War Opening

The lights dim as the crowd readies themselves for WAR. Pyro explodes and all are on their feet as we see RW and JC ringside ready to get the show going.

RW: Hell everyone and welcome to WAR!!! Im Randy White and next to me is John Cartwright..

Match Number One
Derek Richardson vs. Venom
Standard match

RW: Well here we go opening match. And should be a good one too.

The lights in the arena black out and smoke fills the entrance ramp as "Crawlin" by Linkin Park ft Staind plays over the speakers. "Trust and Believe" in white lettering flashes on the screen. Venom makes his way to the top of the ramp, waits a few seconds before slowly making his way down the ramp and into the ring.

The bells begin to ring as "Hells Bells" blasts over the PA system. Moments later, Rumpke comes walking out through the curtain. Then Rumpke walks down to the ring and climbs in.

Both men size each other up as the bell rings.

Venom starts the action with a series of dropkicks then a hurricane, followed by an implant DDT, he covers but only gets a 1 count. Venom off the ropes but Derek with a boot to the face.

Derek now with a neckbreaker followed by a DDT. He waits as Venom is up and Derek with a spear.

JC: Derek has been good since his return to SFT.

RW: And Venom is coming off an impressive ppv showing.

Derek now with his Mud stomping as the crowd begins to get behind him and cheer. Derek now with a clothesline and an elbow drop. Derek with a series of high impact moves like a powerbomb and a superplex off the top rope, he finally finishes off with his Ultimate High as he covers and the ref counts 1…2…3.

RW: Derek with an impressive win tonight.

JC: The man is on a mission no denying it.

Winner: Derek Richardson

RW: Now a match Im very interested to see. Will Brickcity recover from his match at the ppv?

Match Number Two
Johnny Fierce vs. Brickcity B
Standard Match

The arena lights fade to black as the first guitar riffs from Bad to the Bone begin to play. The lights come on as the song fully kicks in and Johny Fierce walks out to a warm response. He stops at the top of the ramp and raises his fists to the crowd. He walks down tot he ring, shaking his wrists loose ready for a fight.

RW: There is Johnny Fierce. He's going to be a tough opponent for "B" to handle.

As the fans settle in there seats, the lights go dim… Green lights appear and illuminate the ramp all the way down to the ring. People begin to look towards the entrance way. Suddenly, Rage against the Machine’s BULLS ON PARADE begins to blare over the arena speakers… Fans get to their feet and Brickcity “B” makes his way from behind the curtain. It takes the fans a moment to realize who it is, but once they do… They erupt in chants of [FUCK YOU "B"!] Well, some begin to chant... Others BOO frantically... Brickcity hops into the ring, he takes a look around at the pieces of trash in the arena and smirks as the fans simply gaze in amazement.

JC: There's Brickcity B, he's looking to recover from that loss at Hallowed Ground 3.

The bell rings, and both men step right up in each other's face, and they start talking trash. The fans cheers elevate, and Brickcity throws the first punch, Fierce follows up with one of his own, and delivers a few more before Fierce knocks him straight to the ground with a haymaker. B gets right back up, and gets tossed down to the ground by a snap mare takedown. B gets right back up to get body slammed on the canvas.

JC: Good showing by Fierce so far.

RW: It's just the beginning of the match.

JC: True.

Brickcity explodes through Fierce with a spear that sends him to the ground, then Brickcity jumps on top of Fierce, and starts nailing him in the face repeatedly. The ref lets this go on for a few moments, and then tells B to get off of Fierce. Fierce gets back up to his feet only to get kicked in the gut and feel a ddt.

RW: Brickcity's starting to get back on track it looks like.

Brickcity pulls Fierce up, and lifts him up into the air, and connects with a brainbuster. Fierce lays there holding his face when B spits in his face and starts mocking him. Fierce listens to it for a moment then swings his feet up, and trips B. Fierce flips back up to his feet. B is back up but is met with a fury of kick combinations from Johnny. The last kick connects right on the side of the chin, and makes B flip to the ground on impact. The crowd cheers.

