!
A spotlight shines down on him as he starts to walk down the ramp way. He gets to the ring, before pausing for a moment looking around the arena. He then walks over to the stairs and steps up them slowly, before walking across the ring apron and coming to the turnbuckle. He climbs up to the second, then raises his right arm up above his head for a moment. He lowers his arm before droping down to the apron, and climbing into the ring between the ropes.
Robyn Byrne: Weighing in at two hundred thirty pounds, he is the former SFT World heavyweight champion, and former one half of the SFT tag team champions... RAYN!
Rayn walks across the ring, to the opposite turnbuckle. He steps up on the second rope, looking out at the crowd as he raises his right arm into the air again. He holds this pose for a moment, before lowering his arm and hoping down off the ropes.
DING! DING! DING!
RW: This match has potential to be the show stealer!
JC: This match will be done with in less than two minutes.
Lionel & Rayn begin to square each other up. Lionel puts his hand in the air as Rayn does the same. Rayn grabs Lionel's hand but then Lionel kicks Rayn in the stomach. Rayn falls to one knee and Lionel begins pounding on Rayn's head. Lionel runs to the ropes then comes back and knees Rayn in the face. Rayn is laid out.
RW: OUCH! That had to hurt.
Lionel goes for the pin
1.......
Rayn kicks out. Lionel gets up and grabs Rayn by his hair. As Rayn gets to his feet, he punches Lionel in the gut three times Rayn then runs to the ropes but then is shoulder blocked by Lionel. Lionel runs to the ropes, jumps over Rayn, runs back towards Rayn, Rayn hops over Lionel, Rayn runs towards Lionel but Lionel knees Rayn in the gut, sending Rayn flipping to the mat. Lionel goes for the pin.
1.......2......
Rayn kicks out. Lionel gets back up and pulls Rayn up with him. Lionel Irish whips Rayn into the turnbuckle. Lionel then goes to throw his body on Rayn but Rayn moves out of the way, sending Lionel head first onto the top turnbuckle. Rayn goes for the schoolboy pin.
1.......
Lionel kicks out. Rayn stays on top of Lionel and begins punching him in the face. The referee begins the count but Rayn quickly gets off. He picks Lionel up and Irish whips him to the ropes. He kicks Lionel in the gut, then quickly DDTs him. Lionel is out cold!
JC: There we go! Rayn is about to have this match in the bag.
Rayn climbs to the top turnbuckle. He jumps off to attempt an aerial knee drop but Lionel puts his knees up, slamming Rayn's face right into them. Now they're both out.
RW: Minutes into this match and it's already this intense.
Referee begins to count and the crowd joins in.
1.............
They slowly make their way to their feet, staggering and dazed. They begin exchanging blows, both moving towards the ropes but Rayn quickly gets the upper hand. Rayn runs to the ropes then runs back but then Lionel flips Rayn over the top rope.
RW: And over the top he goes! He crashed hard onto the outside!
The referee slides out of the ring as Lionel makes his way out of the ring. Lionel picks Rayn up by the hair and attempts to throw Rayn into the stairs but Rayn reverses and throws Lionel head first into the staircase.
JC: BOOM! And just like that, Rayn has the upper hand again. What did I tell you, Randy?
RW: He still hasn't even won yet but this is definitely a good match.
Rayn grabs Lionel and rolls him back into the ring. He sits Lionel on top of the top turnbuckle. He punches him three times in the face then climbs up himself. He puts Lionel in a headlock and suplexes him off of the top turnbuckle onto the mat and the mat explodes! BOOM!
RW: WHOA! Did you just see that? The mat just exploded!
JC: What? You thought this was a fake exploding match?
RW: These guys look like they're willing to put themselves through hell just to have a chance at becoming the next SFT World Heavyweight Champion.
Both men feel the effect of the explosing and both are laid out. The referee begins the count again.
1.........
Rayn slowly makes his way to Lionel and puts his arm across his chest.
RW: Rayn might pull the upset here.
The referee begins the count.
1........
And just in the nick of time, Lionel kicks out.
JC: WHAT THE HELL? He had the match in the bag right there.
RW: Apparently, he didn't.
JC: Oh whatever.
Rayn looks up, astonished at Lionel kicking out after that. Rayn slowly makes his way to is feet and looks down at Lionel who's motionless. Rayn picks Lionel up and sets him up for a powerbomb. Rayn struggles on picking Lionel up then out of nowhere, Lionel flips Rayn over his back. Lionel then passes out next to Rayn.
RW: And just like that, Kingston is showing that he has more fight in him than most think, especially after that exploding suplex from the top turnbuckle.
Lionel grabs onto the ropes to make his way back to his feet. He walks over to Rayn and begins kicking him until he rolls out of the ring. Lionel makes his way out of the ring and begins kicking Rayn some more. Rayn then walks over to the announcer's table and pushes JC out of his chair.
JC: Well, that wasn't right! What does he think he's going to do with that chair?
Lionel folds it up and slams it against Rayn's head.
RW: POW! I know that had to hurt.
Lionel then sets the chair down on the floor and attends to Rayn. As he approaches Rayn, Rayn grabs Kingston's feet from under him, slamming Kingston's head onto the chair. Kingston begins bleeding from the back of his head.
JC: Is that blood? That's what I'm talking about, Rayn. Take it to him.
Rayn slowly makes his way to his feet by grabbing onto the ring apron. He rolls back into the ring and begins to climb the turnbuckle slowly, giving Kingston enough time to gain consciousness. Lionel makes his way to the top of the ring apron and punches Rayn in the face a couple of times. He enters the ring and climbs the turnbuckle. Rayn elbows Lionel in the face but Lionel punches him in the back of the head, gaining control of Rayn again. He grabs Rayn from the back and back suplexes him on to the mat, causing another explosion.
Crowd: BOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!!!!
JC: This isn't fair. How many damn explosives are in that damn ring?
Lionel rolls over onto his stomach and crawls on top of Rayn. The referee begins the count.
1.......2........
Rayn kicks out. Lionel rolls off of Rayn with his eyes wide open, surprised that Rayn kicked out as well.
