Match Number One
Josh Konelly vs. Myris
Standard match

• "NEVER BACK DOWN IN THE FACE ANGER!" The lights flicker, then go out as "In The Face Of Anger" by Shattersphere blares through the arena. A yellow light illuminates the stage area as two rockets of pyro fly from the far side of the arena to explode on the stage. Josh Konnely steps out into the smoke left by the exploding pyro, and raises his arms as the crowd boos. The yellow spotlight shining down on him makes the gold of the Television Championship glisten brightly. With his fists clenched and a scowl on his face, Konnely walks down the aisle to ringside. He runs up the steps, walks to the center of the apron, and climbs through the ropes into the ring. Going to the corner, he climbs onto the second rope and holds the championship at shoulder level in his right hand. With his left hand he points at the belt, then makes a snapping gesture, indicating his intentions as champion. The crowd boos as Konnely sneers coldly, returning their hatred. Stepping down, he hands the title belt to the referee and adjusts his elbow pads and gloves as his music cuts out.

The crowd sits expectantly in their seats as the first murmurings of "Head Like A Hole" start to play out into the arena, strobe lights start to strafe the arena as they seek the elusive Myris. As the heavy line kicks in Myris emerges from one of the emergency exits in the crowd accompanied by a few of the security staff to keep the hateful crowd at bay. Myris makes his way to the ring and slides in under the bottom rope, he stands up, removes his shirt and throws it at the referee before standing on the second turnbuckle - a picture of focused tranquility amongst the seething boos from a disapproving crowd.

JC: You know, Randy, as I observe the dispositions of these two men, I can't help but think Myris has an early advantage in terms of mindset. Josh Konnely seemed disgusted with the crowd's reaction to him, but Myris looks like he is focused on Josh and that Television Championship.

RW: But hate and aggressiveness are what Josh Konnely is all about, partner. Let's see if he can channel those attributes into a victory against the legendary Myris.

The referee has now gone through his usual pre-match ritual of first displaying the championship belt to the fans, then handing it out of the ring and giving the marching orders to champion and challenger. He calls for the bell, and the match is under way.

Myris goes to initiate the first grapple of the contest, but Konnely uses his smaller stature and quickness to duck low and side step out of the way so that the challenger misses in his attempt to grab him. The crowd boos, though some of them get a chuckle out of Myris' whiff. Konnely turns to the fans and makes a dismissive gesture toward them before pointing to his head as if to say, "that was just being smart."

RW: Then again, you might have a point about Konnely. He's already letting this hostile crowd get under his skin and cause him to get distracted.

JC: Not for nothing, these fans want to see these two hated men tear each other apart. The more punishment in this match the better as far as they're concerned.

Konnely now successfully forces the lock-up with Myris. The small victory of getting the early jump on his challenger is short lived, as Myris' height and weight advantage enable him to force Konnely into a side headlock. He wrenches the young champion's neck until Josh pushes him back to the ropes and shoves him off to the other side. Konnely attempts a clothesline on the return, but Myris ducks under and catches Josh with a dropkick when he turns around.

JC: Myris indeed getting the upperhand early against the rookie, we'll see if he can keep it up.

RW: That will not be too easy to do, John, the champion is a pretty tough customer- and straight up nasty to boot.

Konnely is back on his feet now, and when Myris goes to grab him again Josh stops the attempt with a knife edge chop. A right handed backfist followed by a straight right to the jaw staggers the challenger, and Konnely quickly takes his reeling challenger down with a snap suplex. He immediately goes into the first cover of the match.

1... Myris kicks out with authority.

JC: A quick cover by Konnely early, but Myris kicks out easily.

RW: He kicked out easily this time, but because of that attempt it may be harder to kick out the next time.

JC: That's why you go for those early covers, that's exactly right.