RW: Fierce isn't done yet.

B gets back up slowly, runs at Fierce, and is taken down by a leg trip once again. Fierce drops a quick elbow on B, gets up and goes for it again, but B moves out of the way. Brickcity gets back up to his feet, as Fierce is aswell. The two stare at each other for a moment, and Fierce spits in B's face. B smiles, whipes his face, and Fierce takes advantage of B letting his guard down by running through him with a closeline. Johnny grabs B by his hair, and pulls him up to his feet, but B connects with a Chin buster.

JC: It's kind of back and forth.

B climbs to the top of the rope, jumps off and connects with Skyline Fly, and goes for the pin.

Ref: 1..2..3

Winner: Brickcity B

JC: Well Randy, you know what’s coming next?

RW: I have a horrible feeling I do, but I’ll let you break the bad news to the people at home.

JC: Oh for God’s sake, quit being so bitter. Just accept that your little friend Nathan Gust got his ass kicked by a superior athlete, not to mention the man who you should start being pretty nice to if you like your job.

RW: Yeah, because as we saw last week, you and Cage are such great friends. He don’t like you, even though you do have your head permanently up his ass.

JC: Liking has nothing to do with it, I give the man the respect that he’s earned and that he deserves, it’s as simple as that.

RW: Can we just get this done and get back to the wrestling, we have a great Main Event coming up, you know.

Almost as if adhering directly to Randy White’s request, the arena lights dim as the opening beats of Kid Rock’s “Cocky” blast over the PA System, although the crowd reaction almost drowns it out. For once, it’s a pretty mixed response from the crowd, with some choosing to respect Cage in the wake of what happened after his match against Gust.

As the song builds to it’s first chorus, the new SFT Hardcore Champion makes his way out onto the stage, clad is his usual black Armani suit and open-neck black shirt, and with the Hardcore Title belt gleaming as it sits over his left shoulder. Cage’s eyes are, as ever, covered by dark glasses, although on this occasion, it may be just as much a necessity as a fashion accessory. On Cage’s forehead, we can still see the reminders of the war he went through just a few days ago.

Cage makes his way slowly down the ramp and climbs into the ring as the lights return to normal and his music fades out. Cage grabs the microphone from the ring announcer and begins to speak:

“Well, well, well, I guess there are a lot of people (as Cage says this, he shoots a dirty look directly at Randy White) who didn’t expect to see me standing here tonight with the Hardcore Title in my possession, but I promised before the match that I’d make Nathan Gust quit, and I’ve always been a man of my word.

Of course, last weekend was a pretty big time for me, because not only did I win the match of the night at the PPV, but I was promoted and named as the new Vice-President of Strike Fantasy Towers in a staff reshuffle, so all in all, I guess you could call the last few days a pretty unqualified success for Christian Cage, topped off the by the fact that those sausage-sucking pricks Maximilian and Van Wieren have headed off back to Germany to play with each other’s strudels, leaving the serious stuff around here to men like myself who can actually handle it.

Now, I’ve no doubt that some of you are expecting me to address the comments made at me by Brickcity B, but I’m not going to. Simple fact is, I’m not in any position to care about the opinions of a piss-ant little bitch like him. When he’s achieved even half of what I have in this sport, then I’ll care. Until then, his potty mouth “insults” are falling deaf ears. If nothing else, I wouldn’t want to enter a battle of wits with an unarmed man.

One man I do wanna address though is Louis Cypher, the man who, last night on Titans, earned the right to be my first vict…sorry, challenger, for the Hardcore Title. Now Louis is a man I do have a lot respect for, make no mistake, and he’s just the kind of challenge that I want right now, so I look forward to it, whenever it happens.

For now though, I’m looking forward to our Main Event tonight, so in parting, just remember that however good of a day you may be enjoying, it’s still not even a 10th as good as the worst day of my life. Some people are just born better than the rest, and I’m one of them, just ask Nathan Gust, or Louis Cypher after next week, for that matter…”

Cage throws the mic back at the ring announcer, climbs out of the ring and heads back up the entrance ramp as his music once again begins to blast over the PA System.