JC: Show them who's the real man, Rayn. Show him you're better than him.
RW: Oh my gosh! Would you please shut up, JC?
JC: No. I'm supporting Rayn against that loser, Kingston.
RW: Kingston doesn't look like a loser to me.
Lionel rolls to the outside and grabs the chair. He wipes the blood off of the chair and gets back in the ring. Out of nowhere, Rayn makes it to his feet and dropkicks Lionel in the face through the chair, causing Lionel to stumble backwards, falling out of the ring. Rayn rolls out of the ring and begins pounding on Lionel's head. He picks him up and throws him against the railing with all of his might, causing Lionel to flip over the railing.
RW: I have to give it to Rayn. He has been putting up one hell of a fight.
JC: What...
Randy cuts JC off.
RW: Please, JC! Just please!
Rayn climbs over the railing and is welcomed to a surprise dropkick by Lionel, causing him to go head first into the railing.
RW: And now, the crowd gets a taste of this match first hand.
Lionel gets to his feet and grabs Rayn by his hair. He picks him up and pulls him by his hair to the wall. He goes to slam Rayn's head against it but Rayn counters and slams Lionel's head against the wall. Rayn grabs him from behind and back suplexes him into a pin.
1.......2.........
Lionel kicks out. Rayn makes a fan get out of his chair and begins beating Kingston with it. Rayn throws the chair away and picks Lionel up. He drags him to the backstage area. They make their way into the locker room and Rayn backdrops Kingston onto the bench. Drake Drummonds notices what's going on and quickly moves out of the way with Alexandra.
Drake: I'm mad. I lost to that man right there and now he's fighting for what I want.
JC: I bet Drake's mad because he got his behind whooped by Rayn just a few weeks ago.
RW: Yeah, I bet. Being eliminated in the first round doesn't sit well with anyone.
Rayn goes for the pin.
1.......2.........
Lionel surprisingly kicks out again. Rayn gets Kingston up and out of nowhere hits The Acid Drop.
JC: And there's the match right there.
Rayn then just stares at Lionel who's out motionless.
RW: That's not cool. If you're going to go for the pin, just do it and stop wasting time.
JC: Rayn knows he has this match won. He just wants to inflict more pain onto that sorry Kingston guy.
Rayn picks Kingston up and throws him out of the locker room, straight into the wall. Lionel is passed out in the hallway and staff members quickly move out of the way. Rayn begins soccer kicking Lionel, making him roll forward. He picks Kingston up and throws him across the hall, making him disappear behind the curtain. Rayn conceitedly makes his way to the other side of the curtains. Kingston out of nowhere hits Rayn in the stomach with a steel pipe. Rayn grabs his stomach in pain. Lionel, still staggering, backs up then runs towards Rayn with the pipe. Rayn notices and leg sweeps Kingston face first onto the floor.
RW: These guys are literally doing whatever it takes to get that championship belt.
Rayn grabs the pipe then throws it behind him. He picks Kingston up and drags him back into the crowd. He backdrops Kingston and goes for the pin.
1.......2.........thr.....
Kingston kicks out again.
RW: This guy has a lot of fight left in him.
JC: That or he's real stupid if he thinks he's going to win.
Rayn gets off of Kingston and flips Kingston over the railing, making their way back to the ring. Rayn climbs over the railing, then glances around. He picks Kingston up and lays him across the announcer's table. He climbs on top of the table and the announcers clear it. He lifts Kingston up and sets him up for The Epiphany.
RW: Is he really about to do this right here?
JC: He's about to finish the match right here with this one.
Kingston gets the upper hand and flips him off of the table. Kingston lays back down as Rayn is out as well.
RW: What a hellacious match!
Kingston rolls off of the table and lands directly onto Rayn. The referee goes for the count.
1.......2.........
Rayn kicks out. Lionel slowly gets up and pick Rayn up with him. Out of nowhere, Rayn kicks Kingston in the gut and hits The Epiphany.
JC: And just like that, the match is damn near over! All Rayn has to do is go for the pin.
Both Rayn and Kingston are out cold, motionless on the mat. The crowd begins to chant both names. Rayn finally regains a little consciousness after about 20 seconds and crawls onto Lionel. The referee goes for the count again.
1.......2.........thre.........
JC: WHAT THE HELL?!
Lionel kicks out. Rayn is now on his back, breathing hard as he can't believe he kicked out of that. Rayn staggers onto his feet and stares down at Lionel again. He picks Lionel up and rolls him into the ring. He climbs the turnbuckle from the outside. Rayn attempts a moonsault but Lionel rolls out of the way, causing Rayn to land onto an explosion.
RW: HOLY SHYT!
Both men are laid out. Lionel slowly crawls to Rayn and goes for the pin.
1.......2.........thre.........
Rayn kicks out.
RW: All of these damn close calls. It's hard to tell who's going to win!
JC: Rayn just kicked out of a damn explosion. Rayn has this match.
Lionel utilizes the ropes to get to his feet with his eyes wide open, staring at Rayn. Lionel climbs the turnbuckle. He reaches the top and sticks his arms out, motioning for The King's Fall.
RW: This could be it right here!
JC: Don't let him hit it, Rayn!
RW: Why? Because you know he'll win if he lands it?
JC: Whatever, Randy! Just watch.
Lionel nails The King's Fall and lays there on his back next to Rayn after hitting it. Lionel inches over and throws his arm over Rayn.
1.......2.........thre......
JC: There you go, Rayn. Show him how a real champion fights.
Lionel gets up and picks Rayn up. Lionel runs to the ropes to attack but Rayn counters with a knee to the gut. Kingston flips over Rayn's knee, rolling out of the ring. Rayn falls onto one knee, out of energy. He goes outside of the ring and grabs another chair. He beats Lionel up with it then throws it away. He picks Lionel up but as Lionel makes his way to his knees, he pushes Rayn away, causing Rayn to go head first into the other staircase. Lionel stumbles over to where the chair is and tosses it into the ring. Lionel walks over to Rayn and rolls him into the ring. Lionel quickly rolls into the ring and is met with Rayn setting him up for The Rayn Fall. Rayn throws his hands in the air and attempts to hit it. Kingston punches Rayn in the gut and counters by hitting Succumb To Darkness onto the chair, causing the match's final explosion. Both men are on their backs, breathless. Lionel makes his way slowly and goes for the pin.