Not allowing the challenger to get to his feet, Konnely quickly slaps him in a rear chinlock to wear him down further. Myris waves his arm as if to try to get the crowd behind him, but the few fans who do offer a response only reply with boos. Allowing these boos to be his fuel, Myris gets his feet under him and maneuvers himself into a standing position. An elbow to the gut loosens the chinlock of Konnely. A second loosens the grip even further so that Konnely has his arms just barely draped across Young's neck. A third breaks the hold, and Myris runs to the ropes. He charges off the ropes and delivers a running front dropkick which sends the champion tumbling through the top and middle ropes to the floor.

Not wanting to let the champion rest up, Myris follows Konnely to the floor.

1... He brings Josh to his feet, and pushes him back first into the steel ring apron.

2... Following that up, Myris turns Konnely to face him and delivers a hard snap suplex onto the thinly padded concrete floor.

3...

RW: A little painful payback there from Myris, a snap suplex of his own out there on the floor. A bit of one-upsmanship perhaps.

Both men are slow to get up after impacting the floor hard.

4... Myris is the first to get to his feet, and he delivers a leg drop across Konnely's chest before rolling back into the ring.

5... Myris rolls back to the outside, knowing he cannot win the title on a countout. He pulls Konnely to his feet and locks him in a bearhug right there on the floor. Josh delivers a series of hard forearm smashes to the head of Myris, trying to break the hold. The challenger does not let up his grip, and squeezes harder. Hoping to get out of the hold quickly, Konnely manages to jump up and grab the middle rope with both hands. The referee administers the five count and warns Myris to break the hold or be disqualified. The challenger does release Konnely now, but tosses him back into the ring right away. Myris slides into the ring himself, but Konnely is up to his feet quickly and kicks the challenger hard in the ribs. Josh takes a step back as Myris gets back on all fours, then runs at him and drives the sole of his boot into the challenger's temple.

JC: OH! What a kick to the head! That's a momentum changer!

RW: And a brain scrambler, too! That has to hurt!

Konnely quickly drags Myris further into the ring and goes for a cover.

1... 2... Myris gets the shoulder up.

Konnely stays on the offense, grabbing Myris' arm and turning him into a triangle choke. Despite getting choked, Myris has the where withall to know where he is in the ring. He throws his legs out backwards and gets his feet on the bottom rope, forcing a break. The referee calls for the break, but does not get it until after the five count. Konnely stands up and stomps on the back of the shoulder of the same arm which was worked on in the triangle choke. Myris gets to his feet, holding his shoulder, and Konnely kicks him in the bicep of that same right arm. Staying with the strategy, Josh follows up with a jumping armbreaker. Again taking hold of Myris' left arm, Konnely applies a cross armbreaker. Myris begins thrashing about until finally he can get a foot on the ropes.

1... 2... 3... 4... Konnely breaks the hold at four.

JC: I don't suspect that Josh Konnely would mind retaining the Television Championship by disqualification, but he does break the armbar at the count of four here.

RW: And I don't think the referee was going to be as leniant with him a second time. He didn't want to disqualify Konnely on the triangle choke and cost Myris his shot at the title, but he's warned Josh not to do that again. You've got to believe another five count against Konnely on a submission hold would mean a disqualification. Konnely stands and backs away, allowing Myris to get to his feet. Josh plants his right foot in the gut of the challenger and hits the Konntempt. He covers.

1... 2... Myris kicks out!

JC: Myris just won't stay down!

RW: He wants that Television Championship bad!

Konnely now begins to get frustrated that he has thrown everything at Myris to wear him down, but cannot put him away. He kicks the bottom rope as he wonders what it will take to win the match and keep his title. When he approaches Myris again, the challenger catches him with a quick inside cradle.

1... 2... Konnely rolls out at two!

JC: Whoa! The Gunslinger almost stole one out of nowhere!

RW: I thought he was practically out cold! Apparently so did Konnely, but he was just able to get out of the pin at two!

Konnely stands up in stunned disbelief, checking with the referee to be sure it was only two. Myris takes advantage by kicking him in the gut and delivering a quick powerbomb.

JC: That quick pin has swung the momentum in Myris' favour, has it not?

RW: It sure has. Now the challenger finds himself in the driver's seat.