JC: Wow Randy, did you see catch the dirty look that Cage gave you back there? If I were you, I’d have your desk cleared, just in case.

RW: And if I were you, I’d be paying to have my head surgically removed from Christian Cage’s ass. Can we just get on with the Main Event now?

Match Number Three
Lexus vs. Kyle Murphy vs. Saga
Triple threat match

JC: Sure, and as always here on War, it should be a damn good one, as we have a Triple Threat match featuring three of the best competitors in SFT today. There are no titles or title shots at stake for this once, so these guys are fighting for nothing more than their pride, and that can be a hell of a motivator.

RW: And for the winner, who knows where things may go from here. Let’s send it up to our ring announcer and get this one started.

The camera pans across from the commentators to show the ring announcer standing in the centre of the ring, ready to start the formalities:

Ring Announcer: Ladies and Gentlemen, the following contest is our Main Event of the evening, and is a Triple Threat match, scheduled for one fall. Introducing first, from Drago, Iceland, standing 6’1’’ and weighing in at 256lbs, LEXUS!!!

The crowd falls silent as the bells signalling the start of “High Hopes” by Pink Floyd ring out across the arena. Lexus makes his way out onto the stage as the crowd begins to cheer, and after pausing at the top of the ramp to cast his eye across the crowd, Lexus makes his way slowly and deliberately towards the ring, sliding underneath the bottom rope when he reaches it before standing to await his opponents.

Ring Annoncer: Secondly, hailing from Greenwich, Connecticut, standing 6’5’’ and weighing in tonight at 275lbs, ‘The Superior One’ KYLE MURPHY!!!

Pink Floyd fades away to be replaced by the distinctive opening of Metallica’s “Enter Sandman” as some of the cheers from Lexus’ entrance turn to boos as Murphy makes his way out onto the stage wearing a black t-shirt with “LGP” emblazoned across the front. Murphy walks towards the ring with a purposeful look on his face, discarding the t-shirt half way down the ramp. Upon reaching the ring, Kyle climbs over the top rope and then up each of the four turnbuckles in turn before occupying a different corner to where Lexus is waiting, shooting him a dirty look as they await the arrival of the third piece in this puzzle.

Ring Announcer: Introducing finally, from Union, New Jersey, he stands 6’ tall and weighs in at 199lbs, he is one half of the SFT World Tag Team Champions, SAGA!!!

“Bigger” by Local H begins to play as Saga makes his way out onto the stage with his Tag Team Title belt gleaming around his waist, with any remaining cheers from the crowd turning very quickly too all out boos. Saga removes his sunglasses and Tag Team Title belt as he makes his way down the ramp, discarding both of them as he climbs into the ring.

The lights then return to normal and the music fades away as we hear the bell to start the match.

RW: This should be a great contest, you have Kyle Murphy, who is looking to rebound after losing his IC Title at the PPV, Saga, who is looking to get back into title contention after he lost his chance at the TV Title at Hallowed Ground, and Lexus, who is looking to make a name for himself here tonight.

JC: Personally, I can’t look past Murphy for this one, he has the most to prove after what went down on Sunday, and I expect him to bounce straight back towards the top.

RW: Well, in these kinds of matches, a lot can depend on how well any two competitors can work together to nullify the third, although all of those kind of alliances are ultimately pretty worthless, because only one man can walk away with the win.

The three men are all occupying different corners of the ring and are shooting each other suspicious looks, each waiting for one of the others to make the first move. After about 30 seconds, it’s Saga who seizes the initiative by walking across the ring and blasting Murphy with an open-hand slap to the face. Unsurprisingly, this isn’t well received by ‘The Superior One’, who retaliates with a slap of his own as the two men begin to brawl furiously, then prompting Lexus to throw his own two cents in as all three men throw punches at anything that moves.

JC: Well, I guess that they don’t feel like forming any alliances right now, all three of them seem pretty content to just beat the crap out of each other.