RW: Could this be the end of the match?
1.......2.........3!!!!!!!!
DING! DING! DING!
RW: And that's it! That's it! Lionel pulled the upset over Rayn over what could be the biggest match of the night.
Robyn Byrne: Your winner and King of the DeathMatch and #1 Contender to the World Heavyweight Title.......LIONEL KINGSTON!!!
Lionel's arm is raised but he doesn't move very much at all as we go backstage. WINNER: LIONEL KINGSTON Amanda Summers is standing alone outside of a locker room door.
Amanda Summers: Well Lionel Kingston and Rayn just nearly destroyed each other to be crowned the King of the DeathMatch as well as the new #1 Contender and that man is Lionel Kingston. Later we find out who he'll take on next month.
The locker room door opens and out steps "The Icon" "The Legend" Big T. He stands next to Amanda Summers.
Amanda Summers: Big T, the time has come. Your brother, the owner of SFT, has put you in a gauntlet match where you will face each member of the Dangerous Alliance one by one. It will be a very tough task. Can you survive?
Big T: Amanda, it's not about if I can...It's about I will. I will survive. If I don't beat these guys and show my dominance I will never be rid of them.
Amanda Summers: They have done alot to you since coming into the company. But over the past month you have done alot to them.
Big T: They came through the door like every other hot shot rag tag group of misfits. They came after the baddest guy in the business and they tried to make a name at my expense. Well guess what Dangerous Alliance, your time has come to pay the piper...with interest. Your Game is Over.
Big T walks leaving Amanda Summers alone as the scene fades back to ringside.
BIG T vs. KENNY ROGERS, KAVE BLACKWELL, CHRIS TITAN, & TONY SNYDER [Dangerous Alliance] Gauntlet Match JC: The bosses Brother.
RW: The one he doesn't like?
JC: Shut up let me introduce the match, it is Big T taking on the whole of the Dangerous Alliance in a four on one gauntlet match.
RW: Looks like Big T has a big challenge ahead.
A loud pop is heard and the lights in the arena go completely out leaving everybody in total darkness. The StrikeTron lights up with two quarters falling on a table. Once the quarters stop rolling around the beginning of the song "No Love" by Eminem featuring Lil Wayne begins to play. First just the slow beat begins to play with some words spoken every so often.
"Love... Love..."
Music continues.
"Love... Love... Love..."
Music continues.
"Don't Hurt Me... Don't Hurt Me...
No More... No More..."
Drum snares play for a quick moment...
"Love... Love... Love..."
...and then Lil Wayne begins.
"Throw dirt on me and grow a wildflower
The sound of a tape rewinding fast is heard and just then red and gold pyro shoots off from the top of the ramp staging. "The Icon" "The Legend" Big T makes his way through the curtain from backstage. Mutliple colored lights flash throughout the arena. And the song continues with Lil Wayne as Big T slowly walks down the ramp and takes in all the cheers from the fans.
"I think about more than I forget
Big T walks up the cold steel stairs, steps through the ropes, and enters the ring.
"Man, I come down in a couple of days
Big T climbs up to the top rope and once he has his balance he stands straight up and holds his fists in the air. And as the hook of the song begins with Eminem you can see Big T mouth some of the words as well.
"It's a little too late to say that you're sorry now
Big T jumps off the top rope and lands on the mat. The music fades out as Eminem begins his verse. Big T waits in the corner for the match to begin.
JC: This could be the hardest match of Big T's career.
RW: Four on one is a big disadvantage.
"Faster" by Within Temptation hits the arena and the Dangerous Alliance walk out from the back with Nightwolf by their side they stand at the entrance way and are prepared for the first man to enter.
RW: There they are, they have been a thorn in Big T's side for a long time.
JC: This match could propel someone to the main event.
The arena goes dark and the SFT tron lightens up and Anthony Jesus is shown standing with a huge grin on his face.
Anthony Jesus: Hey Brother I hope you prepared long and hard for the gauntlet match because I have a huge surprise for you. There has been a change of plans, like most things in life nothing is ever guaranteed so tonight this is now a four on one handicapped tag team match. I hope you didn't plan too much brother.
BIG T vs. KENNY ROGERS, KAVE BLACKWELL, CHRIS TITAN, & TONY SNYDER [Dangerous Alliance] 4 on 1 Handicap Match
The lights come back on as Kave Blackwell, Chris Titan, Kenny Rogers and Tony Snyder run all the way down to the ring.
JC: My god Jesus just changed this and here they are rushing Big T.
RW: I cant believe he did that, but it is a genius idea to annoy his brother, well done boss.
All four members slide into the ring as Big T connects with a right to Rogers sending him down, then Titan and one to Blackwell. Snyder goes for a clothesline but T ducks it and hits a neckbreaker. As Big T is getting up Kave, Chris and Kenny all charge him, they get him down to the mat and begin stomping on him, Snyder gets up and pushes Rogers and company out of the way.
JC: The bell hasn't even rang yet and these guys are pounding on Big T.
RW: This is the way they do it, attack in a pack and you gain the upper hand.
Snyder puts a boot to Big T and hits the B-Flat and then steps out to the apron and watches as Chris Titan pulls the former world champion to his feet and hits the Titan Driver he high fives his partners and joins Tony Snyder on the outside. Blackwell now smiles as he looks at Big T who is lying on the mat holding his back and his face, Kave pulls him to his feet and hits the Omega Driver then high fives Kenny before joining Tony and Chris on the outside.
RW: The bell now rings and all Kenny Rogers has to do is pin Big T.
JC: The Dangerous Alliance has just proved how Dangerous they are.
With the fans erupting with a chorus of boos Kenny Rogers pulls Big T up and hoists him up for Foldem, but Big T rolls over the back and rolls Kenny Rogers up the ref drops.