Myris grabs Konnely, sets him up, and hits a Samoan neckbreaker. He quickly dives into another pin, hooking Konnely's near leg.

1... 2... Konnely kicks out!

Unlike the champion, the contender remains focused after the kick out. He leaps over Konnely, and goes for a standing moonsault. Konnely gets his knees up just in time, driving them into the challenger's exposed ribs. Josh stands and grabs Myris by the head. As Konnely tries to bring Myris to his feet, the challenger lifts an uppercut between the legs of the champion. Konnely staggers back off the low blow, and Myris runs at him and delivers a swinging neckbreaker.

JC: Warning Shot!

RW: Another pin! 1... 2... Konnely kicks out again!

Now it is Myris' turn to get frustrated, but he takes out his frustration by stomping the chest of Konnely, who grabs the bottom rope to stop the onslaught. The referee physically pushes Myris back away from Konnely, taking control of the match into his own hands.

JC: Well, words and five counts haven't worked against these guys.

RW: Looks like the referee's going to see to it that things stay on the up and up from now on. He's not going to take it anymore.

Konnely pulls himself up, then charges at Myris, who catches him with a hip toss. Josh gets right back up, but receives a boot to the mid-section for his trouble.

JC: FACE OFF! Myris hits the Face Off!

RW: Another cover! That's gotta be it! 1... 2...

Konnely just raises a shoulder off the mat before the three!

JC: Holy kick out, Batman! Can anybody win this thing?!

RW: It sure doesn't seem that way! Myris took a lot of punishment early, but now it's Konnely taking the brunt of the physicality! And he's taken some of Myris' best stuff!

As Konnely gets up to his knees, Myris runs at him and hits the STAND OFF. This time he does not cover, instead lifting Konnely up on his shoulders.

JC: Could be that Death Valley Driver that Myris likes to use!

RW: No! Konnely slides off the back!

Josh Konnely lands on his feet behind Myris, grabs his arm from behind and takes him down, locking in a crossface!

JC: Look at this! A Crippler Crossface!

RW: Or is it a Krippler Krossface?!

JC: What's the difference?

RW: The 'K's, John, the 'K's!

JC: Whatever you want to call it, Konnely has it locked in, middle of the ring!

RW: This has got to be it! Remember, that's the same arm that was torn apart earlier!

JC: Good observation, Randy. I hadn't noticed that.

RW: Myris is going to have to tap! There's no way he can take this kind of punishment! That shoulder's going to be ripped out of its socket!

The referee is checking for a tap out, and Myris raises his right hand as if he's thinking about it. He shakes the hand, indicating he will not submit. Somehow Myris manages to roll to his left, forcing Konnely onto his back. Josh tenaciously keeps the hold locked in, but the referee drops down and begins to count.

1... With the referee down at their heads to make the count, Myris reaches out with his free hand and grabs the middle rope, putting more weight and pressure down on Konnely.

2...

JC: NO! He has the ropes, ref!

3!

RW: OH MY GOD! Myris has stolen it! He somehow countered the crossface into a pin, and I don't think Konnely realized it! The bell rings and Konnely releases the hold, raising his arms while laying on the mat, believing he got a submission despite being turned onto his back. The referee, however, grabs Myris' arm and raises it to signal that he won. Myris and Konnely are both still on the mat when they realize what has happened, and their reactions are total opposites. Myris throws both arms over his head in triumph, while Konnely grabs his head with hands in disbelief. The referee gets the Television Championship and hands it to Myris.

JC: We have a new World Television Champion, but I'll be damned if he didn't steal it!

RW: Turn about is fair play, John!

"Head Like A Hole" begins to play, but is suddenly cut off. "Holocaust" by Savatage starts instead, and Lucretia Black appears with Jared Mayer in tow.

JC: What in the world?! We haven't seen Mayer in weeks! Have we?!

RW: Does this have something to do with what Lucretia and Nirvana were talking to Konnely about last week?!

JC: Oh no, I bet it does! Myris better get out of there!