After a minute or so of furious brawling, Lexus rolls out of the ring, seemingly deciding that it’s better to let Murphy and Saga do the hard work and then attempt to pick up the pieces afterwards. Eventually, Murphy gets the better of the fistfight and manages to stagger Saga long enough to drill him with a huge Spinebuster, before following up with an elbow to the sternum of the Tag Team Champion.

As Murphy considers his next move, Lexus senses his opportunity and slides back into the ring, catching Murphy totally off-guard with a spinning back kick to the back of the head, dripping Kyle to his knees and putting Lexus firmly in the driving seat.

RW: Smart strategy from Lexus, he let the others punch themselves out, then waited for his chance to feast on the remains, now it’s gonna bee a case of how long he can hold on to that advantage for, and what he can do while he has it.

Lexus opts to continue with Murphy as his main target, lock in a rear naked choke, which he manages to hold for a about 5 seconds or so before Saga breaks up the hold with a kick to Lexus’ back.

RW: Right there, you saw exactly what these Triple Threat matches are all about. As soon as it looks like one person is establishing and advantage, and maybe a chance to get the wing, it can only take one move for the pendulum to swing in a whole different direction.

Before Sage has a chance to capitalise, Lexus manages to shake off the effects of the kick at about the same time as Murphy manages to stumble to his feet, and as, if by some kind of unspoken link, the two combine to flatten Saga with a double clothesline before Lexus climbs to the top rope to deliver a Swanton Bomb.

JC: Right now, it looks like Lexus and Murphy make a pretty good team.

RW: These things never last, you mark my words.

Seemingly contrary to what Randy White has to say, this seems to be an alliance with some staying power as, following Lexus’ top rope assault, the two drag Saga to his feet, allowing Murphy to lift Saga above his head and plant him with a gorilla press slam.

JC: Trademark power from Kyle Murphy, manhandling the smaller man with ease there.

RW: This must be some kind of record for the longest time that this kind of alliance has held together in a Triple Threat environment, but don’t bet on it being permanent. Like I said earlier, however much they might work together to beat down Saga, only one of them could take the win at the end of it, and that’s when the trouble starts.

For now, though, the win seems to be the last thing on either man’s mind as the back Saga into a corner, where Lexus nails him with a series of his trademark martial arts blows before allowing him to stagger out towards the centre of the ring where Murphy catches him with another Spinebuster.

Once again, Murphy drags Saga to his feet and pushes him towards Lexus, who is primed for a super kick, but Saga finds the wherewithal to dodge the bullet, and the kick connects squarely with Kyle Murphy’s jaw.

RW: See, I told you that these things never last.

JC: You have to say that, although that maybe wasn’t what Lexus had planned on, he certainly doesn’t look too upset about the outcome either.

RW: Why should he? It all plays right into his hands. He’s got Murphy down, and Saga is still groggy from the punishment he’s taken in the last few minutes. Right now, you’d have to say that things are looking pretty good for Lexus.

Circumstances in the ring have now seen Lexus and Saga form an alliance and they are making the best of it while it lasts, attacking Kyle Murphy as he lies on the mat after Lexus’ errant shot to his jaw. Between the two, they are subjecting ‘The Superior One’ to a merciless barrage of stomps and kicks, rendering him near-enough unconscious. When they are seemingly satisfied with their handiwork, Lexus motions to Saga and they lift the groggy Murphy up and drag him over to the ropes, where they manage to tie him up between the top and middle strands, rendering him defenceless to whatever attack the other two men feel like inflicting on him.

RW: Somehow, I don’t like Kyle Murphy’s chances in this particular situation.

JC: Just be honest Randy, you don’t like Kyle Murphy full stop. It’s just like with Christian Cage, you don’t recognize true talent when you see it.

Saga is pointing at Murphy and explaining to Lexus what they should do to him, as all the while, Lexus is nodding his head in agreement.

Lexus moves around behind Saga, presumably the better to execute whatever plan they have set, but instead, double crosses the Tag Team Champion and takes the opportunity to lock in his trademark Dragon Sleeper, a move he simply calls “Fate”.