REF: 1...2...3 Kenny Rogers has been eliminated.
The fans erupt with cheers as Kave Blackwell comes in as Big T is getting up and goes for a clothesline but T ducks it Blackwell comes back off the ropes as he does Big T hits a scoop slam on Kave Blackwell T gets to his feet and Kave soon follows he tries to rush T but Big T hits a hip toss and Blackwell is down.
JC: I cant believe that Big T eliminated Kenny Rogers so quickly, he has a chance now.
RW: How stupid is Rogers he should have pinned Big T.
As Blackwell hit the mat he tagged in Tony Snyder who comes in and rushes Big T with a kick to the gut followed by a suplex. Snyder floats over and covers Big T.
REF: 1...2..Big T kicks out.
Snyder gets up and motions for Kave to put his feet up and as he does Snyder crashes Big T's head against the feet of Kave Blackwell. Tag by Snyder on Titan who comes in and hits a German Suplex on Big T and holds him in a bridge.
REF: 1...2...Kick out by Big T.
Titan gets up and pulls T up he whips him into the ropes and then Nightwold distracts the ref and Kave and Tony enter the ring as all three men begin kicking away at Big T. Snyder holds him up as Chris Titan climbs the ropes and hits a flipping neckbreaker on Big T from Tony Snyders shoulders. Snyder and Titan leave the ring as Kave hooks the leg of Big and covers.
REF: 1...2... Big T reverses it into a small package.
REF: 1..2...3 Kave Blackwell has been eliminated.
JC: Big T just eliminated Kave Blackwell.
RW: Another lucky pin but is it just Big T in cruse control and he doesn't really know what he is doing?
Nightwolf is irate on the outside and is now on the apron the referee goes to tell him to get off the apron as Chris Titan grabs a chair, the referee pushes Nightwolf away and turns around just to see Chris Titan connect with the chair across the head of Big T. But he doesn't stop as Big T falls down Titan continues hitting his back with the chair the fans boo.
JC: He has got himself disqualified and is continuing this assault on Big T.
RW: Only Tony Snyder is left and this could be his chance to defeat the former World champion.
The referee orders Chris Titan to the back as Tony Snyder enters smiling and shouting at Big T "You aint so great now." He stand above him and raises his hands before droping to the mat and he hooks the leg of Big T and covers.
REF: 1...2... Big T gets a foot on the rope.
Snyder is unhappy and pulls up Big T he gets him ready for the B-Flat but Big T connects with a elbow to the face then another. Snyder breaks the hold but he tries to whip T across the ring but T reverses it and whips Tony Snyder into the opposite corner right into the referee knocking him out cold.
JC: The referee is down and out cold, Big T only has one more man to eliminate and he can do it, he can defy the odds and win this match.
RW: This has been a good run by Big T but a B-Flat from Tony Snyder and I think it will be over.
Big T, Tony Snyder, and the referee are all down in the ring. Nightwolf walks around the ring over to the commentator's area. Big T begins to stir. Nightwolf shoves the timekeeper off of his chair. Big T uses the ropes to slowly climb to his feet while Nightwolf slides into the ring with the steel chair. Just then Kelsey begins walking down the ramp.
JC: What the fuck is she doing here?!
Nightwolf is on his feet but Big T is already on his and when Nightwolf looks up he sees Big T staring down at him. Nightwolf's jaw drops like a ton of bricks and he tries to grab the chair but Big T puts his foot down on it. Kelsey walks up the steel steps and enters the ring between the middle and bottom ropes. Big T snatches Nightwolf by the collar of his shirt. Kelsey comes up behind Big T and drops down to her knees. Nightwolf smirks and Big T wonders why.
RW: Big T has no idea she is behind him.
JC: And about to deliver a low blow.
Kelsey brings her arm inbetween Big T's legs. She goes to lift her arm up to nail him in the crotch but stops herself for some reason. She backs away from Big T and stands up. She begins pacing back and forth in the ring and seemingly arguing with herself. Tony Snyder is now on his feet and Big T tosses Nightwolf out of the ring. Kelsey drops to the mat and rolls out of the ring. Big T goes over to Tony Snyder and hits him with a couple of punches to the head. Big T whips Tony Snyder across the ring, Snyder bounces off the ropes, and Big T hits a tilt-a-whirl back breaker. Big T covers Snyder.
RW: The referee is still down!
Nightwolf has made it around the ring to where Kelsey is and begins yelling at her.
Nightwolf: What are you doing?! You were suppose to hit him!! Why didn't you do it?! You signed the contract, I paid you off!! Why didn't you do as you were instructed?!
Kelsey: I.... I don't know. I just can't do it.
Nightwolf: You can't do it?!? Bitch, you better get your ass in that ring and do it what you've been ordered!
Big T is up and happens to glance over to see Nightwolf and Kelsey arguing.
Kelsey: I won't do it! You can have the money back!
Nightwolf: You're signed to a contract, I own you! Do as you're told!
Kelsey can't seem to make up her mind and finally she screams out at Nightwolf.
Kelsey: I CAN'T DO IT.....I LOVE HIM!!
Big T is taken a back from what she just hollered and has a look of shock on his face. He squeezes out a slight smile. He runs off the ropes, charges across the ring, and hits a baseball slide sending Nightwolf flying far away from Kelsey. Big T stands up in the ring and looks down at Kelsey. She looks up at him and they both smile. Just then Tony Snyder comes up behind Big T and hooks him in a full nelson.
JC: Tony Snyder is trying for a B-Flat.
RW: If he hits it than Big T is all done.
Tony Snyder tries to drop Big T on his face but Big T rams Tony Snyder back into a corner and against the turnbuckles. Tony Snyder doesn't let go until Big T rams him again into the turnbuckles. Big T staggers toward the middle of the ring. Tony Snyder charges out of the corner and looks for a spear but Big T leap frogs him and Snyder misses. Tony Snyder is up, turns around, and when he does his jaw is met by the foot of Big T.
JC: GAME OVER!!! GAME OVER!!!
RW: Big T with the cover!
The referee stirs and after gathering himself crawls over closer to make the count.