RW: You're right, this does not look good! Lucretia leads Jared to the ring, and gestures for Mayer to go in. The monsterous Mayer reaches up and grabs the top rope from the floor, literally pulling himself up onto the apron. He steps over the top rope as Myris watches in a mixture of surprise and terror. For a moment, "Der Sensenmann" just stands there staring through the new Television Champion. Lucretia Black stands outside, shouting instructions to her monster. Mayer suddenly explodes forward and nearly decapitates Myris with the Reichsprogromnacht!

JC: OH NO! Reichsprogromnacht

RW: Gesundheit!

Lucretia slides into the ring, and begins instructing Mayer to get Myris back up. She makes the powerbomb gesture, and Mayer goes to work. He pulls Myris to his feet, and destroys him with the Massenvernichtung!

JC: OH GOD! I don't approve of everything Myris does or the way he won that match, but this is just vicious! Myris had an incredible, brutal war with Josh Konnely, and now he gets decimated by Jared Mayer!

RW: And look at Konnely! He looks like he wants to pick up the scraps! Josh Konnely now motions for Lucretia and Jared to let him get in there, and they reluctantly back away. Konnely pulls Myris to his feet, and gives him a Bad Konduct onto the fallen championship belt! He then pushes Myris onto his back on the mat.

JC: Now what?! Come on! That's enough!

RW: It looks like Josh Konnely is going to send a message here tonight!

JC: Not that Pentagram Choke!

RW: The Killing Embrace! My God, look at Myris! He's bleeding from that drop onto the title!

Black and Mayer begin stomping the exposed midsection of the vulnerable and presumably knocked out Myris. Finally Konnely breaks the hold, pushing Myris out and leaving him laid out face down on the canvas. He grabs the Television Championship and kisses it before draping it across the back of the motionless new champion. He climbs out of the ring and begins to make his way up the ramp, and Lucretia leads Jared out of the ring as well.

Winner: Radiant

Match Number Two
Kevin Victory vs. Kyle Murphy
Standard Match

The two competitors stand there in the ring already as we prepare for our next bout!

RW: Just me or our commercial breaks very forgetful? I could of sworn our first match just ended seconds ago.

JC: Would you prefer we show you the damn commercials with Jon Lovitz again? I hate that guy…

RW: Eat Fresh!

The referee signals for the bell and Kevin Victory and Kyle Murphy respectably… Run in to one another and just start brawling! The two just give fists back and forth until they tangle up and fall to the floor and roll outside of the ring!

RW: What the hell?

JC: I believe we have a fight on our hands.

RW: Isn’t that the point?

The two quickly get to their feet as Kyle Murphy grabs Kevin and slams his head in to the guard rail! The crowd backs up as Kyle lifts Kevin up and then drops the young rookie across the exact same Guard Rail!

JC: Murphy is taking it to Kevin!

Victory will not be outdone though as he manages to block an attack by Kyle and whip him in to the ring post not too far off away. Kyle’s shoulder smacks with the steel as he hunches over holding his shoulder trying to fight through the pain.

RW: What a whip by Victory!

Victory charges at Kyle who has backed up against the guard rails and he tackles him over the guard rails in to the audience!

JC: Victory is being vicious!

RW: They both are!

The two of them lay there for a moment as the crowd is heard counting. 7…. 8…. 9….10! The bell rings and the crowd boo as the referee calls for the bell!

JC: They forgot about the ten count!

RW: You got to be kidding me?! These two are sitting in the audience and they forgot about the well known 10 count of doom?! Horrible way to end what could have been an entertaining match.

The two competitors get up as we see Blood Money come running down and each of them has a steel bat, Twilight nails Kyle while TK takes out Victory, they continue to beat them up till both men are laid out cold. Blood Money smile as they walks off to the backstage

Winner: No Contest

Twilight and TK Money are walking around the back stage area. They round a corner and stop at the request of TK.

TK Money: Hey, hold on a second...

Twilight: What's up?

TK Money: I'm going to go get a soda... We passed that machine and I'm thirsty...