JC: All together now folks “it was a set-up all along!” Lexus set the bait, and Saga took it, hook, line and sinker, and Kyle Murphy is trapped in the ropes, unable to do a damn thing about it.

Saga fights the move as best he can, but eventually the pressure on his neck and back is too great and he is forced to tap out.

Lexus releases the hold and slides out of the ring as the referee calls for the bell. Saga lies on the mat, cradling his neck and silently cursing for allowing himself to be tricked. Meanwhile, Murphy has fought his way free from the ropes and is screaming obscenities at Saga as Lexus heads back up the ramp to the locker room, satisfied with his efforts for the evening.

Winner: Lexus

War Closing

RW: Hell yeah! Three way matches kick ass! And that one was no different!

JC: Calm down monkey boy, it wasn't that great!

RW: Saga is now in the ring and he is face to face with his table mate, Kyle…

JC: Umm, and how come they aren't leaving the area?

RW: I don't know, but Lexus is on his feet and Saga is staring him down!

JC: Lexus, just leave man…

RW: Lexus takes one step through the ropes as he is about to exit, but he realizes that Saga keeps staring at him… He then slowly steps back in.

JC: This can't be good.

RW: Saga now turns towards Lexus as both men stand tall! Saga smirks for a bit as he turns and looks over at Kyle… Saga then turns to Lexus and smacks him in the face! SLAP!

JC: Ouch!

RW: Lexus steps and nods, he then turns and nails Saga with a hard right hand! Saga goes down! And here comes Kyle! Murphy charges at Lexus and misses with a clotheline! Lexus ducks, turns back and drop kicks Kyle right in the face! Kyle goes down!

JC: Saga is back up!

RW: Saga grabs Lexus connects with a right hand! Lexus returns the favor! Both men exchange blows! Saga whips Lexus to the ropes, Lexus bounces off the ropes and ducks under a Saga leap frog, Lexus turns around, kicks Saga in the gut and drops him with a DDT!

JC: Lexus is taking care of things right here!

RW: Kyle is up!

JC: Kyle nails Lexus from behind! Both men are now exchanging blows! Fists are flying!

[[[Suddenly, the words, "I ride Satan's wings" are heard throughout the arena.]]]

JC: Oh crap…

[[[Johnny Cash's Hurt hits the PA as images of tombstones appear on the striketron and Kings voice booms. The crowd begins to shout as the arena goes black and pictures of a morgue appear on the striketron. Pictures of bodies ripped apart, bodies crawling with maggots, etc. As the fans begin to boo a light shines onto the ramp as the pictures on the jumbotron change to a big grey screen.

"I eat dollar bills"

Suddenly the arena goes deep green as "Hurt" continues to play on the pa and a golden spotlight illuminates the entranceway. the crowd begins to chant bloody murder as blood rises from the ramp way.]]] RW: Nirvana is in the building!

JC: He has yet to be booked after the PPV, why not show up here?

RW: Because he likes ruining things?

JC: Nirvana is slowly walking towards the ring as Lexus and Kyle are still exchanging hard right hands!

RW: Lexus gets the upper hand! Lexus nails Kyle with a European uppercut!

JC: European? That's gotta hurt!

RW: Nirvana slides into the ring!

JC: Look out!

RW: Lexus turns around and he gets POPPED with a spinning round house kick! Lexus goes down!

JC: Saga just came back into the ring and he's got a chair in his hand! He runs up behind Lexus and CRACK!!! Chair shot! Lexus falls flat on the floor!

RW: Is this how LGP plans to get noticed?

JC: Nirvana lifts up Lexus!

RW: Here we go!

JC: Nirv steps backs, sets up, and BAMN! Super Kick!

RW: And now all three men smile as they look over at Lexus' motionless body!

JC: The fans now begin to toss their garbage into the ring as three of the LGP members simply shake their heads and walk out of the ring…

RW: Now really, was there any reason for that?

JC: Let's just move on… This is ridiculous!

RW: Look at that, Lexus trying to slowly look up. a glazed over look in his eyes.

JC: No he can't get up his head just bounced off the matt. Folks thats all for tonight stay tuned.