RW: 1........................................................
RW: 2........................................................
RW: aaaaaaaaaaaaaannnnnnnnnnnnnnndddddddddddddddddddd 3!!!
DING DING DING
"No Love" hits up.
JC: He has done it!! Big T has once again shown why he is an icon and a legend in the wrestling biz!
RW: It was a hard fought and uphill battle for him but he pulled it off.
JC: He stood alone and was indeed a one warrior nation.
Nightwolf is up and he grabs Kelsey and drags her up the ramp and backstage. Big T is up and looking around for her but doesn't see her or Nightwolf. He rolls out of the ring and runs up the ramp slowly as the scene fades backstage.
WINNER: BIG T The camera cuts to Amanda Summers in front of a backdrop with SFT logos painted all over it.
Amanda: Hey everyone! Amanda Summers here, and at this moment i've been granted the opportunity to have a quick interview with none other than the number one contender who later tonight faces Gary Mac for the SFT World Heavyweight Title, SwitchBlade!
The camera pans out and we see SwitchBlade standing next to Amanda, an emotionless look on his face. Amanda points the direction of her microphone at SwitchBlade.
Amanda: So SwitchBlade, tonight you have the chance to not only become World Champion for a fourth time, but also to retire Gary Mac from SFT for good. How confident do you feel about accomplishing these huge goals?
SwitchBlade looks to the camera, his eyes fixated on the viewers watching at home.
SwitchBlade: I feel as confident as I've ever been. I've faced Gary enough times to know just what he's capable of. Guys like Gary...they like to run their mouths a lot, and they truly believe that they're God's gift to wrestling. But they're all the same. They have to feel like they've got the biggest package in their pants, or else they're nothing. He's may be a lot of bark...but I'm a lot of bite. And I'm going to prove it in the ring tonight.
Amanda: But this isn't a regular one on one match. It's an iron man match, one of the toughest, most grueling matches in wrestling. Do you think you can outperform Gary for an entire hour?
SwitchBlade: I'm not gonna lie, Amanda. Gary's got a lot of skill. Part of me admires his abilities in the ring, and I'm sure he can wrestle for an hour just as well as, if not better than me. But I can pace myself. Gary's gonna want to beat me quickly, score as many falls as possible. But he'll tired out eventually. And when he does, that's when I'll strike the most, and the hardest.
Amanda: Also, what's going to happen to you if you lose this match, SwitchBlade? This is, in many ways, your last chance at the world title.
SwitchBlade: I...don't really want to talk about that. It's not what I'm thinking about. I'm thinking about winning, because that's what I do best in SFT. I win matches. And tonight is going to be no different. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go get ready.
SwitchBlade brushes past Amanda and step out of the camera's view. Amanda shrugs and looks to the camera.
Amanda: Well...back to you, Randy and Johnny. SWITCHBLADE vs. GARY MAC (c) Ironman Match - World Heavyweight Title ![]() "Dragonfly" by Shaman's Harvest plays as SwitchBlade steps through the curtain to a chorus of cheers and boos. Once at the top of the ramp, he removes his sunglasses and tosses them to the side. He walks past the fans ignoring their presence. He slides under the ring ropes, picks himself up, and stands in one corner of the ring once in awhile stretching his arms and legs. Once he sees his opponent, he patiently waits for the bell to ring.
~PERFECTION HAS ARRIVED~ appears on the tron and then the lights in the arena blackout, a green spotlight begins searching throughout the arena, the fans begin to boo. The spotlight goes faster and faster, the guitar rift can be heard, the spotlight gets even faster then the opening of "Getting Away With Murder" By Papa Roach begins to blare out and the spotlight stops on the entrance way. The Lights stay out as the fans booing become louder.
Somewhere beyond happiness and sadness
I need to calculate
What creates my own madness
And I'm addicted to your punishment
And you're the master
And I am waiting for disaster
I feel irrational
So confrontational
To tell the truth I am
Getting away with murder
It isn't possible
To never tell the truth
But the reality is I'm getting away with murder
(Getting away, Getting away, Getting away)
Gary Mac then walks out from the back with his black wrestling tights on with green lightning down each side. With the Words The Real Deal inscribed onto the back of it. The fans boo as Mac wears a Black T-Shirt with the words Too Fucking Good inscribed onto the front of it. He holds the SFT World Heavyweight Championship on his shoulder and then Gary Mac smirks towards the fans and then begins to head towards the ring, walking past the fans and as he does he he spits on one while wiping his forehead and throwing the sweat onto the fans.
I drink my drink and I don't even want to
I think my thoughts when I don't even need to
I never look back cause I don't even want to
And I don't need to
Because I'm getting away with murder
I feel irrational
So confrontational
To tell the truth I am
Getting away with murder
It isn't possible
To never tell the truth
But the reality is I'm getting away with murder
Mac reaches the ring and he leaps up onto the ring apron. Gary turns around and poses for the fans whilst lifting the SFT Championship above his head, then he leaps over the top rope and lands on his feet. Mac then takes of his T-Shirt and climbs the nearest turnbuckle. Mac poses once more before throwing the T-Shirt into the crowd and then he jumps down and waits on his opponent.
Senior Referee Sean Whitcomb stands in the ring with the two competitors and takes the World Heavyweight Championship belt from Gary Mac. As he holds it up for the crowd, Robyn Byrne runs down the championship match intros.
Robyn Byrne: The following contest is our MAIN EVENT of the evening! And now, live from the Impact Arena, Bangkok, Thailand... IT'S TIME! This championship bout is an IRONMAN MATCH for the WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP!
Robyn Byrne: Introducing the challenger. He stands six feet three inches tall and weighs in tonight at 240 pounds, from Boston, Massachusetts... SwitchBlade!
Robyn Byrne: And his opponent... he is the CURRENT and DEFENDING SFT HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION of the WORLD! He stands six feet, zero inches tall and weighs in tonight 229 pounds... from San Antonio, Texas... he is "The Real Deal" Gary Mac!