Twilight: Hurry up...

TK goes jogging around the corner as Twilight pulls his cell phone out and flips it open, looking at the message. He starts to push a few buttons when suddenly there's a loud clanging sound from around the corner. Twilight almost drops his phone as he heads around the corner, making sure to put the phone in his pocket as he does. As he comes around the corner, we see Reno Destiny and Rayn standing over an unconcious TK Money, both men holding steel chairs.

Rayn: YOU WANT A WAR BITCH, YOU GOT ONE!

Rayn yells at TK, who remains motionless. Twilight rushes in and clubs Rayn in the head, knocking him forwards and to the ground. Twilight starts raining blows down on Rayn's head, who just pulls his arms up around his head in a guard. Twilight continues beating on Rayn, while Reno swings the chair and cracks Twilight in the back. He arches his back and walls to the side of Rayn, who slowly get's up. Reno starts laying boots into Twilight, keeping him down long enough for Rayn to get up and take over.

Rayn: FUCK YOU TWILIGHT PIECE OF SHIT!

He grabs Twilight by the back of the head and slams him into the wall. Twilight's head bounces off as he falls back to the ground. Rayn grabs him again, pulling him to his feet. Twilight goes to elbow him, but Rayn catches his arm, and locks it up behind his back, holding him in a position unable to do anything. As Twilight struggles, Rayn starts to laugh.

Rayn: You guys just don't fucking know when to quit do you? Well, you'll learn soon enough. Come on Twilight, since your buddy's sleepin there, obviously we've got more important things to do. TK will wake up eventually, but we... We need to have a little talk...

Reno and Rayn drag Twilight down the hall, as he struggles to attack them, Rayn just laughing as they round a corner, leaving TK on the ground.

Match Number Three
Radiant vs. Mike Zybala
Standard Match

Amanda Summers: This next match is for the INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPIONSHIP.

Mike Goes to the ring thru the crowd, stopping along to way to mosh/dance with the crowd, because the music is that hot. "

JC : This man is Weird

RW: MOSH MOSH MOSH!!

The noise coming from the crowd slowly begins to dwindle out when suddenly the opening for "Tom Sawyer" by Rush begins to play throughout the arenas speakers. The entire crowd stands up and lays in a heavy smatter of boos, though a cheer here and there remains for Radiant as we see them turn towards the stage awaiting his arrival. We cut to the stage as we see Radiant step through the curtains with a sadistic half smile on his face and begins to head down the ramp. He carelessly walks by the fans making his way down the ramp ignoring the few hands that extend for a high five. He reaches the bottom of the ramp and turns over to his left and heads to the steel stairs. He climbs up them and steps onto the ring apron. He pauses for a moment and stares down at his feet for a second. Soon enough he lifts his head up and steps into the ring in between the middle and top rope. He enters the ring and heads over to one of the far turnbuckles and simply leans back against it with both arms spread out over the ropes. Radiant looks around the arena at people in the crowd just buying some time to emit his confidence. "Tom Sawyer" by Rush quickly fades out.

JC: HERE IS THE IC CHAMPION

RW: Looks stoned to me....

Amanda Summers: Here are the contestants for the Intercontinental championship. Introducing the Challenger..

[ Radiant can't wait as he plows over mike zybala with a clothes line. he starts to stomp him on the ground repeaditly and the referee begins to seperate him from a downed zybala. The ref calls for the bell and the match has offically begun. Radiant picks up zybala and executes a snap suplex on his opponent. Gets up quickly to drop the elbow on zybala. He grabs the ropes and jumps high in the air to land the sole of his boot into the head of zybala.

RW: Zybala looking to be in trouble..

[ Zybala gets up and radiant tryes to deliver right hands. mike blocks and delivers his own right hands. radiant staggers back but gets a boot to the misdection and hooks the arms for a DDT. Radiant pops up and looks down at zybala. he picks him up and irish whips him into the ropes and lifts the knee and sends zybala flipping forward. Radiant then assend the turnbuckle nd executed salt in the wound ]