The bell sounds as Sean Whitcomb passes the championship belt out of the ring. On the tron and on television a clock goes up in the corner of the screen, reading 60:00. SwitchBlade runs forward and hits Gary Mac with a running STO, taking an early advantage.
JC: SwitchBlade is going right after it!
RW: He wants that championship back in the worst way, John.
Gary Mac gets up quickly and SwitchBlade delivers a running bulldog.
RW: Look at this fire from SwitchBlade!
JC: Gary Mac could find himself in trouble early.
SwitchBlade attempts to whip Gary Mac into the corner, but Mac counters and sends SwitchBlade toward the corner instead. Switch runs up the ropes and catches Mac with a moonsault into a pin.
1...
2...
Mac rolls out at two.
JC: He almost had him!
RW: Gary Mac wasn't going to lose the first fall that easily. Not with his title AND his CAREER on the line.
SwitchBlade rises to his feet and walks into a kick to the gut from Gary Mac. Mac bends SwitchBlade over and hits the NEAR DESTRUCTION, rolling him over into the Boston crab.
RW: Oh my God! Just like that SwitchBlade got caught!
JC: SwitchBlade's going to have to tap! Gary Mac's going to take the first fall.
The clock ticks down to the 58 minute mark as Gary Mac sits back on the Boston crab. Sean Whitcomb asks SwitchBlade if he wants to give up. SwitchBlade shakes his head and tries to fight through the pain.
JC: Gary Mac seemed to weather the storm of SwitchBlade's early flurry, and now he's got the challenger on the brink of submission.
RW: How much more can SwitchBlade hold out? This move has to be getting extremely painful.
The clock nears the 57 minute mark, and finally at 56:57 SwitchBlade taps out.
RW: There it is! SwitchBlade held out for OVER a MINUTE, but finally taps out to the Near Destruction.
JC: I don't know how wise that was, Randy. SwitchBlade could have tapped out at 58 minutes and saved himself further punishment from the submission hold. How much damage has been done to the back and legs after a minute of being punished in the Boston crab?
Sean Whitcomb makes Gary Mac release the hold and allows SwitchBlade a second to get back to his feet. SwitchBlade locks up with Gary Mac and hits a belly to belly suplex into side control. SwitchBlade quickly pops up and applies an armbar.
JC: Straight armbar or a crucifix armbar by SwitchBlade now!
RW: It's an armbar, for heaven's sake. No need to complicate it.
JC: Well I thought SwitchBlade might have been going for a stall tactic that time to slow the pace down with over 56 more minutes to go, but instead he works into a submission of his own.
RW: Trying to even the score up quickly.
Gary Mac reaches his leg out and drapes his ankle on the bottom rope. Sean Whitcomb calls for the break, and Mac rolls out of the ring. SwitchBlade stands and dives between the ropes with a cross body on Mac. The referee begins a ten count as both men are down on the outside.

RW: SwitchBlade's got to kick out somehow!

The bell tolls to declare the second fall for World Heavyweight Champion Gary Mac.
Again referee Sean Whitcomb stands SwitchBlade up before resuming the fight.
RW: Gary Mac scores two falls in just over seven minutes, and SwitchBlade is in some serious trouble.
JC: That he is, Randy.
SwitchBlade again ties up with Gary Mac. This time Switch turns it into a side Russian leg sweep. SwitchBlade tries to gather himself, clearly hurting after being driven face first through the announce table. Mac gets to his feet and climbs out of the ring.

SwitchBlade tackles Gary Mac into a wall in the stands. Fans pat both men on the back as the fight continues on the floor.
9.....
JC: What on Earth? There's no way they are making it back into the ring now!
RW: What does that mean? What is Sean Whitcomb doing?
SwitchBlade stands up and stomps Gary Mac in the ribs.
10!
The bell rings once indicating that a fall has taken place by double countout.
RW: Well, I guess that makes it 3-1 in favor of Gary Mac as we reach the ten minute mark. How can this possibly go on another fifty minutes?
JC: These guys are unleashing Hell on one another, that's for sure.
The fight continues in the stands as SwitchBlade kicks Gary Mac in the face. Gary climbs to his feet and answers with an elbow to the face of SwitchBlade. Again the brawl moves through the crowd, fists and knees and elbows flying as they work their way through the sea of people.
JC: This is insane!
RW: These two can't stand each other, and there are HUGE implications for both men. What did Anthony Jesus think would happen in this match? They'll tear each other apart.
They slowly fight their way across the back of the arena, then down the steps once again. SwitchBlade rocks Gary Mac with a right cross, sending him staggering into the ringside security wall. SwitchBlade runs forward and clotheslines Mac over the wall again. Mac practically lands on John Cartwright and Randy White as the combatants come out behind the shattered remains of the announce table. John and Randy retreat to a safe corner as SwitchBlade stands up on top of the security wall.
RW: Good God, what's going to happen now? I think I just got kicked in the head when Gary Mac came flying out behind us.
JC: What a brutal war! We've still got forty-five minutes left!
Gary Mac stands and SwitchBlade hits a diving clothesline off the safety barrier.
JC: Holy--
RW: What athleticism by the 46 year old SwitchBlade!
Both men are down on the broken announce table once again.
SwitchBlade sits up and crawls to the ring apron, which he uses to pull himself to his feet. Switchy rolls into the ring, and slowly climbs to his feet.
Gary Mac is up shortly after and limps his way into the ring.
The fist fight resumes, only now in the confines of the ring. SwitchBlade ducks a haymaker and hits a spinebuster. Switch transitions right into a figure four leg lock.
There are forty-four minutes left now as SwitchBlade works the figure four on Gary Mac. Sean Whitcomb asks Gary Mac if he would like to give up. Mac shakes his head no and fights to turn it over. Gary falls back, unsuccessful. Near the forty-three minute mark his shoulders hit the mat as he seems to pass out from the pain.
1...
2...
3!
SwitchBlade releases the hold and stands up with his hands raised.
JC: SwitchBlade picks up a fall, cutting his deficit to one!
RW: He wore down Gary Mac with that figure four just as Mac did with the Boston crab earlier.
Whitcomb once again allows the "defeated" wrestler to recover and get to his feet, stopping the clock for ten seconds.
SwitchBlade rushes at Gary Mac as the clock starts again, trying to take advantage of the champion's weakened condition. Gary surprises the champion with a dropkick to the face, sending him down to the canvas. Both men are down again, forcing Sean Whitcomb to begin another ten count.

SwitchBlade jumps to his feet, knowing he cannot afford to lose another fall. Switch whips Mac into the corner and lifts him onto the top rope. SwitchBlade attempts a superplex, but Mac blocks it. Switch tries a second time, but again Gary blocks. Mac punches SwitchBlade in the ribs, then in the face. A headbutt by Gary Mac knocks SwitchBlade off the top rope.
Gary Mac readjusts and slowly steps down to the second rope. SwitchBlade gets up very slowly. When he turns around, Mac dives off the second rope with the Knock Out. Gary turns over into a cover.
1...
2...
SwitchBlade kicks out.
JC: Wow! I thought he had him right there with that Knock Out.
RW: You and me both.
Ten minutes later Gary Mac has SwitchBlade set up for a Total Destruction.
RW: Twenty-five minutes to go now, and the champion's trying to put the challenger away here!
JC: There's been no falls now since the forty-three minute mark, so we're coming up on twenty minutes without a change.
RW: These guys have both slowed down noticeably. It's like the final three minutes of an MMA title bout when they've been beating on each other for seventeen minutes.
JC: It sure is. Neither man has much gas left in the tank.
Mac lifts Switch for the Total Destruction, but SwitchBlade slips out and lands on his feet behind Gary. The champion turns around and the challenger hits a Deep Cut.
JC: OH! SwitchBlade pulls out the Deep Cut!
RW: That's gonna tie it up! SwitchBlade's going to pull even!
SwitchBlade covers.

2...
3!
Sean Whitcomb signals a fall for SwitchBlade, then stands both men up again.
Gary Mac attempts to clothesline SwitchBlade, who counters with a release German suplex. Gary rolls out of the ring, buying himself some more time. Sean Whitcomb tells him to get back in the ring, but Mac goes partially under the ring instead. SwitchBlade grows frustrated and reaches over the top rope, grabbing Gary Mac by the back of the head. Suddenly, Gary Mac swings a chair and cracks SwitchBlade right over the head. SwitchBlade drops in a heap, but Sean Whitcomb raises the challenger's hand.
RW: What the Hell?! Just twenty-one thirty left in the match and Gary Mac just got himself disqualified!
JC: That puts SwitchBlade ahead four falls to three!
Gary Mac climbs into the ring, looking clearly arrogant. Sean Whitcomb helps SwitchBlade stand up, with the clock stopped at 21:25. Blood has begun to spill from SwitchBlade's head, but he says he's ready to go. The clock begins again and SwitchBlade begins throwing wild haymakers. Gary Mac just gingerly steps aside from each half-blind swing. Finally Gary ducks a punch and hits Switch with an inverted DDT. Mac goes for a pin.
1...
2...
3!
JC: And Gary Mac ties it at four with exactly twenty minutes left.
RW: I think I see what Mac's underhanded ploy was now. He gave up a disqualification because he knew he could injure and soften up SwitchBlade.
The clock stops for ten seconds again as Sean Whitcomb allows SwitchBlade time to stand up and get reset. SwitchBlade comes out when the clock begins again and locks up with Mac. Switch hits an arm drag. Mac comes right back to his feet and Switch runs at him. Gary catches SwitchBlade with The Real Deal and falls into another pin.
1...
2...
KICK OUT!
RW: Unbelievable!
JC: SwitchBlade just will NOT lose!
Gary Mac is furious, but stands SwitchBlade up in a rear waistlock. Mac hits a quick triple German suplex, then signals for the end. Gary grabs SwitchBlade's legs and locks in a sharpshooter.
JC: There it is! Score another fall for the champ!
RW: I hate to say it, but SwitchBlade HAS to tap!
Reluctantly, SwitchBlade does tap out. The clock stops at 18:20.
When the match resumes, SwitchBlade immediately tackles Gary Mac. They slug it out on the ground as SwitchBlade goes to a ground and pound, trying to prevent any further offense by Mac. The brawl spills out to the floor, where Gary Mac seems to get the upper hand.
At 17:30, Gary Mac hits three quick snap suplexes on the floor. Mac stands SwitchBlade up and tries to whip him into the steel steps. SwitchBlade reverses and sends Gary crashing knees first into the steel steps.
RW: Oh, it's like a car wreck out there!
JC: What a cliche!
SwitchBlade rolls back into the ring at seventeen minutes. Gary Mac slides in ten seconds after. SwitchBlade kicks Gary Mac in the gut and delivers a cradle piledriver. Switch goes right into a cover.
1...
2...
KICK OUT!
JC: Holy kick out, Batman!
RW: Gary Mac won't go down easy either!
The battle rages back and forth until the final minute without any change in the score.
RW: Just sixty seconds to go now, and SwitchBlade trails five falls to four!
JC: He needs something to put Mac away quick!
Right on cue, SwitchBlade hits a flapjack into an implant DDT. Switch immediately hooks up Mac in the ENTER THE DARKSIDE.
JC: Forty-five seconds left and Gary Mac is caught in SwitchBlade's patented ENTER THE DARKSIDE!
Gary Mac screams out in pain, shaking his head "no" anytime Sean Whitcomb asks if he'd like to submit. But with ten seconds left, Gary Mac finally gives up.
RW: Good God! That ties it at five, and the clock stops at just nine seconds!
Sean Whitcomb stands both men up and then restarts the clock. Gary Mac catches SwitchBlade with a quick small package.
1...
2...
SwitchBlade rolls out into a roll up of his own.
1...
2...
Mac escapes!
The buzzer sounds just as the two men get back to their feet. Gary Mac raises his arms as if in victory. "Let It Roll" by Divide The Day interrupts his celebration and Lars Adams steps out onto the stage with a microphone in hand.
Lars Adams: Not so fast, Gary Mac. While I believe that you are a great SFT Champion and the best man for the job, you will not keep that title by way of a tie. I'm afraid I have no choice but to send this Ironman Match into SUDDEN DEATH! The next person to score a PINFALL or SUBMISSION will be the WINNER.
JC: Alright! Great call!
RW: We're going to get a winner one way or the other, just the way it should be.
The bell sounds to make it official, and the match continues without a clock. SwitchBlade kicks Gary Mac in the gut and sets him up for another DEEP CUT. Mac counters out and lands on his feet behind Switch. SwitchBlade turns around into a knee to the gut, and Gary hits the NEAR DESTRUCTION. Mac turns SwitchBlade over into the Boston crab again. A few short seconds later, SwitchBlade taps out.
RW: Oh no! A valiant effort by SwitchBlade, but Gary Mac makes him tap out again to the Near Destruction!
JC: Gary Mac retains the World Heavyweight Championship, AND he rids himself of SwitchBlade as a challenger.
Gary's music hits and the referee hands him the World Heavyweight Title. Gary Mac rolls out of the ring and slowly makes his way up the ramp as STILL YOUR WORLD CHAMPION!! WINNER: GARY MAC As Gary's music starts to fade and the champ disappears into the back, SwitchBlade is just now starting to come to his senses. The ref helps SwitchBlade to his feet, but he pushes the ref aside and gets himself up with some assistance from the ropes.
RW: Well...I think SwitchBlade's just now starting to realize what happened.
JC: He and Gary had an all out war, but Gary got the crucial final fall.
RW: And unfortunately for SwitchBlade, that means not more World Title shots.
JC: Yeah...that sucks...
SwitchBlade wipes the sweat off his face and leans against the ropes, catching his breath while the fans cheer him on for putting on a good match. SwitchBlade pushes off the ropes and walks over to the center of the ring, but collapses from exhaustion and falls to his knees. He stares down at the mat, and then up at the hot lights. The ref goes over to SwitchBlade again, but he pushes him back again. The ref simply exits the ring and leaves him be. A few fans try a "SwitchBlade" chant, but it fails after a few seconds.
RW: Well folks, it's been a great show, and on behalf of myself and Johnny I'd just like to say-
JC: Wait Randy...look!
SwitchBlade's head is lowered to the mat, and his arms are covering the sides of his head as if to block his ears. For a few seconds SwitchBlade stops moving entirely, only his breathing makes the fans aware that he's still alive. Then, out of nowhere, SwitchBlade gets back to his feet and lets out a loud, painful sounding scream.
RW: What is he doing?
SwitchBlade walks over to the nearest turnbuckle, grabs the top pad and rips it off. He pulls the stuffing right out, and then proceeds to do the same with the other three turnbuckles.
RW: Now come on, I know he's upset, but he can't be doing that!
JC: I don't think Tony's going to like this.
When he finishes with the turnbuckles SwitchBlade exits the ring, goes to one of the ring steps and lifts it up. He tosses the steps down to the floor and they land upside down with a loud clank. Knowing that it's not enough, he proceeds to the apron and starts tearing the banners on each side in half, even going so far as to rip bigger pieces into smaller pieces and tossing them into the crowd. From there he walks over to the commentary booth.
JC: Uhh...he's coming this way, Randy.
RW: And he doesn't look happy. Move!
Randy and Johnny move out of the way as SwitchBlade grabs the front of the table and tears the top right off. He grabs the television monitors, one on each side, and smashes them on the ground. Each act of destruction seems to make SwitchBlade only angrier, and soon he's punching holes right into the table. He then goes to the chairs, grabs them, and tosses them into the ring as hard as he can and watches them break. The fans have now stopped cheering for SwitchBlade by this point, and the boos are beginning to grow. But SwitchBlade doesn't seem to care anymore as he goes over to the timekeeper's position and knocks his table down along with the ring bell. Robyn steps back with Randy and Johnny before she gets seriously hurt, and SwitchBlade continues to throw chairs, screaming while doing so.
JC: He's lost it. He's finally flipped!
RW: Folks, this is NOT part of the show, I don't know what SwitchBlade is thinking by doing this.
JC: I just hope he likes getting fines for destruction of property!
SwitchBlade picks up a piece of glass from one of the television monitors and slides into the ring with it. He then takes the glass and drives it right into the ring mat. Soon he's literally cutting the ring to pieces, his focus being on cutting away the SFT logo in the center. When he finishes he goes over to the turnbuckle ropes and starts cutting away at them slowly but surely. By the time he cuts one in half, a familiar voice is heard.
Owner Anthony Jesus: SWITCHBLADE! SWITCHBLADE! ENOUGH!
Owner Anthony Jesus steps out from backstage with a mic in hand, no music, and wearing casual attire. Alongside him are half a dozen security guards ready to protect their boss from anything.
Owner Anthony Jesus: STOP IT!
SwitchBlade stops cutting the ropes and looks over at Jesus. His eyes are wide and spittle drips down his chin.
Owner Anthony Jesus: Look at yourself! What are you doing? You lost the match. You have to deal with it. I'm sorry, but you've left me no choice! SwitchBlade, you are hereby SUSPENDED from SFT until you pay for these damages, and you learn to control yourself!
SwitchBlade nearly flips after hearing this. He exits the ring and marches up the ramp with the glass still in his hand not even caring about the guards. Jesus holds up his own hand.
Owner Anthony Jesus: STOP! RIGHT NOW! SwitchBlade, I'm warning you, if you so much as TOUCH me, you're gone! DO YOU HEAR ME?!
SwitchBlade raises the glass and charges Jesus, but the guards do their job and they tackle SwitchBlade to the ground. Jesus just watches with disappointment as soon SwitchBlade is handcuffed by one of the guards.
SwitchBlade: FUCK YOU, JESUS! FUCK YOU, YOU PIECE OF SHIT! YOU DID THIS TO ME! YOU LYING SON OF A BITCH! BURN IN HELL!
SwitchBlade is lifted up and carried to the backstage area while Jesus rubs his forehead looking both worried and disturbed as the SFT logo appears and the show fades to black.
